The Question?

What Does Seatbelts Have To Do With The Practice of Religion?

When biblical scholars go on record and state that the modern Church has virtually nothing in common with the original teachings which came to be known as Christianity (see The Religion Of Roman Emperors), the facts that confront the seeker of truth is often a conundrum of inconceivable proportions. In view of the fact that these same biblical scholars and authorities themselves only possess a superficial and theoretic understanding of the original teachings -- and have never themselves fulfilled the scriptures within themselves as set forth in the Gospels -- then to ignore what they are stating, is representative of a total rejection of the most important spiritual teachings known to man. Therefore the question must be asked: Is it the Original Jesus you believe in? Or the Jesus created by the Church of Rome? As stated by the biblical scholar and expert, the two are not even similar.

It is a fact that modern believers have been so disenfranchised from the core teachings of Jesus and TheWay by the man-made dogma of the fourth century Church of Rome, that they would ignorantly reject these core teachings as heresy. Moreover, the problem has become more complex, because secular authorities have been permitted to define the practice and purpose of religion as pertaining to blind-faith in the unknown -- which means that genuine spiritual religion remains an almost incomprehensible enigma to mankind today. After all, the question would be asked: What could wearing a seat belt possibly have to do with religious faith? While it would be absurd to claim that wearing a seat belt was against the traditional faith-based concept of religion promoted by the Church and defined by the secular state today, a Spiritual Religion on the other hand is supported by a great multitude of disciplines and foundational concepts of teachings that must be recognized as totally foreign to entry-level faith-based religion. And this is especially true of the despiritualized definition of religion which is promoted by the secular state today. So, the question at law then becomes whether only faith-based religion and blind belief is Constitutionally protected, or does the Constitution also protect the tenets and practices of a purely Spiritual Religion? It must be noted that the original Constitutional Framers recognized Spiritual Religion as being superior to traditional faith-based religion, as presented on the American Spirituality website (see http://ThomasPaineRedux.com ) -- and the whole purpose of barring the state from interfering with religion in the First Amendment, was to protect the tenets of Spiritual Religion, and inhibit government defined religion.

In the original Gospel associated with the man Jesus known as TheWay, the objective and purpose of these teachings was to connect the person we are in this world with first our eternal higher soul-self, and ultimately the Indwelling Logos or Mind of God. And to accomplish this, a wholeness of being and an expansion of mind must be brought about that is not at all understood by modern dogmatic faith-based Christianity. And in coming to terms with the possibilities presented, mankind has in fact opened the Pandora's Box of a reality that few comprehend. And when properly analyzed, there are two images of the reality of man -- one is rarely spoken of, and not at all understood. The culturally common perception of man is that he came into being at birth -- that his mind is empty and he is in need of being taught. The other image of the reality of man that is rarely ever mentioned or understood, is to some degree expressed in the words of Jean Piaget who stated: “When you teach a child something you take away forever his chance of discovering it for himself.”

The reality that confronts modern cultural man is this: When you build upon a flawed foundational paradigm, then everything you attempt to build upon that foundation is equally and fatally flawed. In the first image of self that is ascribed to by our majority of religious and philosophical authorities and icons of our very shallow culture, the child's mind is empty and in need of being filled. While in the second image that is rarely ever mentioned or understood, each child is understood to have an innate connection to a Source of Knowledge that greatly exceeds all the avenues of learning available to the child who has undergone the process of being taught in the traditional manner. Which raises the question: If this is true, then what is the Source of this Knowledge? Moreover, if this Source of Knowledge does indeed exist, how can it be accessed? And if it truly does exist, then why can't everybody access it? And thus, we find ourselves confronted by the great looming reality that, when you teach a child through rote memorization and programming in the manner that our religious and educational institutions do today, you forever alienate the child from even the ability to tap into that Inner Source, and truly begin to learn. Which means that part of the process of embracing a genuine spiritual religion, is to undo the harm and spiritual disenfranchisement caused by traditional faith-based religion and our cultural systems of instruction and education. This process of undoing the harmful effects of our traditional religious and educational systems which employ rote programming in their attempt to induce a condition of knowing is perhaps put in its proper perspective by Thomas Jefferson who wrote: : "Ignorance is preferable to error, and he is less remote from the truth who believes nothing than he who believes what is wrong" (Notes on Virginia, 1782). Sadly, because our culture has endorsed the wrong foundational paradigm upon which man's consciousness is built and exists, only the most dedicated seekers of Truth are able to undo the harm inflicted upon them by teachers and instructors who believe they are doing good by programming the mind of the child with the existing body of philosophical and religious wisdom of mankind.

If the question is posed: Who are we? Jesus taught that we not only have a highly developed pre-existing spiritual nature, but also portrayed us in the words: "Jesus answered them, Is it not written in your law, 'I said, You are gods '?" (John 10:34 NKJ). But Jesus also taught that man has a carnal nature that must be transformed -- and unless you loose the self you are in this world, that it will remain impossible for you to gain and enter into the life of the higher reality of the soul. That the (true) self already exists in a knowing and enlightened state of being -- and that the primary objective of life is to connect and manifest our true self -- is the paramount reality in the words of Jesus as set forth in the Gospel of Thomas: "...But if you will not know yourselves, you dwell in poverty and it is you who are that poverty". The Latin meaning of the word Education is to "draw out from within" -- which of course is predicated upon a pre-existing Inner Source of Knowledge and Being -- implying the development of the individual's potential by drawing out what is already there and existing beneath the surface. But herein lies the problem as seen in the fact that there is no place for this inner Source of Knowledge which remains obscured and unknown to our gravely flawed modern cultural understanding. But what it also means is that what we put forth as education today, is in fact in opposition to True Education -- mainly because the philosophical foundational paradigm of self is in conflict and in reverse of our true reality. And thus, what we call education is not only the rote programming of pseudo-education -- but has the effect of totally alienating the child and person from the true learning experience.

From an original Gospel perspective, there are two kinds of knowledge -- (1) ordinary human understanding which is learned from other people, and (2) Higher Spiritual Knowledge often portrayed as Divine Manna, that can only be imparted to man directly from God. Paul's Epistle to the Ephesians made reference to Gnosis Kardias -- or, the enlightened eyes of the heart. "I pray also that the eyes of your heart may be enlightened in order that you may know the hope to which he has called you, the riches of his glorious inheritance in the saints" (Eph 1:18). Thus, the "eyes of the heart" lie dormant in the vast majority of people -- primarily because those areas of the mind that possess the innate ability to connect directly to the Logos (Mind of God), remain atrophied and undeveloped. And one of the primary objectives of the original Gospel teachings, was the development and opening of the mind of the seeker/disciple to learn directly from the Indwelling Logos.

The word Gnostic is derived from the Greek word "gnosis", which is the term used to both delineate and define experiential spiritual knowledge received directly from God, vs. worldly knowledge derived through human reasoning based upon the natural consciousness of mankind. The word "gnosis" is defined as indicating "...direct spiritual experiential knowledge rather than from rational or reasoned thinking". Gnosis cannot be written in a book -- it cannot be taught by another person -- and it has absolutely nothing to do with any historical traditions or alternative scriptures. And without undergoing the transformational process which is portrayed in the scriptures, it is impossible for man in his organic condition of mind to even receive that Spiritual Knowledge which can be portrayed as Gnosis.

The objective of all genuine religions is to bring about that condition within the mind and life of the individual where they are able to fulfill the statement in the Gospel of John, and be "taught by God" -- i.e., "It is written in the prophets, 'And they shall all be taught by God.' Therefore everyone who has heard and learned from the Father comes to Me" (John 6:45 NKJ). From an original Gospel perspective, the historical man Jesus was the first to prevail over the Laws and come to -- and ultimately become ONE -- with the Indwelling Logos (Mind of God). And this wisdom and knowledge of how the believer can gain entrance into the Inner Kingdom, and learn directly from the Indwelling Logos, was suppressed by the fourth century Pagan Church of Rome. And as a true shepherd of TheWay, Jesus taught his disciples to come to the (indwelling) Logos. And it was for this reason that Jesus commanded his disciples not to be called teacher or rabbi -- i.e., "But you are not to be called rabbi, for you have One Teacher, and you are all brethren" (Matt 23:8 RSV) -- and this was commanded, because there is Only One True Teacher which is often called the Logos (Mind of God), and the early followers of Jesus portrayed the Logos as the True Prophet (see http://TheThreeLies.com#TrueProphet ). And that those lost prodigal sons who look to other men as their teacher, rabbi or leaders, will be greatly deceived and misguided, is why the disciple Peter in the Clementine Homilies declared: “Hence, O beloved Clement, if you would know the things pertaining to God, you have to learn them from Him alone, because He alone knows the truth. For if any one else knows anything, he has received it from Him or from His disciples”.

The Greek word Christ, or the Hebrew word Messiah, both in English mean the Anointing (of the mind) or Anointed -- which is an Enlightening Power imparted to those who successfully undergo the transformative experience and are able to bring about an inner connection to the Indwelling Logos. And this is why the disciple John explained: "These things I have written to you concerning those who try to deceive you. But the Anointing which you have received from Him abides in you, and you do not need that anyone teach you; but as the same anointing teaches you concerning all things..." (1 Jn 2:26-29 NKJ). In order to bring about this Anointing and Enlightening, the intuitive spheres of the mind that lie dormant and atrophied in organic man must be developed and put into primary use. And we can see this reality expressed in an important insight into the very essence, purpose and higher spiritual objectives of the original teachings of TheWay which is contained in an article in the Encyclopedia Britannica under the heading, The History of Christian Mysticism, where it reads: “Although the essence of mysticism is the sense of contact with the transcendent, mysticism in the history of Christianity should not be understood merely in terms of special ecstatic experiences but as part of a religious process lived out within the context of the Christian community. From this perspective mysticism played a vital part in the early church. Early Christianity was a religion of the spirit that expressed itself in the heightening and enlargement of human consciousness”. What is expressed in these words is of the utmost importance. Why? Because the original teachings of Jesus was not the blind faith and belief in a prophet or god-man -- but rather, the means to transform all Christian disciples of TheWay into prophets and mystics as demonstrated in the words: "...From this perspective mysticism played a vital part in the early church. Early Christianity was a religion of the spirit that expressed itself in the heightening and enlargement of human consciousness”.

All of the above original teachings and Gospel concepts are set forth in the profound statement of the disciple Peter as quoted in the Homilies of his disciple Clement where Peter is quoted: “But I would not have you think, that in saying this I take away the power of judging concerning things; but I give counsel that no one walk through devious places, and rush into errors without end. And therefore I advise not only wise men, but indeed all men who have a desire of knowing what is advantageous to them, that they seek after the true Prophet; for it is He alone who knoweth all things, and who knoweth what and how every man is seeking. For He is within the mind of every one of us, but in those who have no desire of the knowledge of God and His righteousness, He is inoperative; but He works in those who seek after that which is profitable to their souls, and kindles in them the light of knowledge. Wherefore seek Him first of all; and if you do not find Him, expect not that you shall learn anything from any other. But He is soon found by those who diligently seek Him through love of the truth, and whose souls are not taken possession of by wickedness. For He is present with those who desire Him in the innocence of their spirits, who bear patiently, and draw sighs from the bottom of their hearts through love of the truth; but He deserts malevolent minds, because as a prophet He knows the thoughts of every one. And therefore let no one think that he can find Him by his own wisdom, unless, as we have said, he empty his mind of all wickedness, and conceive a pure and faithful desire to know Him. For when any one has so prepared himself, He Himself as a prophet, seeing a mind prepared for Him, of His own accord offers Himself to his knowledge”.

The implications of the above are so important to all of mankind, that it is the basis of what has been portrayed as The Two Ways -- the narrow way of Life, or the broad-way of death! What it proclaims is that the Logos (Mind of God) exists equally at the deepest core of mind in every person who has ever walked the face of the earth -- and that every person therefore has the potential to tap into this All-Knowing Source of Knowledge and Truth. As stated by Peter in the above, in those who remain carnal and worldly in their thinking, mindset and lifestyle, the Logos remains dormant and "inoperative". And from a Gospel perspective, this would include those who cling to man-made dogma and traditions, as well as a worldly mindset and lifestyle. On the other hand, those few who are willing to seek Truth over dogma -- and desire to live the Truth in word, thought, desire and deed -- will undergo the necessary transformational experiences which will "...kindle in them the light of knowledge." In the same way that the Logos remains dormant and "inoperative" at the core of those who can be portrayed as organic man, so too does the necessary intuitive and higher spiritual spheres of mind remain undeveloped -- alienating man from the very Source of Knowledge and Ultimate Enlightenment that is his birthright. And this is why the vast majority of people remain totally unaware of the Source of Knowledge that lies dormant deep within their mind and being. When rightly understood, faith in Jesus carries with it the requirement that the seeker/disciple is willing to live in accord with the Gospel teachings, mindset and lifestyle. Which is why Jesus said: "And why call ye me, Lord, Lord, and do not the things which I say?" (Luke 6:46 KJV). It is in the doing that the necessary transformation is brought about that is able to consciously connect us with the Indwelling Logos.

The Problem: If the above is true, then the question should be posed as to why all of mankind does not possess the Great Enlightened Wealth of Knowledge that exists at the very core of their mind and being? What is alienating us from the Higher Consciousness that exists at the very Core of our Mind and Being? The answer is that the mind is divided into two paradoxical groups of spheres -- i.e., paradoxical opposites that see and understand the self and the world from often conflicting views and conflicting realities. The outward looking linear thinking and perception, and the inwardly looking intuitive thinking and perception. And because the vast majority of people's minds are trained to look outwardly as the only real and tangible reality -- with only the outward portrayed as being real and genuine -- the inward looking intuitive remains undeveloped and even atrophied. Mystics have long warned mankind that the reality of this world of appearances is not at all what is seems to be through the perception of man's physical eyes and senses -- i.e., that there is a great deal more that man's senses and perception cannot detect or even imagine. And this same enigma of the limits of man's physical senses was noted by Albert Einstein who concluded with respect to man's dilemma when he stated: "The intuitive mind is a sacred gift and the rational mind is a faithful servant. We have created a society that honors the servant and has forgotten the gift." In view of the fact that our culture neither understands the intuitive spheres of mind -- neither do they understand the Source of knowledge that the intuitive spheres of mind has the potential to tap into -- resulting in that condition whereby mankind has for all intent and purposes shackled himself to a condition of profound self-imposed ignorance with respect to a higher reality that he does not at all understand. And what the Mystic has long warned mankind, is that because of the shackles imposed upon mankind by his traditional religious, philosophical, cultural and educational institutions which "...have created a society that honors the [rational] servant and has forgotten [and suppressed the development of] the [intuitive] gift" -- thus, blinding mankind to the underlying cause of all that man sees and experiences in this world, man remains perpetually lost and blind in what Jesus portrayed as the "outer darkness" of mind and being (see Outer Darkness) -- or what the philosopher portrayed in the analogy of the illusions of Plato's Cave (see Cave) .

In order to begin to reverse the negative impact of our culture with respect to the almost total suppression of the intuitive spheres of mind, the person seeking a more Whole and Balanced Vision and Understanding of Life must begin to free the intuitive perception from the shackles imposed upon it by what Einstein portrays as the rational servant, and begin to consciously initiate the development of the intuitive gift. But to accomplish this, the person in pursuit of spiritual balance and wholeness must learn to differentiate and trust the intuitive perception that in many instances appears strange to what Einstein portrays as the linear-servant. With respect to the above statement contained in the article in the Encyclopedia Britannica under the heading, The History of Christian Mysticism, where it reads: “Although the essence of mysticism is the sense of contact with the transcendent, mysticism in the history of Christianity should not be understood merely in terms of special ecstatic experiences but as part of a religious process lived out within the context of the Christian community. From this perspective mysticism played a vital part in the early church. Early Christianity was a religion of the spirit that expressed itself in the heightening and enlargement of human consciousness”. it is the ignored intuitive gift that brings about this process of "...heightening and enlargement of human consciousness”.

The very fact that it was the objective of the original teachings associated with the historical man Jesus known as TheWay, to bring this condition of enlightenment about in the life of the individual Christian believer, means that there exists the inherent potential to manifest this enlightened reality of mind within the individual believer who becomes a disciple of TheWay in the present.   What was true of the first century believer and Christian, can also be true today -- so long as the same mindset and process of development is embraced.   Which means that the question then becomes not if -- but rather, how to bring this "...heightening and enlargement of human consciousness” about in the life of the believer as he progresses down the path of TheWay?   Certainly not through the further development of the mind through what is portrayed as the linear rational servant.   In the picture at the right -- "the frontispiece to her translation of Newton, Émilie du Châtelet appears as Voltaire's muse, reflecting Newton's heavenly insights down to Voltaire" (see Voltair) -- what is personified in the term muse, is always representative of a feminine source of wisdom -- and is very much an allegorical personification of the intuitive aspects of one's own mind that provides insight and access to the higher source of knowledge and wisdom within one's self.   In the image of the three muses at the left, in Greek writings these would be representative of the personification of the intuitive aspects of mind which must be developed in order to begin to tap into and access man's inner Source of Mind and Being.   And in this respect such biblical figures as Mary Magdalene is not the personification of an historical person -- but rather, the purification, development and raising up of the (feminine) intuitive aspects of the disciples own mind.    In the Gospels associated with Mary Magdalene it is written: “She speaks to the other disciples about Jesus and what she’s seen, and Peter says, ‘I don’t believe the Lord said these things. These are certainly strange ideas.’ And she says, ‘Well, do you think I made them up? Do you think I’m lying about the Lord?’ ”   In this allegorical representation, the linear-rational aspect of mind is represented in Peter's inability to comprehend what the feminine-intuitive as represented in the allegorical personification of Mary Magdalene reveals.   And since these intuitive visions, impressions and wisdom does not support the linear reasoning of the masculine vision of this world and Creation, in most people they are rejected.

In the introduction to the book Secrets of Mary Magdalene, Prof. Elain Pageles writes and quotes the Gospel of Philip: Simultaneously, the Gospel of Philip celebrates Mary Magdalene as manifesting the divine spirit, which this gospel calls the “virgin who came down” from heaven. When Christians spoke of Jesus “born from a virgin,” this author agrees—but refuses to take it literally. So some people, he says, take this literally to mean that Jesus’ mother became pregnant apart from any man, apart from sexual intercourse. But this, he says, is the “faith of fools” who fail to comprehend spiritual matters (although, as we note, it can be seen in the birth narratives offered in the New Testament gospels of Matthew and Luke). Instead, continues the Gospel of Philip, Jesus was born physically, just as all humans, as the son of biological parents. The difference, says the author of this gospel, that he was also “born again” in baptism--born spiritually to become the son of the Father above, and of the heavenly Mother, the Holy Spirit.   That one of the primary objectives of this life is to bring about and achieve the next stage of birth -- a non-physical birth which is allegorically portrayed as a Virgin Birth -- should be of primary importance to all people.   Why?   Because what is portrayed in the allegory of the Virgin Birth is not a faith-based belief in the supernatural -- but rather, part of the process of the threefold birth that every person who has ever walked the face of the earth must experience within themselves in pursuit of their ultimate destiny.

In the same way that Peter as representing the (male) linear-rational spheres of mind states of the intuitive visions and wisdom of Mary Magdalene: "...These are certainly strange ideas", it is a fact that it is the lopsided development of what Einstein portrayed as the linear-rational servant that inhibits the development of the intuitive-gift -- i.e., as seen in Einstein's statement that “The only thing that interferes with my learning is my education.”     Without the balanced development of the intuitive, the linear-rational which only senses outwardly, arrives as a point where it becomes what can be portrayed as flat-lined -- which in turn inhibits the further development of the linear rational servant from itself maturing beyond organic limitations.   And herein lies the great obstacle to human development that linear-intellectuals don't at all understand -- i.e., the reality that the linear programming of the mind which is the agenda of our educational systems -- including the reading of books and traditional study -- only serves to inhibit the development of the intuitive spheres of mind -- and it is the lack of balance between the inward looking intuitive and the outward looking linear-rational that inhibits the development of the mind beyond a certain very shallow organic physical level of maturity.    Further, what we are presented with are a number of paradoxes that have confronted man since he first stepped foot on the earth.   Thus, these proverbial questions must be confronted: Is the mind of a child empty?   Or, does a great source of knowledge already exist within the mind of the child that must be tapped into?   Do you instruct a child through rote programming in the manner of our educational systems today?   Or do you guide the child into an environment of self-discovery that enables them to tap into the Inner Source of Knowledge?

The problem is seen in the fact that the linear-rational servant can only look outwardly -- and not only remains totally ignorant of an inner reality that it is blind to -- but it demands that all of mankind ignore and even reject the higher causal reality that can only be sensed and understood through the development of the intuitive centers of mind.   Like the tip of the proverbial iceberg, what is observed protruding out of the water is very small in relation to the immense body of ice that is beyond man's normal scope of vision lying beneath the water line.   And because our culture and linear learning environment actually inhibits the development of the intuitive, it remains atrophied and latently embryonic and immature.   This is seen in the fact that when the leaders of the Jews (Pharisees) asked Jesus when the Kingdom of God would come upon the earth in the manner that they believed it would, he told them that it would never come upon the earth so as to be seen with their eyes (that look outwardly), because the Kingdom already exists within them (see http://GateOfEden.com ) -- and it is accessed through the development of the intuitive spheres of mind that are positioned to look inwardly -- which then must be balanced with the outward looking rational linear.

Man's Inner Intuitive Vision Of Reality: Our linear driven culture is so all encompassing and restrictive, that the intuitive mind of the vast majority of people is very much as a woman who has been shackled in a dungeon -- programmed and brainwashed to recite answers from a foreign linear perspective -- and inhibited from any real development. The result is that the intuitive spheres of mind of the vast majority of people is dysfunctional with respect to its natural abilities and strengths. Which not only has inhibited the development of the intuitive half of man's consciousness, but has also mentally flat-lined the linear spheres of man's consciousness by virtue of it being cut off from the person's own higher reality of mind and being. Why is the linear mentally flat-lined in its development, as a direct result of the shackling of the intuitive by our left-brained linear restrictive reasoning that totally inhibits the development of the intuitive spheres of mind which the linear is dependent upon for higher insight and vision? Quoting from the subheading entitled The Opening And Unlocking Of The Mind:

Donius entitled Thought Revolution: How to Unlock Your Inner Genius, not only provides a degree of confirmation for what is presented in the subheading entitled Intuitive Mind vs Linear-Rational -- and I point out this book especially because of an important critical review that appears on the Amazon.com web site. The book description reads: Thought Revolution invites readers to unlock their whole brain to change the way they see themselves and find the truth in whatever challenges them. Encompassing twelve years of research, the book takes readers on an unexpected journey that will set them free-and it all begins with moving the pen from one hand to the other. The technique is called "intuitive" or "nondominant" hand writing and is the basis for this revolutionary approach to making lasting life changes. (Paragraph 2) Tapping the non dominant subconcious right brain through nondominant hand writing, or drawing, can act as a direct pipeline to one's inner truth, open up creative problem-solving abilities, and help people think outside the box. Others have reported improvements in relationships, reduction in stress, better physical health, discovery of hidden talents, deeper spiritual awareness, healing from trauma, breakthroughs in career, accessing inner wisdom, and connection with a higher power. (Paragraph 3) Inside Thought Revolution William A. Donius offers the science behind nondominant hand writing and teaches readers ow to incorporate nondominant hand writing in their own lives. Thought-provoking, easy-to-do exercises and prompts help readers connect mnore fully with the needs of their subconcious right brains and unlock their hidden genius.

In the article entitled The Cross And The Seat Belt, I explore the reality that while from a purely linear perspective it makes perfect sense to wear a seat belt.   I then demonstrate that what appears on the surface to be purely rational thinking, in fact inhibits the development of the intuitive which is of a primary importance in the development of the mind of the spiritual seeker.    In a subheading of The Cross And The Seat Belt article entitled Directed Impressions, I explore the reality that you not only have the innate ability to intuitively sense impending events, but by developing the intuitive spheres of mind and then learning how to project one's thoughts to others, that in many instances you can actually avert what the linear-minded people portray as accidents.    But I quoted the above book review specifically because of a customer review by Gary J. Belis on the Amazon.com web site which states: I have just finished reading this book online, and I must say the title does not capture its essence. It should be called "Lies Your Left Brain Tells You." I have tried writing answers to key questions with my nondominant hand as the book recommends, and it is truly amazing just what my underutilized right brain wants to tell me. The book is an easy read, written in an engaging manner. That title led me to believe it was going to be a boring textbook. It isn't. Probably a lie told by my left brain. And another related review by B. "Cat" Morrow further examines a reality that few understand: I must admit when I first began reading this I couldn't understand how we could be so adept at telling ourselves lies, AND believing them. However as I kept reading and worked through the exercises provided I realized this is indeed true. Again we observe the reality portraying what the linear-rational mind perceives and understands as a lie -- at least from a right brain perspective.   In the above noted opposition to first the New York, and then North Carolina seat belt laws as presented in the case of The Cross And The Seat Belt, when I attempted to present the case that the linear perspective of accidents presented such an incomplete picture of man's true reality, what I presented was immediately dismissed -- and that what I was stating was some sort of cultish mumbo jumbo that made absolutely no sense.   Why?   Because the reality that I was presenting was totally inconceivable to the linear-rational minds of the judges, lawyers and court officers.   And while I eventually prevailed in my opposition to the law, my victory was founded upon Constitutional mandates that the court did not want to oppose.   And sadly, in many respects, this has been the plight of women who by virtue of the feminine powers of mind, are far more intuitive than their male counterparts -- as presented throughout the article The Divine Marriage.

The proper development of the mind to eclipse what can be called organic human limitations, is dependent upon the interaction of the linear and intuitive spheres of mind. But when the intuitive perception is inhibited,and development is suppressed, even the linear is flat-lined from any development beyond what is portrayed in the Gospels as carnal and restricted consciousness. The linear mind of man remains limited in its development, because the intuitive remains infantile and shackled in a captive environment where it is only permitted to express itself in linear terms. While the inward looking intuitive has the potential to access higher consciousness and states of mind and being, it is unable to arise to its intended potential because of the shackles placed upon it by a thoroughly domineering and controlling linear culture. Like a woman who in many Islamic cultures are forced to dwell in an imprisoned world beneath a Burka -- not permitted to openly express herself except when accompanied by a male relative -- totally deprived of the ability to openly speak on her own behalf -- the natural expression of the intuitive mind has been so impeded by our linear-driven culture, that it has remained undeveloped and unreliable as a resource (see Opening And Unlocking the Mind).

The New Paradigm Of Scientific Reality That Proves The Vision Of The Mystic: While the Intuitive spheres of mind which are inward looking is designed to access man's higher mental and spiritual levels of mind, this intuitive vision is necessary for the linear to gain greater insight and begin to develop beyond organic limitations. Man's true self or Soul-Self (see SoulSelf.org ) dwells in a realm where all the events and things that we experience are seen in their true reality. Every event which man ignorantly portrays as an accident, is foreseen and understood within the higher construct of life. And while it is true that the undeveloped intuitive spheres of mind are at best infantile in their vision and perspective of life, it is also true that when the intuitive spheres are permitted to develop, that all events that we ignorantly portray as accidents can be foreseen and overcome. Our lives have been orchestrated and laid out like a labyrinth where we learn and mature through the series of experiences which we encounter. All dangers and obstacles can be foreseen, if we permit ourselves to properly develop our inner resources of mind. A wise man very quickly becomes aware of the ability of his intuitive spheres of mind to gain insight into a higher reality than what he outwardly sees with his physical senses. Again, in the words of Einstein: "The intuitive mind is a sacred gift and the rational mind is a faithful servant. We have created a society that honors the servant and has forgotten the gift." In the subheading The Scientific Refutation Of Darwin (below), it is demonstrated using the findings of modern physicists that this world is not what it appears through the linear vision of the mind -- and that the Source of all that we see and experience -- as well as our own higher reality -- is in what the scientist portrays as the (Etherc) Field which is the unseen forces that form matter as what is portrayed as a "blemish" in the intersecting forces. And it is the intuitive spheres of mind that is able to gain access into what exists in the (Etherc) Field that is the source of all that we see and experience. Therefore, when the linear suppresses the development of the intuitive, the result is the person becomes lost and disoriented while attempting to navigate through the labyrinth and pathways of life.

Einstein experienced shock when he first came into contact with the new reality of atomic physics that was presented to him, and wrote in his autobiography: “All my attempts to adapt the theoretical foundation of physics to this [new type of] knowledge failed completely. It was as if the ground had been pulled out from under one, with no firm foundation to be seen anywhere, upon which one could have built”. In much the same fashion, the European physicist Niels Bohr stated that “…The great extension of our experience in recent years has brought to light the insufficiency of our simple mechanical conceptions and, as a consequence, has shaken the foundation on which the customary interpretation of observation was based.” These “…mechanical conceptions” make reference to Darwin and the Theory of Evolution which is opposite and in conflict with man’s true reality.

That part of the mind that is designed to access what exists in what the physicist portrays as the (Etheric) Field, is the Intuitive spheres of mind. In the words of Einstein: “We may therefore regard matter as being constituted by the regions of space in which the field is extremely intense… There is no place in this new kind of physics both for the field and matter, for the field is the only reality” (quoted in M. Capek, The Philosophical Impact of Contemporary Physics). In his Preface to Stalking The Wild Pendulum by Itzhak Bentov, William A. Tiller, Materials Sciences Department, Stanford University writes: “The present scientific establishment has grown somewhat fossilized by its current world picture and is locked into a view of reality that has outlived its usefulness. It has begun to limit mankind’s growth and has so increased its sense of specialization, separateness, materiality, and mechanical computer-like functioning that it is in real danger of self-extermination”. Yet this fossilized science is still being promoted among our school children -- it is the basis upon which the thinking of the seat belt laws are built upon -- it remains as the founding principle upon which our culture is based -- it is being used to inhibit both religion and freedom in our present-day culture -- and has greatly limited the ability of man to function in his true multidimensional and spiritual reality.

Without insight into the causal source in what the physicist and mystic portrays as the (Etheric) Field, the linear mind remains blind to man's higher reality. In the above words of physicist Walter Thirring: . "...The presence of matter is merely a disturbance of the perfect state of the field at that place; something accidental, one could almost say, a ‘blemish’. Accordingly, there are no simple laws describing the forces between elementary particles… Order and symmetry must be sought in the underlying field.” Which means that the paramount question that emerges in this more enlightened paradigm of man's reality that has rendered both Darwinism and his traditional fossilized mindset that what you see with your physical sense is the only reality that exists, as an intellectual anchor that has shackled man's traditional perception of reality in the dark ages. Jesus warned that men of a natural organic mindset dwelt in what he portrayed as the "outer darkness" of mind and being (see Outer Darkness) -- while the parallel analogy of Plato's Cave portrays what organic man thinks he sees with his physical senses and linear mindset, as mere shadow reflections which are being danced on the walls of the Cave he is unknowingly imprisoned in. Modern physicists have proven this to be true -- with reality existing in the unseen Source of the Field, and the shadow images that man imagines is real being what is portrayed by the physicist as a ‘blemish’ that is formed by the intersecting forces within the (Etheric) Field. Which emerging realty confirms the statement of the Apostle to "...look not at the things which are seen, but at the things which are not seen: for the things which are seen are temporal; but the things which are not seen are eternal" (2 Cor 4:18 KJV). Which provides a whole new dimension of reality to the statement in the Gospel of Thomas: (5) Jesus said, "Recognize what is in your sight, and that which is hidden from you will become plain to you ..." The problem is that this unseen reality that exists in the (Etheric) Field, can only be perceived by the intuitive spheres of mind - and so long as this intuitive insight is being suppressed, the linear remains incapable of understanding what is seen as it looks out into the outer world. This condition of profound blindness with respect to the causal factors of life, is the cause of all human ignorance, sectarian and secular conflict -- as well as all human suffering and pain. Which is the absolute fulfillment of the reality in the words: “If anyone has an ear, let him hear. He who leads into captivity shall go into captivity...” (Rev 13:9-10 NKJ). Because the linear-minded culture inhibits the intuitive from its natural functioning and development, the linear is itself inhibited from developing beyond a very carnal level of being.

The Effects Of Wearing A Seat Belt: The only mean by which mankind can move beyond his present limitations and struggles with the unknown, is to gain access to the Source of what he observes and interacts with in the world which is in what the mystic and scientist affirm as being the (Etheric) Field that surrounds all matter that we observe with our physical senses. But to accomplish this, man must develop ways to effectively use his suppressed Intuitive spheres of mind. Which means that to even begin to tap into the unseen Source, we must move beyond our traditional behaviors, mindset and perception of reality, and begin to embrace untraditional ways that permit the development and use of our suppressed Intuitive facilities of mind. If what man presently portrays as accidents, can indeed be perceived prior to the event taking place -- and thus, be avoided -- then we will have eliminated the massive suffering and even death that is the result of these episodes of human existence. And therefore, if the witness of both the Mystic and the emerging scientific evidence is true -- and reality must he sought in the unseen (Etheric) Field as the Source of all events that transpire -- then it becomes imperative for man to begin to develop and evolve those Intuitive spheres of mind that has been abandoned and left atrophied by the linear-only elements of our modern culture. Therefore, it becomes absolutely necessary to stimulate and permit the inward looking Intuitive spheres of mind to develop and bring vision and balance to the outward looking Linear-Rational spheres of mind, it is imperative that faith and trust be exercised as a matter of not only religious/spiritual development, but also of all people who want to understand the true realities of life. If it is true that all the answers to man's earthly reality lies just beyond the natural limitations of his linear vision and traditional mode of thinking -- and with much work and effort, these answers to man's earthly dilemma can be revealed and understood -- then any attempt to impede this necessary development of the Intuitive spheres of mind must be seen as an abject rejection of the Rights of Man as objectified and declared in our Constitutional form of government.

The question then becomes: How do you prove to others that you have the ability to foresee and precognitively detect a event in the physical that is about to transpire? To the linear-thinking people in our society, it is virtually impossible to prove anything of a deeper perceptive reality that they remain virtually blind to by their very mindset and manner of thinking. So the question then must be asked: Must all of mankind be barred from developing these facilitates of mind that the mystic states all of mankind innately possesses? Must we remain hostage to left-brained linear thinkers who have shackled themselves to a fossilized dogmatic reality that has been proven to be in grave error? In the words of William A. With respect to the question of how does one prove a higher reality that a large segment of mankind remains in denial of? Or are too complacent in their old and traditional ways to embrace? In most instances, it remains virtually impossible to prove anything to anyone -- especially when they have no reason to think differently than they do at present. I, personally, have had a license for fifty (50) years -- and during that period wherein I not only drove a car and motorcycle, but also a telephone company van around New York City, I have never once needed either a seat belt or a helmet. Yet, there have been countless accidents that I have avoided because of an intuitive driven precognitive perception of the events that could have transpired. Many times escaping a collision that could have easily resulted in my own death. In like manner, throughout my massive collection of writings that are studied by spiritual seekers world-wide (see http://MasterIndex.Nazirene.org ), I reveal the higher realities and mysteries of life that exist no where else. And the fact that others have used these writings to prove in their own lives the higher spiritual truth that the vast majority of mankind remains in denial of, is meaningless to those who have been flat-lined and shackled by fossilized linear thinking. It is a fact that throughout our educational curriculums we still promote Darwinism which states that the natural physical world came into existence without and totally apart from any unseen forces -- and yet, we continue to teach young impressionable minds what the modern physicist has already proven to be junk-science based upon a bogus fraud. And as stated by the scientist above with respect to the Darwinist mindset upon which our modern culture has been erected: "it has grown somewhat fossilized by its current world picture and is locked into a view of reality that has outlived its usefulness. It has begun to limit mankind’s growth and ...[had caused mankind to be] in real danger of self-extermination”. Yet, it is government which has forced this fossilized mindset out of the intellectual dark ages upon mankind that is presently threatening his very existence.

Communicating With Our Actions: While we have all heard about the predicted Second Coming and End Times, what remains generally unacknowledged is the fact that Jesus taught that the End Times will never come upon the earth as men predict -- because the Kingdom is within you (see Third Fatal Mistake) -- and it must therefore come within you. And while many of the important Gospel teachings on this subject was removed by the Church of Rome (see http://BibleCorruption.com ), they have been faithfully preserved in a number of Epistles and Scriptures. Thus, the Second Epistle Of Clement quotes the pre-corrupted Gospels with respect to the Second Coming within the disciple: “Let us expect, therefore, hour by hour, the kingdom of God in love and righteousness, since we know not the day of the appearing of God. For the Lord Himself, being asked by one when His kingdom would come, replied, 'When two shall be one, that which is without as that which is within, and the male with the female, neither male nor female’”. Which provokes the question as to the meaning of the words: "...and the male with the female, neither male nor female’”? This statement is further presented in the Gospel of Thomas saying 22 where the question is posed: (22) Jesus saw infants being suckled. He said to his disciples, "These infants being suckled are like those who enter the kingdom." They said to him, "Shall we then, as children, enter the kingdom?" Jesus said to them, "When you make the two one, and when you make the inside like the outside and the outside like the inside, and the above like the below, and when you make the male and the female one and the same, so that the male not be male nor the female female; and when you fashion eyes in the place of an eye ...then will you enter the kingdom." Thus, only in a state of absolute Oneness can the balance of man's duality be portrayed as "...the male not be male nor the female female". The necessary spiritual environment for the foregoing teachings to be brought about in the life of the disciple/seeker is The Divine Marriage where the man and woman enter into a Spiritual Covenant and create within themselves the Living Divine Temple. Which is why Jesus taught that a man who even looks upon a woman other than his wife with lust, has already committed adultery -- and no valid marriage can even exist in an adulterous relationship. But as set forth in the foregoing, in order to fulfill the Gospel purpose and objectives, the balance and Oneness of the duality of male/female must be brought about in the seeker's inner and outer life -- with reference being made to the above words: "...and when you fashion eyes in the place of an eye", which is to the development of the necessary Intuitive Perception which is feminine in nature -- and it is the balance of the Linear (male) and Intuitive (feminine) which provides the seeker/disciple perceptive vision into the Causal (Etheric) Field that is the True Source of all that we see and experience in this world.

Without the developmental opening of the Intuitive -- and the holographic balance that initiates the necessary expansion of mind -- which Paul portrays above as Gnosis Kardias -- or, the opening of the enlightened eyes of the heart -- then mankind remains virtually blind to the causal factor of all the events in his life. Because he remains blind to the causal factors in the (Etheric) Field, he attributes much of his misfortune to accidents, bad luck, or even the Will of God. Yet, if he had permitted those areas of mind to develop that Intuitively looks within -- and is able to perceive the causal factors which the mystic and scientist portrays as the Field -- then he would perceive the Source with his eyes of the heart -- and being able to foresee the events that transpire in his life, he would be able to act accordingly. Moreover, as the person's mind becomes Anointed and Enlightened, and they begin to tap into the Source which Jesus portrayed as the Indwelling Logos, blind belief fades as the mind of the seeker becomes nourished by the Divine Manna of the Kingdom.

When rightly understood, donning a seat belt could be viewed as being synonymous with putting a Burka on the Intuitive spheres of mind. The Apostle Paul taught that man is saved by faith in the Gospel message -- and that faith is based upon the reality that if you live in accord with the Gospel teachings -- embracing Truth over man-made dogma -- living the Consecrated life as Jesus and the original disciples taught -- that you will bring about and achieve the next stage of birth, resulting in the Kingdom will coming within you. But this requires absolute faith in the process that opens the inner "narrow strait gate" which permits the Kingdom to come within the believer. But this objective of life will remain an elusive impossibility, so long as you remain blind to the Source of all things that exist in what the mystic and scientist portray as the (Etheric) Field which surrounds all matter, and is the Source of what we see and experience. It is impossible to put faith in the Spiritual Process of Enlightenment as revealed in the Gospels with respect to the Kingdom coming within one's mind and being, while embracing the Atheist mindset whereby the events that transpire in this world are seen as accidents, luck, or random events that cannot be foreseen.

From the perspective of the original teachings of Jesus known as TheWay which was observed by his Nazirene Ebionite disciples, in addition to all of the above, it must also be understood that the original followers and disciples of Jesus lived the necessary Consecrated Life (see http://TheConsecratedLife.com), in strict accord with The Nazirene Vow (see http://TheConsecratedLife.com#NazireneVow ). This fact is also important and relevant because as demonstrated at the subheading, Achieving Higher Consciousness (see http://TheConsecratedLife.com#unity ), the vegetarian pure diet is necessary to permit the expansion of mind to take place (see http://TheConsecratedLife.com#mysteries), and the hair and beard especially on a man, is in fact the nerve endings that are the gateway between the physical organic mind and the higher consciousness of man that is in the Etheric Field. Which means that when a person conforms to our culture in both diet, and the cutting of their hair and the shaving or trimming of their beard, they are in fact severing the nerve endings that in conjunction with the other above means of expansion and development of mind, opens the door of high-level communication between the person we are in this world, and the all-knowing higher soul-self, as well as the Indwelling Logos (Mind of God).

Man has been commanded not to kill -- and if he is to once again return and dwell in the Paradise of the Edenic Kingdom, to do no harm. And what few people today realize is the fact that the Disciples of Jesus who were of the Nazirene Vow of Consecration -- a Holy people who were set aside and touched not the dead -- not only condemned animal sacrifice, but were all vegetarians. It is written of Jacob who people call James, the brother of Yeshua who is known today as Jesus -- and Jacob being the first leader of the Jerusalem New Covenant Community, that "He drank no wine or strong drink, nor did he eat meat" (Eusibius; Church History). Of the disciple Matthew it is recorded: "Accordingly, the apostle Matthew partook of seeds, and nuts, and vegetables, without flesh" (Clement of Alexandria; The Instructor). And in the writings of his disciple Clement, Peter is quoted as stating that "He drank no wine or strong drink, nor did he eat meat." Epiphanius wrote that the Ebionites claimed that the disciple Peter "...abstained from that which had life in it and from meats, even as they do; and from all other food prepared from flesh" (Panarion 30.15.3 Bk I, Sec. II). Thomas is spoken of as eating only bread and water (The Acts of Thomas). While modern Christians don't understand why, there are very important spiritual reasons why the Brother and Disciples of Jesus were all vegetarians. The oldest known complete copy of our Gospels is called the Evangelion Da - Mepharresh and in it we find Jesus saying at Luke 21:34: "See that you do not make your minds heavy, to do this, never eat meat or drink wine."

Christianity was intended to be the Light of the world. But in order for this Light to Manifest, there must exist a body of believers who have themselves travailed in TheWay, and become the Light of their Soul and Spiritual Natures. The wearing of a seat belt is drawn from a mindset that is is repressive to bringing about the necessary Wholeness and Expansion of Mind, that will permit this next stage of birth to be brought about. And it is this same repressive mindset that is ultimately responsible for all human ignorance, suffering, poverty and conflict in the world today. Therefore, to reject wearing a seat belt is to reject this spiritually repressive mindset that inhibits man's growth and development -- alienating him from his higher Soul-Self -- spiritually disenfranchising him in what is portrayed as a prisoner in Plato's Cave of Illusions (see http://DivineStrategery.com#Plato ) -- and dwelling in what Jesus portrayed as the "outer darkness" of mind and being (see http://DivineStrategery.com#OuterDarkness ). Those who Jesus portrayed as dwelling in the "outer darkness" of mind and being, are representative of the lost prodigal sons who have squandered away their vital life-force (inheritance) on riotous (carnal) living and moral abandonment. Because these people lack the bio-energy and consciousness to develop the higher centers of mind, they remain totally carnal in their thinking, mindset and lifestyle. From the perspective of a seat belt, because they remain blind to the causal forces in the (Etheric) Field, it would be better for them to wear a seat belt.

Living Blind: From an Atheist perspective -- or one who is ignorant of the Laws -- it will of course sound reasonable that a person driving a car should wear a seat belt in order to protect themselves from an accident. But this thinking is drawn from a Paradigm of Thought that is based upon error -- and this Paradigm of Thought totally alienates the person from their own higher reality -- resulting in the fact that the Atheists and those who are ignorant of the workings of the Laws in the life of man, cannot even begin to contemplate the reality that there are no accidents -- and all events in the life of man, is all the result of his own previous actions. And that this Atheist Paradigm of Thought is so limiting in its understanding of life, that Paul portrayed this mindset that is in denial of higher reality as being able to take a person (or group of people) "...captive through hollow and deceptive philosophy". As an example: Many people are in shock of the fact that as many as 82% of our nations schools may be classified as failing (see http://www.educationnews.org/ed_reports/150131.html ) -- and educators are without an answer as to why? The A Report issued by America's Promise Alliance, "...found that about half of the students served by public school systems in the nation's largest cities receive diplomas." Yet, what they fail to realize is the fact that because they are attempting to build upon an Atheist foundational paradigm of thought, our schools are limiting the essential developmental balance of mind that is necessary to move beyond a certain point. This does not mean that faith-based sectarian schools that have also built upon a counterfeit dogmatic paradigm of thought can do any better -- though the students in most sectarian schools do score higher in testing than most public school students. But in the same way that municipal building codes will not permit someone to build upon a defective foundation because it will limit the whole of the structure that it supports, when you attempt to educate and build upon a defective foundational paradigm of thought, there comes a time where the thinking of the child/person begins to flat-line. And when the Laws which control all realities of this world are understood, then it must be acknowledged that the seatbelt mindset is the product of this prevailing disenfranchised thinking that has alienated man from the knowledge to understand his true reality.

Developmental Foundational Paradigm Of Thought: When the thinking and foundational paradigm of the child/person is built upon what is real and genuine, such a person is then able to tap into a Source of Higher Wisdom that innately exists within everyone -- develop this higher vision though their intuitive spheres of mind that are latent in most people -- and perceive and understand the end results when the labyrinth of the Laws presents to the individual the choices that he must make. That this Inner Source is the Only Teacher that Jesus instructed to seek out, is demonstrated conclusively at the link http://TheThreeLies.com#TrueProphet . And just as important is the fact that when an individual person develops the ability to perceive and comprehend the workings of the Laws in the life of both themselves and all of mankind -- and begins to develop those latent intuitive spheres of mind -- they are then responsible to live in accord with this higher knowledge that they have been blessed to receive.

Thus the question is posed in scripture: “Does evil befall a city, unless the LORD has done it?” (Amos 3:6 RSV). And what does the scriptures state is the source of darkness and evil? “I form the light, and create darkness: I make peace, and create evil: I the LORD do all these things” (Isa 45:7 KJV). While as presented in the above, when Rabbi Yosefan said was that the 6 million Holocaust victims "...were reincarnations of the souls of sinners, people who transgressed and did all sorts of things that should not be done” -- and explained that these souls who had previously lived lives of sin, “…had been reincarnated in order to atone” -- he was merely confirming the statement of Paul that "Do not be deceived: God cannot be mocked. A man reaps what he sows” (Gal 6:7 NIV). Thus, the evil that befalls man in this world, is merely the Laws returning to each person or group of people the fruit of their own previous actions towards others.

Cyclic Responses Of The Laws: If the Laws responded instantly -- by this I mean: If the Laws instantly returned to each person the fruit of their own actions in the manner of touching a hot stove -- then from a soul-perspective, the lessons of life would not be learned and the very purpose of life itself as an environment of spiritual growth and development would be negated. If a wife-beater immediately received the same force of blows that he perpetrated upon his wife, then he would not engage in such behavior. If a person who shot another was instantly struck by a bullet, then the perpetrator would not engage in such evil actions against his brother or sister. If every lie that a politician speaks in order to seduce and deceive the people were immediately revealed as such, then politicians would begin to speak the truth. If every act of adultery and unfaithfulness was instantly exposed, then the whole sexual behavior of men and women would be changed. If, when Muslim terrorists flew planes into the World Trade Center, other planes appeared out of the heavens that flew into the Grand Mosque in Mecca, then every Muslim would be outraged over the actions of the terrorists. If a person who abused their children was themselves instantly abused, then they would very quickly treat their children differently. If an adult who molested a child was instantly molested, then the molestation of children would quickly cease. If a thief returned home to find everything he owned gone, then he would cease to steal. If every woman died who took the life of the unborn in her womb, then all abortions would instantly cease. And if every woman who takes the life of her unborn child was to see herself in a future life where she suffered under torturous conditions where life has no meaning such as those in Ethiopia or the Sudan, then she would change her present life and mindset so as not to inherit a similar fate that she brings upon her unborn child. If those leftists who idolize the despotic rulers such as Stalin, Mao, Castro and Chavez could see that in the future, they will lose their liberty and be born under the rulership of such despots, then they would very quickly change their ways. Thus, evil is permitted to manifest for a season, before the polarities or sides are reversed, and those who were the past aggressors are made the victims of their own past actions -- i.e., “If anyone has an ear, let him hear. He who leads into captivity shall go into captivity; he who kills with the sword must be killed with the sword. Here is the patience and the faith of the saints” (Rev 13:9-10 NKJ). If the one who killed with the sword was immediately struck down with a sword, then swords would cease to exist. And if those who lead others into captivity -- in its almost countless forms -- were themselves instantly held captive -- then no one would use force upon their brothers and sisters. But the fact that each individual person is responsible for innately knowing right/wrong, good/evil, light/darkness in their actions towards their brothers and sisters -- i.e., "as you do unto others, the same will be done unto you" -- these are the tests of life that everyone is presented with. And in the same way that if a student was given a jip sheet that enabled him to know the answers before taking the test -- that the validity of the test itself would be undermined and rendered worthless -- so too is it necessary to withhold from those taking the tests of life, the correct answers where they are able to prove themselves worthy.

On the above biblical phrase, “I form the light, and create darkness”, Barnes' Notes writes: “Light, in the Bible, is the emblem of knowledge, innocence, pure religion, and of prosperity in general; and darkness is the emblem of the opposite. Light here seems to be the emblem of peace and prosperity, and darkness the emblem of adversity; and the sentiment of the verse is, that all things prosperous and adverse are under the providential control and direction of God. Of light, it is literally true that God made it; and emblematically true that he is the source of knowledge, prosperity, happiness, and pure religion. Of darkness, it is literally true also that the night is formed by him; that he withdraws the light of the sun, and leaves the earth enveloped in gloomy shades. It is emblematically true also that calamity, ignorance, disappointment, and want of success are ordered by him; and not less true that all the moral darkness, or evil, that prevails on earth, is under the direction and ordering of his Providence”.

Ultimately, it is clear that the Bible teaches that (the Laws of) God is the All-Pervading Power that controls every aspect of Creation -- i.e., the author of all things -- light and dark, good and evil -- and most importantly, that there is a Divine Plan as expressed in the words: “The LORD of hosts hath sworn, saying, Surely as I have thought, so shall it come to pass; and as I have purposed, so shall it stand” (Isa 14:24 KJV). To the degree that it is stated that “A man's steps are directed by the LORD...” (Prov 20:24 NIV) -- directed by Laws which return to each individual or group of people the fruit of their own previous actions.

The Great Question Presented To The Court: The question then becomes this: While traditional faith-based religion has permitted government to (re)define religion from a very elementary and entry-level perspective -- i.e., institutionalized and secularized quasi-religion -- will the government throw out the Constitution when confronted with the tenets of a spiritually-based religion? Herein lies the crux of the problem: If a person has developed the ability to perceive and comprehend the workings of the Laws -- spiritually evolving to the level where they come to recognize that the true practice of religion that was envisioned by our Constitutional framers was the protection of the thinking, the mindset and the lifestyle of the religious person -- in contradistinction to outward rituals and proclamations of faith in the unknown -- then can government officials acknowledge the First Amendment mandate of freedom of religion, and readily accommodate the practice of a spiritually-based religious system?

One of the problems is that the government definition of religion has presupposed that religious people are fundamentally ignorant, and they exercise faith in what is considered the unknown -- and even the unknowable. When a religious person steps into a court in the more secular progressive areas of the nation, they are automatically defined as ignorant to even believe in what is perceived to be myths and superstition. The reality that the true purpose and objective of religion is to evolve and deepen the knowledge and awareness of the person until which time they can become enlightened -- and be able to see and perceive a knowledge and higher reality of mind and being that greatly exceeds that of natural (organic) man who is inherently blind to this higher reality -- is something that government officials are simply not even prepared to embrace. Unbeknown to most Americans today, our Constitutional framers who for the most part were American Gnostics who were often portrayed as Deists (see http://TheThreeLies.com#Deist ), instituted the First Amendment protections of religion not only to inhibit secular authorities from interfering with the practice of faith-based religion, but also to inhibit either faith-based religion or the combination of faith-based clergy and secular authorities from inhibiting and interfering with the practice of spiritually-based religion -- which had been traditionally condemned as heresy since the marriage of church and state in the fourth century.

Black's Law Dictionary defines Religious Freedom as: "Within Constitution embraces not only the right to worship GOD according to the dictates of one's conscience, but also the right to do, or forbearing of which is not inimical to the peace, good order, and morals of society." So, the ONLY question set before this court must be limited to whether my refusal to wear a seat belt is “inimical to the peace, good order, and morals of society”, and whether the practice of my religion which rejects the competing religion of Secular-Humanism -- a quasi-religious manner of thinking which is founded upon a mindset and Atheist philosophy that rejects the Biblical teaching on Divine Providence, and therefore requires the wearing of a seatbelt -- will bring harm to a person in another car in the event of a collision.

What is the rulings of the Court on this issue? Chief Justice Burger admonished: "Courts should not undertake to dissect religious beliefs... One can, of course, imagine an asserted claim so bazaar so clearly non-religious in motivation, as not to be entitled to protection under the free exercise clause: but that is not the case here, and the guarantee of free exercise is not limited to beliefs which are shared by all members of a religious sect. The courts are not arbiters of scriptural interpretation…. The essence of law that has been set and written on the subject is that only those interests of the highest order... can overbalance legitimate claims to the free exercise of religion” (Thomas vs Review Board 450 US 707, 718 (1981) accord, Wisconsin vs. Yoder, 406 US 205, 215 [1972]; Sherbert vs Verner, 374 US 393, 406 [1963]). The Court has ruled that “The very purpose of a Bill of Rights was to withdraw certain subjects from the vicissitudes of political controversy, to place them beyond the reach of majorities and officials and to establish them as Legal Principles to be applied by the courts” (West Virginia State Board of Education vs Burnette 319 US 624, 638, [1943]).

If indeed the practice of a spiritually-based religion extends to the thinking, mindset and lifestyle of the person, then when such a person denies what they know to be true in order to placate and live in accord with the Paradigm of Thought promoted by Atheists and those who are ignorant of the Laws of God which the Bible clearly demonstrates is pre-ordained -- then such a person makes themselves an apostate to the Laws. As I will demonstrate in the below, the perception and awareness of the cause of all events and the Laws that bring them about, is merely the beginning of what the Apostle Paul portrays as the process of walking the path to spiritual maturity. And it is a religious requirement not only to remain faithful to the knowledge that has been revealed to one's self, but also to convey to others the poverty of the paradigm of Atheist thinking which permeates our modern culture. And with this reality presented to the court, the question then becomes this: Am I on trial for not wearing a seat belt? Or is the courts and government on trial for failing to abide by the Constitutional mandates?

In view of what has been outlined in the foregoing, the question then becomes: If the government officials ignore the claim of a religious exemption without demonstrating how my refusal on religious grounds to wear a seat belt is “inimical to the peace, good order, and morals of society”, what will be their fate when the Laws test and reverse their judgment in the future? If the state of North Carolina denies religious and Constitutional Liberty, will the officials of the state find themselves in the future living under the domain of a Stalin, a Mao Tse-tung or a Castro? And since the cause of action is in the name of The People Of The State Of North Carolina, if the people have permitted this denial of God-Given Constitutional Rights to be brought about by virtue of their complacency, will they inherit the same fate as their leaders? Thus the question: Who is on trial?

The Heightening And Expansion Of Mind: To the mainstream of people who have been imbued with the paradigm of Atheist thought that permeates our culture today, the claim that it is against one's religious beliefs to wear a seat belt will sound strange? Perhaps even ludicrous? If it does, then it will sound strange because modern culturized man has never been exposed to the original teachings of Jesus known as TheWay (The Way) -- from the perspective of their original spiritual context, goals and objectives. While the reader may have no doubt heard and formed their opinions based upon what the Church and/or its critics has told them, it remains a fact that neither the Church or its critics know anything about the original teachings of TheWay. How can this be, you ask? When it is realized that (1) the segment of the Church that called themselves Orthodox from which the modern Church emerged -- (2) was that segment that had entered into a covenant with Pagan Rome in the fourth century -- (3) and it was this segment of the Church that was responsible for hunting down the (Jewish) Ebionite Nazirenes and the (Gentile) Spiritual Christians who refused to accept the religion of the emperor -- (4) along with the Gospels being edited (see http://BibleCorruption.com ) in order to make them support the dogma of Pagan Rome -- (5) then it remains true that the modern reader knows little to nothing about the original teachings and objectives of Jesus and his original disciples. And while the seat belt is merely a symbol of a mindset and paradigm of thought that is Atheist and Secular Humanist in its perspective of life -- the assumptions and conclusions based upon this mindset and paradigm of thought which we now find symbolized in the seat belt, is in fact a denial of reality -- and this denial of reality which inhibits the mind from developing beyond a very limited organic level, is responsible for the loss of more lives than the seat belt could ever save. And so long as the mindset and paradigm of thought that is symbolized by the seat belt is blindly perpetuated, more innocent children, men and women will be slain by what is represented in the (mindset) symbol of the seat belt, than could ever be saved.

If I pose the question: Do you know the purpose and objectives of the original teachings of Jesus and TheWay? An important insight into the very essence, purpose and higher spiritual objectives of the original teachings of TheWay is contained in an article in the Encyclopedia Britannica under the heading, The History of Christian Mysticism, where it reads: “Although the essence of mysticism is the sense of contact with the transcendent, mysticism in the history of Christianity should not be understood merely in terms of special ecstatic experiences but as part of a religious process lived out within the context of the Christian community. From this perspective mysticism played a vital part in the early church. Early Christianity was a religion of the spirit that expressed itself in the heightening and enlargement of human consciousness”. What is expressed in these words is of the utmost importance. Why? Because the original teachings of Jesus was not the blind faith and belief in a prophet or god-man -- but rather, the means to transform all Christian disciples of TheWay into prophets and mystics as demonstrated in the words: "...From this perspective mysticism played a vital part in the early church. Early Christianity was a religion of the spirit that expressed itself in the heightening and enlargement of human consciousness”. But, we must then pose the question: Just what is a "...religion of the spirit"? Like an astronaut who travels beyond the limits of the earth's atmosphere into outer space, a spiritual religion prepares the seeker/disciple to transcend the barrier of this physical world, and enter into what the biblical authors portrayed as the Kingdom of God which Jesus taught was within us. But to accomplish this spiritual transcendence, you had to first prepare the physical body to make it an environment that would permit "...the heightening and enlargement of human consciousness” to be brought about -- and this requires a great amount of effort and preparation. And in the same way that charlatans peddle get-rich schemes which rob the people of their wealth and prosperity, what is often theologically portrayed as wolves in sheep's attire peddled short-cut schemes -- and it was these counterfeit shepherds who seduced the naive into handing over their money and support so they could live lucratively off the collection plate.

The spiritual Christians who followed in TheWay and prepared themselves to transcend the natural physical limitations of the body, possessed the Divine Knowledge of the Kingdom which they had succeeded in entering. And the Spiritual Christians were opposed by those who portrayed themselves as Orthodox -- who more often than not were charlatans who for the sake of mammon and the political power of this world, ardently opposed the Spiritual Christians because they represented a direct threat to their base of money and political power.

Government Intrusion And Takeover Of Religion: In the 2012 primary election cycle, Pastor Robert Jeffress spoke out in favor of Gov. Rick Perry and opposed Mitt Romney on the grounds that Mormonism is a cult -- and in an interview he pointed out the difference between what he portrayed as a sociological cult, from a theological cult see Fox & Friends Interview), in his statement that: "Mormonism was invented 1800 years after Jesus Christ and the founding of Christianity, and it has its own founder, Joseph Smith, its own set of doctrines and its own book, the Book of Mormon. And that, by definition, is a theological cult, that's all I'm saying." In an interview on CNN (see CNN), the Rev. Jeffress explained: "When somebody asks me a theological question about Mormonism, I have a responsibility to tell the truth," he said. "Mormonism has never been considered a part of evangelical historic Christianity." And when these words of the Rev. Jeffress are properly understood, what we have is an older Theological Cult throwing stones at a newer Theological Cult -- and the chickens coming home to roost on the reality that, those who live in glass houses, shouldn't throw stones.

With respect to the statement: "When somebody asks me a theological question ...I have a responsibility to tell the truth" -- not only is the mainstream of Christianity founded upon a "...set of doctrines" that is a total departure from the original teachings of Jesus and TheWay -- but when it is recognized that the 4^th century Church edited and rewrote the scriptures to the degree that the Roman Christian Cult has "...its own book", that is vastly different than the original scriptures that were in use prior to the 4^th century -- and while this fact can easily be proven, then it must be concluded that Pastor Jeffress and the whole of the Christian world remains in denial of the facts!!! Yet, like the pot that calls the kettle black, they deceptively throw stones at Mormonism which is the religion of Mitt Romney.

Prior to the Nicene take over of the Church by the Pagan Emperor Constantine in the 4^th century, the wisest and most intelligent of enlightened men and women were the Christians who possessed the Spiritual Knowledge that provided them a higher understanding of the Laws and the realities of this world that continues to remain virtually unknown even in modern times. And, what is not at all realized, is the fact that the Core of the Spiritual Christians possessed far greater knowledge than any of the pseudo-scholars who teach in our universities today. What happened? There was a segment of the Church that had become paganized and morally bankrupt (see The Example Of Paul Of Samosata ), and these very pagan Christians entered into a covenant with the Emperor Constantine, and the Church became proscribed by pagan Rome. The result was that (1) the emperor who ruled over the Church, dictated the acceptable doctrines of belief; (2) the Spiritual Christians were denounced and condemned as heretics who were hunted down and murdered; (3) the most corrupted copies of the scriptures (see Bible Corruption) were further rewritten in order to make them support the dogma of pagan Rome; (4) and the higher spiritual knowledge that the Church previously possessed, became outlawed as heresy. Contrary to the modern Bible, the original scriptures supported the original position that Jesus was a man who lived a holy and consecrated life -- and thus, became the Anointed (Messiah/Christ) at his baptism in the Jordan (see The Ten Words). That the scriptures are themselves an allegory that both preserve and conceal the inner core of teachings that is necessary to gain entrance to the Kingdom Within (see An Inconvenient Truth), is a reality of fact that the modern Church remains in denial of today. And if the modern Christian is ignorant, then this ignorance is directly attributable to government intervention into the core doctrines of belief which continues to be embraced right into the present time. This wholesale takeover of the teachings and dogma of Christianity is explored at The Religion Of Roman Emperors. Thus, when modern Atheists such as Richard Dawkins portrays the Christian as ignorant, what he is unknowingly condemning is the government doctrines that were imposed upon the Church. Men such as Richard Dawkins are not only absolutely clueless as to the nature and reality of the Truth of the pre-Nicene Christian Church, but their Paradigm of Thinking has totally alienated them from man's true higher reality.

Under the heading of American Spirituality it is demonstrated that our Constitutional Framers who understood what is portrayed as the Laws of Nature and Nature's God (see American Spirituality), where themselves enlightened as to the wholesale corruption which the Church suffered under the control of Pagan Rome. And thus, their First Amendment prohibition against the government enacting any law that infringes upon the practice of religion, is the result of the spiritual disenfranchisement of the mainstream of the Christianity by the previous governments which exhibited total and complete control over the dogmatic doctrines of the Church -- dogmatic manmade doctrines which are still embraced even today. More than anything else our Constitutional framers understood human nature -- and that once unleashed, the reigns of government will corrupt and attempt to exercise Absolute Power in direct defiance even to it's Constitutional Charter and Mandates -- and this fact is demonstrated conclusively in the issue of the claim of a religious exemption from the seat belt law (see Is North Carolina Constitutionally Immoral?). And in the same way that the North Carolina Alamance County Court has disallowed the true spiritual practice of religion -- even discarding the very primary tenets of the Constitution (see Court Ruling) -- it is important to be cognizant of the fact that when Christianity became proscribed under Pagan Rome which exercised absolute control over the doctrines of the Church, there was no judicial appeal or higher authority -- and to disagree with the dictates of the emperor, was a sentence of death.

The Spiritual Core of Christianity remains virtually unknown today, because of direct government intrusion into the affairs of the Church with respect to acceptable doctrines of belief (see The Religion Of Roman Emperors ). In the same way that in China only those Churches which are approved by the government are permitted, so too was the Church that came into being in the fourth century under the direct control of the Roman Emperors. That the segment of the Church which called itself Orthodox, was a mere puppet of Pagan Rome that had virtually little to nothing in common with the original teachings and objectives of the spiritual teachings of Jesus and TheWay, should come as no surprise to the modern believer in view of the many statements of biblical scholars such as A. Powell Davies who attempted to warn the Christian world that discoveries such as the Dead Sea Scrolls had confirmed what they had suspected and believed all along -- i.e., that the Emperor Constantine and the Pagan Church of Rome created a religion of blind faith and belief where he wrote that: “Biblical scholars were not disturbed by what they found in the Dead Sea Scrolls because they had known all along that the origin of Christianity was not what was commonly supposed to have been” (quoted by Millar Burrows in More Light on the Dead Sea Scrolls). Thus, this long ignored statement prompts us to ask: Why didn't the biblical scholars understand the true origin of Christianity prior to the discovery and examination of the Dead Sea Scrolls? To answer this question we must consult the findings of Prof. Elaine Pagles who correctly writes: “It is the winners who write history - their way. No wonder, then, that the viewpoint of the successful majority has dominated all traditional accounts of the origin of Christianity… It suggests that these religious debates - questions of the nature of God, or of Christ - simultaneously bear social and political implications that are crucial to the development of Christianity as an institutional religion. In simplest terms, ideas which bear implications contrary to that development come to be labeled as heresy; ideas which implicitly support it become orthodox” (see Pagles, The Gnostic Gospels). In not learning the lessons of history, modern believers have overlooked the fact that when despots rule, they not only annihilate all opposition -- but they "...write history - their way" -- and they corrupt and burn whatever writings stand in opposition to their supremacy and rule. Which means that those doctrines of belief that are today seen as orthodox and promoted by the modern-day Church as being authentic, are themselves drawn from the side of "...political implications that [were] crucial to the development of Christianity as an institutional religion" under the direct control of Pagan Rome. In the case of the Christian Church beginning in the fourth century, to disagree with the doctrines affirmed by the Emperor Constantine, carried with it the sentence of death. Thus, Edward Gibbon writes in the Decline and Fall of the Roman Empire: ”Constantine easily believed that the heretics, who presumed to dispute his opinions or to oppose his commands, were guilty of the most absurd and criminal obstinacy... Not a moment was lost in excluding the ministers and teachers of the separated congregations from any share of the rewards and immunities which the emperor had so liberally bestowed on the orthodox clergy. But as the sectaries might still exist under the cloud of royal disgrace, the conquest of the East was immediately followed by an edict which announced their total destruction”. Thus, in the same way that whoever did not embrace the religion of the emperor met with the sentence of death, whatever scriptures did not conform to the approved version, was immediately destroyed (see http://BibleCorruption.com ).

The term BC with respect to the beginning of our Common Era, should be reevaluated to indicate Before Constantine with respect to the birth of the Christ that is worshiped in the modern Church and promoted by its secularized (Orthodox) dogma. That the modern-day Christ and the religion of the Church were conceived and born under the dominion of the Roman Emperor Constantine -- and that the dogma of the Church was purely political, in contradistinction to the spiritual foundation of the original teachings -- is demonstrated in the fact that modern Christianity has very little in common with the original objectives of the teachings of TheWay which was to bring about "...the heightening and enlargement of human consciousness” (see Expansion Of Mind) -- which has absolutely nothing in common with the blind faith dogmatized Church that came into being in the fourth century under the rulership and doctrinal control of Pagan Rome. But the fact that the modern Christians worship the satanic god of Constantine should come as no surprise, in view of the fact that the Apostle Paul predicted that the worship of the true God would cease, and those who called themselves Christian would instead worship Satan (see The Church of the AntiChrist). That the objective of what Paul portrays as the god of this world, is to keep the congregation of Christians ignorant and promoters of blind-faith in the spurious doctrines of Pagan Rome, has for the most part continued to inhibit the True Spiritual ReBirth of the Church. And while pseudo-priests such as Martin Luther convinced the Church to embrace the dogma of faith apart from actions -- to the degree that every tenet of the modern Church is openly condemned in their own New Testament (see The Lie & The Ten Minute Test) -- to their own spiritual detriment the modern believer continues to ignore the scriptures in their allegiance to the dogma of Pagan Rome. And, just as equally important to understand, is that "...the heightening and enlargement of human consciousness” has absolutely nothing to do with the expansion of the physical brain -- but rather, both the refinement of the physical body that permits this expansion of mind to be brought about, and the development of those areas which lie under the control of the innate Intuitive Spheres of the Mind that the physical brain does not naturally support.

Religion As A System Of Education - The Two Way's: When Jesus promised that his disciples will know the Truth that will set them free (John 8:32), he was not portraying the blind faith and belief in manmade dogma that has bound and enslaved the modern Church today. Nor was he portraying the wisdom of this world that is taught in our colleges and universities. What Jesus was in fact presenting was a system of mental and spiritual development known as TheWay -- a Universal System designed to Evolve and Anoint (Messiah/Christ) their mind in order to reveal all the Mysteries of Creation to their elevated and enlightened understanding. And that at any time that the modern Christian chooses to re-embrace the original teachings and spiritual process of development that is presented in the Gospels, they have begun the process that will once again restore the Church to their rightful place as the most intelligent and enlightened people who will lead their brothers and sisters out of the dark ignorance of this world.

In the same way that Atheist pseudo-intellectuals such as Richard Dawkins are working to inhibit the true practice and restoral of the teachings of TheWay -- the example of which is found in the seat belt laws is the ruling of the Alamance County Court (see Court Ruling) -- because these ideologues innately know that they have no real answers as to the meaning and mysteries of life. And thus, they are motivated by their own fears with respect to their own condition of profound ignorance. In fact, they have absolutely no answer to the questions: (1) What is the purpose of life? (2) Why was I born? (3) What will my fate be when I pass from this life? Yet, regardless of the fact that they have no meaningful answers to life, they expect the people to adhere to their empty philosophies and anti-biblical reasoning -- including their rejection of the fact that what they portray as accidents have a pre-existent cause that can be sensed, detected and circumvented.

There are two images of the reality of man -- one is rarely spoken of, and not at all understood. The culturally common perception of man is that he came into being at birth -- that his mind is empty and he is in need of being taught. In the widely accepted image of self that is ascribed to by our cultural, religious and philosophical icons, the child's mind is empty -- while in the second image that is rarely ever mentioned or understood, each child is understood to have an innate connection to a Source of Knowledge that greatly exceeds all the avenues of learning available to the child who has undergone the process of being taught in the traditional manner. And thus, when you teach a child through rote memorization and programming in the manner of our modern religions and educational systems, you forever alienate the child from even the ability to tap into that Inner Source, and truly begin to learn. That each of us has a (true) self which already exists in a knowing and enlightened state of being (see SoulSelf.org) -- and that the primary objective of life is to connect and manifest our true self -- is the paramount reality in the words of Jesus as set forth in the Gospel of Thomas: "...But if you will not know yourselves, you dwell in poverty and it is you who are that poverty".

The Latin meaning of the word Education is to "draw out from within" -- which of course is predicated upon an Inner Source of Knowledge and Being -- implying the development of the individual's potential by drawing out what is already there and existing beneath the surface. But herein lies the problem as seen in the fact that man's awareness of this Inner State of Knowing -- by virtue of an already existing Source of Knowledge within each person -- does not exist in the void of our gravely flawed modern cultural understanding. But what it also means is that what we put forth as education today, is in fact opposed to True Education -- mainly because the philosophical foundational paradigm of self is in conflict, and in reverse, of man's true reality. And thus, what we call education is not only the rote programming of pseudo-education -- but has the effect of totally alienating the child and person from the true learning experience. And what is the true learning experience? It is based upon the very essence of the meaning of the word Education as the process to "draw out from within", and to enable the person to manifest this Inner Source of Knowledge in the person's life. But because The Religion Of Roman Emperors in order to exert absolute control of the people as subjects of the Empire, outlawed the spiritual teachings on the Cosmology of Mind and Being, the failure of their manmade dogmatic opium gave birth to Darwinism which is the holy grail of Atheism and Secular Progressives -- which dogmatic opium is in direct opposition to man's true soul and spiritual reality as taught in the original teachings of Jesus and TheWay.

Reverse Reasoning: When you attempt to build upon a defective foundation, everything that you erect upon that foundation will be detrimentally affected and undermined. If your search for truth starts upon a gravely flawed premise, no real progress can be achieved beyond a certain point, until the flawed premise is first corrected. If you are looking for oil to use as a fossil fuel to power your generators, cars, truck and to heat your home -- and you seek to tap into wells in clouds -- it will remain impossible for you to tap into a source of oil. Why? Because you are looking in the wrong direction -- and if you search is founded upon the premise that fossil fuels are formed in clouds in much the same way as rain-water, then you can search FOREVER, and never find the oil you are seeking. In much the same way, if the process of education is to "draw out from within", as explored in the foregoing, then no amount of rote programming or external search for wisdom and meaning can equal or alleviate the need to tap into that inner Source of Enlightened Knowledge associated with an Anointed (Messiah/Christ) Mind. And in the same way that one's search for oil cannot be rectified by digging another well in another cloud, no amount of traditional classroom instruction -- the reading of books based upon externalized perceptive human-based wisdom -- or

If we even begin to ask the question: How important is the development of the latent intuitive spheres of mind associated with Mysticism? What is today known as faith-based religion is portrayed in the Bible as the elementary teachings designed specifically for entry-level congregations of believers. What the Apostle Paul portrayed as the "testimony" of Christ, was set forth to the people he converted as a starting point. And when it is understood that the objectives of the original teachings of TheWay were in fact parallel to that of our modern educational systems -- i.e., "...the heightening and enlargement of human consciousness” -- with the objective being able to learn directly from the Source of all Knowledge that Creation was brought into existence to bring about in the eternal reality of the soul of mankind -- then it can also be understood that if the objective of our educational system is to obtain a university and graduate degree, then the beginning of the educational process starts with pre-school or kindergarten -- i.e., an entry-level environment which is necessary to prepare the student to embrace the process of higher learning. In the same way that you can't enroll an immature student in a college or university, so too must entry-level Christians be exposed one step and level at a time in a religious-based process that brings about their own spiritual maturity and attainment. And it is further demonstrated that the pre-Nicene Church (before 325 CE) very much resembled a spiritual healing center that was totally focused on the objective of the development of the seeker/disciple, one level at a time, of the congregation of believers (see The Secret Doctrine @ http://nazirene.org/secret_doctrine.htm ). To the degree that the Church was accused of being a Secret System that taught the spiritually mature a totally different doctrine than the congregation of believers. And in reply to the allegations against the Church by the pagan philosopher Celsus, it was noted that the elementary doctrines which survive today as the foundation of faith-based Christianity, was said to be “...preached in the Churches… for the simpleminded and for the ears of the common crowd who are led on to live better lives by their belief” (Origen Contra Celsum). So what happened? In the article The Secret Doctrine, the pre-Nicene Church is presented in its finest moments as a three-tier healing system which served the needs of the people at every level of the process. But what happened? In time the proverbial saying that the inmates took over the institution came to pass -- and the charlatan political leaders of the lower echelon put to death the genuine spiritual healers who were the original core and spiritual essence of the Church. Resulting in the reality that the entry-level beliefs became the only surviving teachings, when the original Ebionite Nazirenes and Spiritual (Gnostic) Christians were hunted down and murdered because they refused to accept the doctrines of the Emperor of Pagan Rome who ruled over the Church beginning in the fourth century.

Based upon the dogmatic folly of pseudo-authorities such as Martin Luther who promote the thinking that you have completed the process even before you have begun -- i.e., the dogma that once you say your Jesus-prayer, that you have fulfilled all Gospel requirements -- these easily proven fraudulent doctrines (see The Lie & The Ten Minute Test) are easily demonstrated to be spiritually counterfeit. Again, under examination, we can easily perceive a parallel relationship between the original teachings of Jesus and TheWay, and our modern-day cultural educational systems. When a child is first introduced into the system as an entry-level student, what is presented to the child is a vision of the final result where the graduate student is able to become a doctor, lawyer, engineer, computer programmer or some other professional. The child is told that if they ardently embrace the objectives of the educational system -- prepare their minds through proper study and application -- that they can arise and fulfill all cultural expectations and find great success in their lives. From the vision presented to the entry-level student, the promise of success is never presented from the perspective of the dropout -- or those who flunk out and fail to take advantage of the learning environment that the educational system provides to the student. It is not at all suggested that you can hangout in school without study and application, and collect your university degree by merely putting in your time and going through the motions of going to school. And what is not at all understood today, is the fact that the promise of the scriptures is parallel to that of the promise presented to the child who enters our educational system -- in that, the promise of the scriptures portrays the reality of those who sincerely engage and complete the process of the original objectives of "...the heightening and enlargement of human consciousness”, will attain the promised results -- and this promise cannot be achieved by those who become spiritual dropouts. But as the original teachings became institutionalized under secular control, charlatan priests and clergy (see The Example Of Paul Of Samosata at http://nazirene.org/unfaithful2.htm#clergy ) peddled dogmatic shortcuts that they said eliminated the need to strive and fulfill the original spiritual objectives of "...the heightening and enlargement of human consciousness” -- with a greater number of dogmatic dispensations being invented in order to circumvent the process of higher development -- to the degree where the focus of the Church became instant salvation for the purpose of acquiring mammon and the political power of the secular priests and clergy. And when the remaining spiritual core objected, they were condemned as heretics, hunted down and murdered.

The Corruption Of The Church: That the Bible has been corrupted by that segment of the Church which portrayed itself as Orthodox, is an easily provable fact (see http://BibleCorruption.com ). That modern Church dogma which is derived from fourth century Pagan Rome is openly condemned as spiritual apostasy in the New Testament, is also easily proven (see http://TheLie.org ). That the original promise of ultimate spiritual success is still present in the scriptures, is also a factual reality. But that the teachings on how to bring about the transformation which fulfilled the original objectives of "...the heightening and enlargement of human consciousness” has been removed in the name of promoting the dogmatic dispensations of charlatan priests whose primary motive was the accumulation of mammon and political power, has in effect totally undermined and alienated the modern-day congregation of believers from attaining the original goals and objectives of the teachings of TheWay. When the Gospels were given over into the hands of the Gentile Church, when disputes arose between different groups, the scribes altered the text of their scriptures in order to make them support their doctrines of belief. The truth and the facts to the matter is very clearly expressed in the words of Prof. Bart D. Ehrman in his book, The Orthodox Corruption of Scripture, where he warns that: "...theological disputes, specifically disputes over Christology, prompted Christian scribes to alter the words of scripture in order to make them more serviceable for the polemical task. Scribes modified their manuscripts to make them more patently ‘orthodox’ and less susceptible to ‘abuse’ by the opponents of orthodoxy." And this fact is confirmed to us by Dr. F. H. Scrivener where he writes that: "In the second century we have seen too many instances of attempts to tamper with the text of Scripture, some merely injudicious, others positively dishonest". Scrivener states that "it is no less true to fact than paradoxical in sound, that the worst corruptions to which the New Testament has ever been subjected, originated within 100 years after it was composed: and that Irenaeus and the African Fathers, and the whole Western, with a portion of the Syrian Church" used inferior manuscripts (F.H.Scrivener, Introduction to the Criticism of the New Testament). Dean Burgon quotes Gaius (AD175-200) who speaks of the source of corruptions that survive in the early papyri: "The Divine Scriptures these heretics have audaciously corrupted. Laying violent hands upon them, under pretense of correcting them." (Burgon, The Revision Revised, p. 323). Eusebius (Eccleastical History), citing the second century Church Father Clement of Alexandria: "The worst corruptions to which the New Testament has ever been subjected originated within one hundred years after it was composed." In the words of Colwell (What is the Best New Testament Text?, p.119) "The first two centuries witnessed the creations of the large number of variations known to scholars today. In the manuscripts of the New Testament most variations, I believe, were made deliberately." G.D. Kilpatrick (Atticism and the Text of the Greek New Testament, pp 125-131): "Deliberate changes in all text types appear to antedate A.D. 200..as distinct from errors... all categories of deliberate alteration... are present in both groups. Tatian is the last author of make deliberate changes. The vast majority of deliberate changes were older then A.D. 200. They came into being in the period A.D. 50-200."

That anyone can open any Bible today and observe the extent of the corruption, is easily demonstrated. Quoting from the article on Bible Corruption from the subheading on the removal of the verses on the children (see http://ebionite.com/BibleCorruption.htm#children ): In the case of Luke, the blatant editing and rewriting of the scriptures is even more apparent. There are presently eight chapters separating the initial reference to the children in Luke 9:47-48, with the remaining verses pertaining to the children which now are found in the seventeenth chapter of Luke. Without any discussion whatsoever regarding the children, Luke 17:1-2 reads: "Then said he unto the disciples, It is impossible but that offenses will come: but woe unto him, through whom they come! It were better for him that a millstone were hanged about his neck, and he cast into the sea, than that he should offend one of these little ones". What few Christians realize today is that during the second century the Gospel of Luke was put though an extensive rewrite in order to obscure certain teachings of Jesus and create an anti-Jewish environment. Under the heading of Marcion (c.100-160) in the Encyclopedia Britannica we read that he was the "...founder of a Christian sect, born in Sinope, Pontus (now Sinop, Turkey), and probably the son of the bishop of that city. He went to Rome about 140", where he was for a time received as orthodox in his beliefs. It is important to realize that Marcion received his anti-Jewish sentiment from his father who was an authority in the Gentile church, and that Marcion himself was viewed as being orthodox by many Christians. The Britannica then goes on to write that "The Marcionite sect, highly ascetic and celibate, grew rapidly until it was second in strength only to the original church; it had churches and an Episcopal hierarchy and practiced the sacraments of baptism and the Eucharist… Marcion rejected the Old Testament and almost all of the New Testament… basing his teachings on ten of the Epistles of St. Paul and on an altered version of the Gospel of Luke… Marcionism flourished in the West until about the 4th century…"

What is very important for us to recognize today is the fact that Marcion in some ways was a predecessor of Martin Luther -- in that, both embraced Paul, and rejected the disciples of Jesus as being too Jewish. What we also must understand is that the core reason that Marcion was eventually rejected was not because of his doctrine with regard to the acceptance of Paul and the rejection of the disciples of Christ, but because of his asceticism and celibacy that could not be universally embraced by the Gentile converts. The Marcionite Churches, who are said to be "second in strength" to the original church, called themselves Christian, and enlisted under the banner of Christ. Marcion, the son of a first-second century Christian Bishop, was said to have used an "altered version of the Gospel of Luke" -- and, like Luther, used the Epistles of Paul exclusively. In the case of the Gospel of Luke, Marcion, as well as Irenaeus and Tertullian who attacked him on doctrinal grounds, each accused the others of altering the scriptures to support their own point of view.

Christ Before Jesus: In the Gentile world prior to the time of Jesus, the word Christos or Christian was used in reference to an enlightened initiate in the Greek Mystery Religions -- which was basically Mithraic. Those who authored the Epistles that came to bear the name of Paul, were drawn from Mithraic (Christian) Initiates. Thus, what came to be called Christianity existed before the time of Jesus -- as demonstrated at this link ( http://nazirene.org/unfaithful2.htm ). Quoting the foregoing link: Today we call ourselves by the Greek word Christian -- but have we ever questioned where the term originated? And what does it mean? The New Schaff-Herzog Encyclopedia of Religious Knowledge confirms that the name "originated outside of Christian and Jewish circles". The Mercer Dictionary of the Bible states that: "By the late first and early second centuries the name ‘Christian,’ which early believers avoided using of themselves, was beginning to be accepted". Why? Because of the direct influence of the Mithraic initiates who called themselves Christian. The Mithrac clergy adopted the Gospels -- corrupted them to make them support the tenets of this Greek Mystery religious system -- and portrayed the original disciples of TheWay as heretics who were too Jewish to understand the teachings of Jesus. Then they created what has been called Replacement Theology -- which parallels that of Islam in many ways -- which states that Jesus was born among the Jews to condemn them, and then took his rightful place as the leader of the Christians (enlightened Mithrac initiates) -- which, according to their dogmatic mindset, meant that the Gentile Church was always the true Church. Again, quoting the above link: With regard to the historical people who were called the people of Christ before the time of Jesus, it did not mean anything to an enlightened Christian that the masses of people worshiped the sun, moon, stars or idols. What is now Christmas is the rebirth of the sun-god -- and what is now Easter was the worship of the moon goddess Ishtar and the resurrection of the sun-god (see Easter vs Passover).

That the initiates of the ancient mystery religions were called Christians prior to the time of Jesus is demonstrated in a letter from the Emperor Adrian to Servianus, written in 134 A.D., wherein it is stated: "Egypt, which you commended to me, my dearest Servianus, I have found to be wholly fickle and inconsistent, and continually wafted about by every breath of fame. The worshipers of Serapis are called Christians, and those who are devoted to the god Serapis, call themselves Bishops of Christ". What is confirmed is that, with the advent of Jesus, the Christ or Christos was not a new term, and there were people throughout the empire who were called Christians prior to the time when the name came to be associated with the followers of Jesus. More important, though, is the fact that they brought their ideas and beliefs pertaining to Christ into the religion of Jesus -- which teachings in their original form possessed an essence and spiritual reality that few of these Pagan Christians could perceive. It wasn't that the original disciples were too Jewish to understand the teachings of Jesus and TheWay -- but rather, that a whole segment of the Gentile Church was too pagan and heathen to understand the teachings and objectives of the Gospels.

Archaeologists have demonstrated that the word Christos, which we render Christ, has been found not only on Pagan temples, and used in relation to those who were said to be the sons of the Pagan gods, but the term was also engraved on tombstones and other Pagan artifacts prior to the time of Jesus. In the Greek and Roman mystery religions of the time, the Christos was the Anointing of the Logos, and the Christian was the follower of the Anointed. In the writings of Clement of Alexandria we find it explained that: "Those who lived according to the Logos were really Christians, though they have been thought to be atheists; as Socrates and Heraclitus were among the Greeks, and such as resembled them" (Strom. bk. i, ch xix). Eusebius, the great historian of the early Church, admits that the religion that is called Christianity was known to the ancients (Eccl. Hist., 1, ch iv) and writes that the religion of Jesus had "...been known among all nations, nevertheless our life and our conduct, with our doctrines of religion, have not been lately invented by us, but from the first creation of man, so to speak, have been established by the natural understanding of divinely favored men of old... What then should prevent the confession that we who are of Christ practice one and the same mode of life and have one and the same religion as those divinely favored men of old? Whence it is evident that the perfect religion committed to us by the teaching of Christ is not new and strange, but, if the truth must be spoken, it is the first and the true religion".

Modern Christians who erroneously believe that what is today called Christianity started with Jesus, will be unable to relate to the words that "our doctrines of religion... have been established by the natural understanding... and [is] the same religion as those divinely favored men of old". The early Gentile Christians knew this fact, and it was for this reason that a copy of Plato’s Republic and other such writings was contained among the writings preserved in the recently discovered Nag Hammadi Library of early Christian writings. St. Augustine wrote: "That, in our times, is the Christian religion, which to know and follow is the most sure and certain health, called according to that name, but not according to the thing itself, of which it is the name; for the thing itself which is now called the Christian religion, really was known to the ancients, nor was wanting at any time from the beginning of the human race, until the time when Christ came in the flesh, from whence the true religion, which had previously existed, began to be called Christian; and this in our days is the Christian religion, not as having been wanting in former times, but as having in later times received this name" (Opera Augustini, vol. i, p.12). What this means is that the Jesus in the existing Gospels was converted by the Church to support the tenets of Mithraism, which was the universal religion of the empire. The problem is that the original teachings of TheWay had absolutely nothing in common with what came to be called Christianity under Pagan Rome.

Those teachings in the scriptures that supported the original objectives of "...the heightening and enlargement of human consciousness” were removed by the scribes of that segment of the Church which called itself Orthodox -- and the verses of the scriptures which supported the original spiritual objectives, were then portrayed and condemned as Gnostic interpolations. Resulting in the reality that the modern congregation of believers have been spiritually disenfranchised by the dogmatic dispensations that became ingrained in the doctrines of the Church -- which dogmatic dispensations was necessary in the creation of a secularized religion where the "...political implications ...[were] crucial to the development of Christianity as an institutional religion" (see Pagles, The Gnostic Gospels). That modern Christianity is faith-based, is the result of being deprived of the most important spiritual teachings and concepts which was removed from the tradition of scriptures which they received through the hands of the Church of Rome. And that their doctrines of belief are openly condemned and rejected as spiritual apostasy by the original New Testament authors as demonstrated in the 10 Minute Test of The Lie, remains incomprehensible to the disenfranchised congregation of believers today. In the same way that educational dropouts can't perform and function at the level envisioned in the creation of our system of schools and universities, neither can the spiritual dropouts even begin to perform and function at the level envisioned in the Gospels. For their own worldly desire for mammon and political power, the charlatan priests moved the goal-posts of the original Gospel objectives, and peddled spurious dispensations that seduced the congregation of believers to imagine that they could dropout of the process at an elementary school level, and achieve the degree that is equal to that of a university graduate. And in the same way that in Mao Tse-tung's Cultural Revolution he turned upon and executed the intellectual leaders who voiced opposition once he didn't need them anymore, so too did the Orthodox priests turn upon the spiritual core of the Church, once they achieved their desired positions of political power within the Church of Pagan Rome.

The Spiritual Castration Of The Church - The Removal Of The Teachings On The Preexistent Soul: Where the 4^th century Church of Constantine put to death the Spirit of the Church (see above The Corruption Of The Church), it's Spiritual Castration which totally alienated the congregation of believers from comprehending even what was left of a corrupted and spiritually sanitized New Testament (see Bible Corruption), was implemented in the 6^th century. As an example of how the Christian world was literally forced to adhere to the dogma of the secular priests and emperors, when the doctrine of the pre-existent soul was outlawed by the Emperor Justinian, the Britannica confirms that the emperor then forced his will upon the Church when he "...banished the pope to Egypt , and afterwards to an island, until he accepted the Council, which he ultimately did" (see http://Ebionite.com/reincarnation.htm ). After relenting to the will of the emperor, and finely accepting the decree of the emperor after seven months of imprisonment, it is reported that the pope met with an untimely death before he could even return to the Vatican. And while it is true that most of the modern-day doctrines of the Church was forced upon the Christian world in this same violent manner -- and the vast majority of modern-day believers are all victims of what has come to be known as the Stockholm Syndrome -- the removal of this important original teaching has had such far ranging implications, that it has become impossible for modern believers and critics alike to even begin to get a valid sense of the original Gospel meaning and objectives. The modern Church is faith-based -- founded upon blind-faith -- because the reader lacks the necessary tools to even get a sense of the very purpose of the original teachings of TheWay. And this secular imposed intervention where the Christian world was literally forced to succumb to the decree of the emperor, has had the far ranging effect of spiritually castrating the Church.

What the Bible states is that the lives of each person is orchestrated and scripted by the Laws -- and yet, without an understanding of the Laws that the scriptures states controls all events in this world, the very purpose and meaning of life itself will remain a perpetual enigma -- as will the scriptures. Jesus himself taught that not even a sparrow can “...fall to the ground apart from the will of your Father” (Matt 10:29 NIV). And in the very next verse Jesus applies this same reality to man and states that every hair is accounted for -- i.e., "And even the very hairs of your head are all numbered" -- and yet, the Christian world remains totally ignorant with respect to the workings of the Laws that orchestrate and brings about all events that transpire in this world.

Why Does Bad Things Happen To Seemingly Good People: Questions: The proverbial question that is asked and not understood is this: Why is there evil in the world? Atheists often point to the sufferings of believers and ask: If there is a God, why does bad things happen to seemingly good people? What about when tragedies involve nice people? Or seemingly innocent people suffer? And even people who seemingly don’t deserve suffering? A thirteen-year-old girl dies of leukemia. A tornado kills a husband and wife in their home. A young pastor is murdered by his wife. A tsunami kills thousands of unsuspecting vacationers. Why do "good people" become victims of a disease or a natural disaster? Why do "good people" get caught in the crossfire of acts of "random" violence? Why do otherwise innocent children get abused - mentally, emotionally and physically by an older person who is in a position of authority over them? Why are children kidnapped and raped? Why does the seemingly innocent suffer?

What does the scriptures state? Nothing in the universe happens by luck, chance, fortune, or accident, or by blind fate. Everything that comes to pass in time was purposed by our God in eternity, and is brought to pass by his wise, adorable, good Providence. Nothing comes to pass in time that God did not purpose in eternity, in sovereign predestination. Nothing comes to pass in time except that which God sovereignly brings to pass in his Providence. And that which God predestinated in eternity and brings to pass in his Providence is for the good of his elect, and the glory of his name. This is clearly and incontrovertibly the teaching of Holy Scripture (Ps. 76:10; Pro. 16:4, 9, 33; 21:1; Dan. 4:34, 35, 37; Isa. 46:9-11; Rom. 11:33-36). Further, when rightly understood, what man portrays as natural selection, human nature, animal compulsion and/or natural occurrences, is merely the unfoldment and manifestation of the movement of the Laws which were brought into being in the Alpha of Creation (see Spiritual Americans and the Laws of Nature and Nature's God).

While an immature faith-based believer who has yet to begin to seriously embrace the teachings of TheWay will remain ignorant of the forces and construct of the Laws that bring what appears to be evil and bad things into the world, a spiritually mature Christian would be able to immediately answer the above questions with a resounding rationale and detail, that even the most discerning critic would be amazed by the completeness of the explanation. But herein lies the crux of the problem -- i.e., because the congregation of believers have been robbed of the knowledge of the Laws and the higher objectives of life itself by a series of secular rulers and emperors and their pseudo-clergy and priests, it is impossible for the mind to attain the necessary state of maturity that the Gospel was intended to bring about in the lives of the believers. So mankind continues to dwell in an abyss of ignorance that has wrought needless suffering and hardships upon even the most innocent of lives.

The Biblical Code: It is important to understand the reality presented in the Gospels when Jesus spoke to the multitudes in parables -- a system of allegories designed to conceal the inner meaning from the multitude of hearers, while permitting only a select group to understand the esoteric truths that were being revealed (see Mystery Of The Gospel). And when his disciples asked Jesus why he spoke in enigmatic parables, and did not speak plainly to the people? Jesus said of his disciples: “The secret of the kingdom of God has been given to you. But to those on the outside everything is said in parables so that, they may be ever seeing but never perceiving, and ever hearing but never understanding” (Mark 4:11-12 NIV). And that the word translated secret, is the same word translated mystery at the foregoing link, and makes reference to an esoteric knowledge that is beyond man's organic "natural" comprehension, is a reality that few modern believers or the critics of religion have been able to come to terms with (see An Inconvenient Truth). Yet, in a state of spiritual denial, the modern Church attempts to ignore the implications of what these words convey. In explanation of the above words of Jesus, the Wycliffe Bible Commentary writes that: “…the initiate was instructed in the esoteric teaching... which was not revealed to outsiders… The mystery of the kingdom in its ultimate development is the full-orbed message of the Gospel (Rom 16:25-26). The purpose of parables was to instruct the initiates without revealing the items of instruction to the ones who were without. This is in keeping with the Biblical principle that spiritual understanding is restricted to those who have become spiritual...”

What is not at all understood today is the fact that the symbolism employed within the parables and scriptures were designed to act as catalysts which initiated impressions and intuitive knowledge from within the mind of the person -- originating from the other side of the barrier between the person in this physical world, and their higher soul-self that dwells in a non-physical spiritual world (see Man As An Embryonic Soul-Image) -- and those who have developed their mind and being through "...the heightening and enlargement of human consciousness” (see The Heightening And Expansion Of Mind) -- are able to receive and comprehend the spiritual meaning of the symbols of both the parables and scriptures. Which means that everything is dependent upon the necessary development of mind -- and especially those intuitive spheres which enable the person to connect with their soul and inner source of being that exists beyond the barrier of the physical -- and this development through "...the heightening and enlargement of human consciousness” is necessary to fulfill the Gospel teaching on The One Teacher which the disciple Peter portrayed as The True Prophet (see Taught In Parables - The Key Of Knowledge). And that the whole of this world which is blind to the cause and the Laws that bring about and orchestrates all events in this world -- a condition of blind ignorance that Jesus portrayed as the "outer darkness" of mind and being (see Outer Darkness) -- is what necessitates the opening the inner door to learn the true meaning of the events of this world, as well as the true meaning of the catalyst symbols used in the scriptures -- i.e., the warning of Peter: "...therefore great care is to be taken, that when the law of God is read, it be not read according to the understanding of our own mind. For there are many sayings in the divine Scriptures which can be drawn to that sense which every one has preconceived for himself; and this ought not to be done. For you ought not to seek a foreign and extraneous sense, which you have brought from without" (see Flawed Human Linear Reasoning). What this means is that no one -- i.e., either believer or unbeliever -- will understand the true spiritual meaning of the scriptures -- a meaning that is beyond organic human comprehension -- unless the individual person has been enlightened by what the disciples portrayed as the One Teacher and True Prophet, as to the true meaning. Why? Because "...spiritual understanding is restricted to those who have become spiritual...” -- and the very purpose of both the scriptures, and the Laws that control all events in this world, is to bring this higher understanding about in the life of the worthy seeker/disciple. @@@

It is this same rejection of human linear reasoning and the quest to learn from the True Prophet the meaning of the scriptures, that develops the intuitive spheres of mind and prepares the seeker/believer to understand the Forces and Laws that bring about and orchestrate all events of this world. In the same way that we have the ability to learn and acquire the ability to read -- and we do so by learning to interpret the symbols of letters and words -- all of life is written in a language that we must learn to interpret the symbols of -- and I often portray this as the language of the soul that the Key of Knowledge must be applied to. Because the Atheist and/or the linear-rational minded person who sees only the outer physical aspects of this material world, remains blind to both the causal factors of what is experienced -- as well as the Laws and Forces which present all events to each person -- and remains ignorant of the choices presented to him/her within the labyrinth of one's scripted life -- the Atheist, the linear-rational, as well as the person who remains undeveloped, believes these encounters are the result of accident, luck, the unknown, human nature, animal compulsion and/or natural occurrences and selection. This is of course a lie promoted by blind pseudo-authorities who have been alienated from their own higher soul-nature -- and as such, they lead the people in the wrong direction. Those few who develop the intuitive spheres of mind are able to not only escape what Jesus portrayed as The Prison and the blind ignorance of the Outer Darkness -- a condition whereby the person sees only what is portrayed as the illusions of Plato's Cave -- but also perceive the causal factors of each encounter -- and the Laws which present to us our choices within the labyrinth. Part of us -- i.e., our higher soul-self that is not manifest in this world -- not only knows the meaning of the symbols of life -- but also the causal factors initiated by the Laws which are presented to us in the manner of a labyrinth that scripts every aspect of our life.

The purpose of this world is the evolution and advancement of the soul of man -- and one of the primary objectives that is necessary to bring this evolution about in the reality of the individual, is to develop the intuitive spheres of mind that permits one to perceive and comprehend what lies beyond the curtain of the "outer darkness", and begin to develop the ability to understand the whole encounter of life that the individual experiences. The scriptures are written in a series of allegorical symbols (see An Inconvenient Truth) that act as a catalyst which has the potential to bridge the inner divide between the person we are in this world, and our higher soul-reality -- and as the person begins to advance beyond the physical organic mind, they begin to perceive that all of material nature is itself imbued with symbols of mind and consciousness impressed into the forums of nature that we interact with (see The Allusion Of The Forms Of Matter). And when it is understood that the Source of all that we see in the material world is in the (un-seen Etheric) Field that modern physicist have now proven surrounds all physical forms in this world (see The Folly Of Darwinism -- and Science Proves Religion) -- then as the seeker begins to unlock the allegorical language of the scriptures which act as catalysts within his own mind and being, the same esoteric reality of nature itself begins to unfold to the mind of the disciple of TheWay -- i.e., (5) Jesus said, "Recognize what is in your sight, and that which is hidden from you will become plain to you..." (Gospel of Thomas).

Directed Impressions: In the same way that we have the ability to learn and acquire the ability to read -- and interpret the symbols of words -- all of life is written in a language that we must learn to interpret the symbols of -- and I often portray this as the language of the soul that the Key of Knowledge must be applied to. As the mind advances through the stages of "...the heightening and enlargement of human consciousness” -- and begins to tap into the Inner Source that sees and knows all things -- such things that Atheists attribute to accidents and occurrences of chance encounters, very quickly become avoided. Why? Because of Divine Providence and the scripting of each person's life that immerses them in a type of labyrinth controlled by the Laws that locks each of us into a type of learning-syllabus based upon our Previous Actions and Conditions of Birth, even before we entered into this present life . But as one advances beyond this one-way communication that makes the individual keenly aware of experienced events that Atheists portray as accidents and chance encounters, the individual who develops the intuitive spheres of mind begins to also develop the ability to direct their impressions to others. When I was in the U.S. Air Force there was a base commander who made the assumption that the larger the motorcycle, the more danger was presented to the rider. And after meeting with a group of airmen who were motorcycle riders, he undertook to calculate statistics on what size motorcycles were the primary cause of accidents. It was demonstrated that the most inexperienced riders accounted for up to 90% of the motorcycle accidents, using the smaller bikes. But what is not at all understood is the fact that there is a dimension to the controversy that is not at all understood by the linear-rational mindset. And as someone who has been driving motorcycles for over 46 years -- and presently has two motorcycles (one 27 years old, the other 23 years old) that neither has a single scratch on them -- what the so-called linear-rational experts fail to understand, is the underlying reality that experienced riders learn to not only intuitively become aware of conditions which would cause an accident -- but they learn to project their thoughts into the minds of other drivers, in order to make them aware of their presence. While countless motorcycle accidents are the result of the fact that automobile drives are not looking for bikes -- but rather, other cars -- the more mature motorcycle drives (often unconsciously) learn to project their thoughts and make automobile drivers aware of their presence.

While the linear-rational minded pseudo-authorities attempt to ignore and dismiss what is beyond their very limited understanding, the example of what is known as the Findhorn Community in Scotland is an example of the people learning to communicate their thoughts and impressions with the Nature Laws -- thereby bringing forth crops that would be considered giant by normal standards (see FindHorn). Further, quoting the article Easter or Passover (see http://Ebionite.com/Easter.htm ): "Where Passover is a time of spiritual transformation and rebirth, Easter was a Wiccan type day where the people copulated in the fields in order to encourage the elemental nature gods to bring for a bountiful harvest."

When the process is understood within the higher scope of the Laws and Cosmic Forces that control all of life, what the people at FindHorn or the Pagans who celebrated Easter by copulating in the fields were doing, was in many ways parallel to that of the mature and experienced motorcycle rider who learns to project his thoughts into the (Etheric Field of) Nature, to insure that automobile drivers are aware of their presence on the road. Quoting from the subheading Science Proves Religion: If a person believes in accidents in the manner they are taught by our Atheistic secular culture, then accidents will happen to them. Thus the words of scientist Itzhak Bentov: “The quantum theory asserts that there is no way one can measure some sets of things, like momentum and position, together very accurately... because the consciousness of the experimenter interacts with the experiment itself. Therefore, it becomes possible that the attitude of the experimenter must also influence the outcome of any particular experiment”. These similarities were pointed out in the book, The Tao Of Physics, by Fritjof Capra, and The Dancing Wu Li Masters by Gary Zukav. Zukav’s book takes its title from the Chinese expression for physics, wu li, which he translates as “patterns of organic energy”, and writes: “Bell’s theorem not only suggests that the world is quite different than it seems, it demands it. Something very exciting is happening. Physicists have ‘proved’ rationally that our rational ideas about the world in which we live are profoundly deficient”. Bell’s theorem, which was proposed in 1964 by J.S. Bell, a physicist working in Switzerland, was first confirmed experimentally in 1972. Physicist Henry Stapp, in a 1975 federal report called it the most “profound discovery of science”. Bell’s theorem succeeds in exhibiting the bizarre nature of the subatomic world. Experiments show that if paired particles which are identical twins in their polarity fly apart, and the polarity of one is changed by an experimenter, the polarity of the other particle changes instantaneously. Even though they appear to us as separate, the particles remain mysteriously connected regardless of the fact that there is no physical connection. The problem is that the mind of man in it’s natural organic state is simply incapable of perceiving the far-reaching ramifications of this great truth -- and even less prepared to comprehend the results of the intertwining connections that are maintained not only between individuals and groups of people, but also about their beliefs and what they have come to believe to be accidents because of counterfeit beliefs taught to them by our outdated Darwinist philosophy and mindset.

While younger riders who are often portrayed as tree-climbers are routinely involved in accidents -- many of them life-threatening -- the helmet laws of many states reflect this fact. (see Helmet Laws By State). As an example: Anyone under the age of 21 in South Carolina must wear a helmet while riding a motorcycle. Further, most young motorcycle drivers ride what is known as supersport type motorcycles. In 2007, a report by the Insurance Institute for Highway Safety (IIHS) claimed that "supersport" motorcycles were four times more likely to be involved in highway crashes than other types. The mature experienced driver who often owns a larger and more expensive motorcycle, learns to intuitively perceive encounters that can result in a collision, and the more advanced learns to (unconsciously) project his thoughts and impressions to insure that other drivers who are not looking for a motorcycle, are aware of his presence. David Edwards of Cycle World wrote, "Here's the thing: motorcycles are not dangerous... [and if the driver]...develops an accident avoidance sixth sense, motorcycling can become safe...". But to the Atheist and very shallow world of the linear-rational mindset, there is no such thing as the development of a "sixth sense".

To take this one step further, all of our individual encounters are scripted by the Laws to provide a syllabus that can be portrayed as a labyrinth thorough which we walk through life -- and these encounters which are based upon the condition of our birth (see Conditions Of Birth), are designed to develop our intuitive spheres of mind that has the innate potential to consciously connect us with our higher soul-self that dwells in a realm and dimension that is not in this physical world (see Man As An Embryonic Soul-Image). The hardships that confront each individual and group of people -- as well as the events that in their very limited thinking Atheists and linear-rational minded people portray as accidents and even the reality of evil in the world -- are all presented to us to force and bring about our own development in accord with the needs based upon our own past that most people are consciously unaware of. And if they were aware of how their own past has molded their present, then the learning experience of life itself would be undermined and destroyed because they would then possess the answers to the tests of life which they must prevail over.

In order to begin to develop the intuitive spheres of mind that has the innate potential to tap into the Inner Source, the person must be willing to seek (higher) Truth, and then they must begin to live in accord with the Truth that has been presented to them in word, thought, desire and deed. In the words of Jesus: "And why call ye me, Lord, Lord, and do not the things which I say?" (Luke 6:46 KJV). And as the believer advances to a disciple/seeker, and begins to gain access to the higher knowledge of the Laws and Forces that are manifest in the doctrine of Divine Providence, they are then responsible for living in accord with the body of revealed Truth that they have received.

Intuitive Mind vs Linear-Rational: Mystics have long warned mankind that the reality of this world of appearances is not at all what is seems to be through the perception of man's physical eyes and senses -- i.e., that there is a great deal more that man's senses and perception cannot detect or even imagine. And this same enigma of the limits of man's physical senses was noted by Albert Einstein who concluded with respect to man's dilemma when he stated: "The intuitive mind is a sacred gift and the rational mind is a faithful servant. We have created a society that honors the servant and has forgotten the gift."

In view of the fact that our culture neither understands the intuitive spheres of mind -- neither do they understand the Source of knowledge that the intuitive spheres of mind tap into -- mankind has for all intent and purposes shackled himself to a condition of profound self-imposed ignorance with respect to a higher reality that he does not at all understand. And what the Mystic has long warned mankind, is that because of shackles imposed upon mankind by his traditional religious, philosophical, cultural and educational institutions which "...have created a society that honors the [rational] servant and has forgotten [and suppressed the development of] the [intuitive] gift" -- thus, blinding mankind to the underlying cause of all that man sees and experiences in this world, man remains perpetually lost and blind in what Jesus portrayed as the "outer darkness" of mind and being (see Outer Darkness) -- or what the philosopher portrayed in the analogy of the illusions of Plato's Cave (see Cave) .

That the whole of our culture is based exclusively upon the very limited vision of the linear-rational mind which strives to inhibit the intuitive gift, is why the Apostle Paul warned "See to it that no one takes you captive through hollow and deceptive philosophy, which depends on human tradition and the basic principles of this world..." (Col 2:8 NIV). Thus, where the biblical authors portray what they call the "testimony" of Christ as the entry-level language of allegorical symbols that are intended to act as a catalyst in the beginning development of the entry-level believing Christian, the objective is to bring about the necessary maturity and transformation in the development of the latent intuitive spheres of mind, that enables the seeker/disciple of TheWay to fulfill the higher spiritual objectives of the Gospel -- as presented in the above words of the Britannica: “Although the essence of mysticism is the sense of contact with the transcendent, mysticism in the history of Christianity should not be understood merely in terms of special ecstatic experiences but as part of a religious process lived out within the context of the Christian community. From this perspective mysticism played a vital part in the early church. Early Christianity was a religion of the spirit that expressed itself in the heightening and enlargement of human consciousness”. That this spiritual objective and body of esoteric teachings became lost when the Church came under the dominion of Pagan Rome -- which was the primary reason why our Constitutional Framers inhibited the government from interfering in the practice of religion -- means that the spiritual objective of the practice of religion is in the development of the seeker/disciple to utilize those higher intuitive areas of the mind that is able to connect with the inner transcendent -- i.e., "...contact with the transcendent [that was] part of a religious process lived out within the context of the Christian community. From this perspective mysticism played a vital part in the early church. Early Christianity was a religion of the spirit that expressed itself in the heightening and enlargement of human consciousness”. Which means that the true objective of the teachings of Jesus and TheWay is "...the heightening and enlargement of human consciousness” through the development of the intuitive centers of the mind which Einstein correctly portrays as "...a sacred gift".

The very fact that it was the objective of the original teachings associated with the historical man Jesus known as TheWay, to bring about this condition of enlightenment about in the life of the individual Christian believer, means that there exists the means to bring this enlightened reality of mind about. Which means that the question then becomes not if -- but rather, how to bring this "...heightening and enlargement of human consciousness” about in the life of the believer as he progresses down the path of TheWay? Certainly not through the further development of the mind through the linear rational servant. In fact, it is the lopsided development of what Einstein portrayed as the linear rational servant that inhibits the development of the intuitive gift -- i.e., as seen in Einstein's statement that “The only thing that interferes with my learning is my education.” Without the balanced development of the intuitive, the linear rational which only senses outwardly, arrives as a point where it becomes what can be portrayed as flat-lined -- which in turn inhibits the further development of the linear rational servant from itself maturing beyond organic limitations. And herein lies the great obstacle to human development that linear-intellectuals don't at all understand -- i.e., the reality that the linear programming of the mind which is the agenda of our educational systems -- including the reading of books and traditional study -- only serves to inhibit the development of the intuitive spheres of mind -- and it is the lack of balance between the inward looking intuitive and the outward looking linear-rational that inhibits the development of the mind beyond a certain very shallow organic physical level of maturity.

The problem is seen in the fact that the linear rational servant can only look outwardly -- and not only remains totally ignorant of an inner reality that it is blind to -- but it demands that all of mankind ignore and even reject the higher causal reality that can only be sensed and understood through the development of the intuitive centers of mind. Like the tip of the proverbial iceberg, what is observed protruding out of the water is very small in relation to the immense body of ice that is beyond man's normal scope of vision lying beneath the water line. And because our culture and linear learning environment actually inhibits the development of the intuitive, it remains atrophied and latently embryonic. This is seen in the fact that when the leaders of the Jews (Pharisees) asked Jesus when the Kingdom of God would come upon the earth in the manner that they believed it would, he told them that it would never come upon the earth so as to be seen with their eyes (that look outwardly), because the Kingdom already exists within them (see http://GateOfEden.com ) -- and it is accessed through the development of the intuitive spheres of mind that are positioned to look inwardly -- which then must be balanced with the outward looking rational linear.

Darwinism & Secular Humanism: It is at this point once again where the modern physicist has proven the validity of what the Mystic has attempted to warn mankind -- a warning that has long been ignored to the detriment of man as a whole. The fact that the reality of this world is not at all like what the linear-rational perceives it, is demonstrated scientifically (see Seat Belt Motion paragraph 12):: Modern-day Secular Humanism is founded upon the Darwinist Theory of Evolution that rejects all non-physical influence in the creation and evolution of this world. This Darwininst/Humanist mindset attempts to promote the Atheist vision that (1) nothing exists beyond what is seen with the physical eyes; (2) this world is the result of accident and natural occurrences -- (3) that there is no unseen forces at work that have molded and influenced this world -- (4) and is reliant upon an outdated model of science that has long ago been dispelled as grave error.

Recently, Republican candidate Rick Perry was asked why he doesn't believe in science (see Perry Heckled - But Why?). If ever there was a system that required absolute blind-faith, it is the whole construct of Darwinism that is founded upon Darwin's Theory of Natural Selection and Evolution. And the fact that the fossil record has totally failed to support Darwin's conclusions, is openly acknowledged in his own words where he wrote: "Why then is not every geological formation and every stratum full of such intermediate links? Geology assuredly does not reveal any such finely graduated organic chain, and this, perhaps, is the most obvious and gravest objection which can be urged against my theory" (Charles Darwin, On The Origin Of Species). The evolutionary family trees presented to students in textbooks are based on imagination, not fossil evidence. Famous Harvard paleontologist (and evolutionist), Stephen Jay Gould, wrote, “The extreme rarity of transitional forms in the fossil record persists as the trade secret of paleontology”. Other evolutionist fossil experts also admit the problem. According to Darwin's theory, the geological record should be full of species that are slowly increasing in complexity over time. Since evolution relies on time, chance, and incremental steps, sudden leaps are not possible -- which demonstrates that the fossil record itself directly contradicts the theory of evolution! In the words of William A. Tiller: “The present scientific establishment has grown somewhat fossilized by its current world picture and is locked into a view of reality that has outlived its usefulness. It has begun to limit mankind’s growth and has so increased its sense of specialization, separateness, materiality, and mechanical computer-like functioning that it is in real danger of self-extermination” (William A. Tiller, Materials Sciences Department, Stanford University). And when one comes to realize that what is being portrayed as “...mechanical computer-like functioning that it is in real danger of self-extermination” is the whole cultural-fabric of modern man -- primarily because linear-thinking men look only at the downstream effect of what begins in the (Etheric) Field that is the source of all events in this world. But what is important from both a spiritual and higher intellectual perspective, is the reality that to knowingly go along with this Atheist-driven ruse, is from a religious/spiritual perspective a denial of reality. Even though modern quantum physics has already proven that the paradigm of Darwinism is a spurious theory, it has been preserved as the foundation of our modern culture because it is the holy grail of the Atheists -- and such things as the seat belt which promote their dogma that the world is a series of accidents, is to Atheism a parallel quasi-religious symbol to the Cross in Christianity and the Star of David in Judaism. And while the First Amendment protection of religious beliefs is not contingent upon scientific proof or secular judicial reasoning, I will demonstrate using science the fallibility of the reasoning behind the present-day Secular Humanist mindset that rejects the vision of the mystics, as well as the wisdom of the Bible and other spiritual writings.

In the subheading Science - Religion - And The Etheric Field/Mind, it is demonstrated that modern quantum physics has proven that the Darwinist vision of Creation is not only counterfeit, but is actually in reverse of man’s true reality. And regardless of the facts of modern-day findings, these facts remain ignored by our modern educational systems, our culture and laws which fail to acknowledge these proven facts, because they have exalted Darwin’s Theory of Evolution to the level of the holy grail of the Atheists and Secular Humanists who reject the Divine Order of the Universe. Further, in being intellectually unable to envision what is portrayed as the Divine Pattern that is holographically imprinted into all aspects of Creation, the evolutionists embrace a theory and promote a hoax that totally alienates them from man's true higher reality. The Great Canard Of Atheism And Evolutionists: A Canard is a false or unfounded report or story -- especially one that is fabricated. And the great canard of Atheism and evolutionists, is demonstrated in their total misrepresentation of the scriptures -- and more accurately, the Creation Accounts in Genesis. Atheists continue to promote this great canard in a similar way that Hitler promoted what is historically known as The Big Lie -- which is defined as: The Big Lie is a propaganda technique. The expression was coined by Adolf Hitler, when he dictated his 1925 book Mein Kampf, for a lie so "colossal" that no one would believe that someone "could have the impudence to distort the truth so infamously." And the Big Lie that the Atheists perpetuate about the scriptures, is seen in the fact that no matter how many Christian and Jewish authorities demonstrate that the scriptures -- and especially the Genesis Account of Creation is purely allegorical (see Reply: The God Who Wasn't There) -- to the degree that the Church Father Origen who was portrayed as the "prince of Christian learning" openly stated with respect to those who only saw the letter of the written words in the scriptures: “What man of sense will agree with the statement that the first, second and third days in which the evening is named and the morning, were without sun, moon and stars, and the first day without a heaven. What man is found such an idiot as to suppose that God planted trees in paradise in Eden, like a husbandman, and planted therein the tree of life, perceptible to the eyes and senses, which gave life to the eater thereof; and another tree which gave to the eater thereof a knowledge of good and evil? I believe that every man must hold these things for images, under which the hidden sense lies concealed” (Origen - Huet., Prigeniana, 167 Franck, p. 142 - see The Mystery Of The Gospel).

Science Proves Religion: Einstein experienced shock when he first came into contact with the new reality of atomic physics that was presented to him, and wrote in his autobiography: “All my attempts to adapt the theoretical foundation of physics to this [new type of] knowledge failed completely. It was as if the ground had been pulled out from under one, with no firm foundation to be seen anywhere, upon which one could have built”. But to those familiar with the writings of Einstein, his higher enlightened vision of reality should come as no surprise -- i.e., in his own words: "The most beautiful and most profound experience is the sensation of the mystical. It is the sower of all true science. He to whom this emotion is a stranger, who can no longer wonder and stand rapt in awe, is as good as dead. To know that what is impenetrable to us really exists, manifesting itself as the highest wisdom and the most radiant beauty which our dull faculties can comprehend only in their primitive forms - this knowledge, this feeling is at the center of true religiousness" ( Albert Einstein - The Merging of Spirit and Science). In much the same fashion, the European physicist Niels Bohr stated that “…The great extension of our experience in recent years has brought to light the insufficiency of our simple mechanical conceptions and, as a consequence, has shaken the foundation on which the customary interpretation of observation was based.” These “…mechanical conceptions” make reference to Darwin and the Theory of Evolution which is both opposite and in conflict with man’s true reality.

The Universe is a Great Mind: In his 1951 textbook on quantum theory, Bohm offered some interesting speculations on the analogies between quantum processes and thought processes, thus carrying further the celebrated statement made by the astronomer James Jeans two decades earlier: “Today there is a wide measure of agreement… that the stream of knowledge is heading towards a non-mechanical reality; the universe begins to look more like a great thought than like a great machine”; and the statement by astronomer Arthur Eddington: “The stuff of the universe is mind-stuff”. Max Planck who is considered the founder of quantum theory stated: "As a man who has devoted his whole life to the most clear headed science, to the study of matter, I can tell you as a result of my research about atoms this much: There is no matter as such. All matter originates and exists only by virtue of a force which brings the particle of an atom to vibration and holds this most minute solar system of the atom together. We must assume behind this force the existence of a conscious and intelligent mind. This mind is the matrix of all matter." More recently, cyberneticist David Foster described “an intelligent universe” whose apparent concreteness is generated by cosmic data from an unknowable, organized source. The holographic reality says that: “…our brains mathematically construct hard reality by interpreting frequencies from a dimension transcending time and space. The brain is a hologram, interpreting a holographic universe.”

What is the impact of these findings of modern science? The reality that is being conveyed is that what we perceive as solid physical matter, is being interpreted in this manner because our brains interpret that frequency to make what we see appear concrete. Moreover, what it also means is that we perceive only a fraction of Creation because our brains, which by virtue of the fact of their physical nature, can only detect frequencies that are within the same (physical) spectrum. In the same way that in order to be effective, an antenna must possess the physical characteristics that enables it to receive a certain range of the frequencies that the device (radio, TV, wireless phone, etc.) is intended to operate within, our physical mind and bodies are designed to function within a certain spectrum of Creation -- and this is predicated by the fact that our physical nature is composed of the elements that are of this world.

In his Preface to Stalking The Wild Pendulum, by Itzhak Bentov, William A. Tiller, Materials Sciences Department, Stanford University writes: “The present scientific establishment has grown somewhat fossilized by its current world picture and is locked into a view of reality that has outlived its usefulness. It has begun to limit mankind’s growth and has so increased its sense of specialization, separateness, materiality, and mechanical computer-like functioning that it is in real danger of self-extermination”. Yet this fossilized science is still being promoted among our school children -- it remains as the founding principle upon which our culture is based -- it is being used to inhibit both religion and freedom in our present-day culture -- and has greatly limited the ability of man to function in his true multidimensional and spiritual reality. This mindset is also the theoretical foundation upon which such things as seat belt laws are based. If a person believes in accidents in the manner they are taught by our Atheistic secular culture, then accidents will happen to them. Thus the words of scientist Itzhak Bentov: “The quantum theory asserts that there is no way one can measure some sets of things, like momentum and position, together very accurately... because the consciousness of the experimenter interacts with the experiment itself. Therefore, it becomes possible that the attitude of the experimenter must also influence the outcome of any particular experiment”.

These similarities were pointed out in the book, The Tao Of Physics, by Fritjof Capra, and The Dancing Wu Li Masters by Gary Zukav. Zukav’s book takes its title from the Chinese expression for physics, wu li, which he translates as “patterns of organic energy”, and writes: “Bell’s theorem not only suggests that the world is quite different than it seems, it demands it. Something very exciting is happening. Physicists have ‘proved’ rationally that our rational ideas about the world in which we live are profoundly deficient”. Bell’s theorem, which was proposed in 1964 by J.S. Bell, a physicist working in Switzerland, was first confirmed experimentally in 1972. Physicist Henry Stapp, in a 1975 federal report called it the most “profound discovery of science”. Bell’s theorem succeeds in exhibiting the bizarre nature of the subatomic world. Experiments show that if paired particles which are identical twins in their polarity fly apart, and the polarity of one is changed by an experimenter, the polarity of the other particle changes instantaneously. Even though they appear to us as separate, the particles remain mysteriously connected regardless of the fact that there is no physical connection. The problem is that the mind of man in it’s natural organic state is simply incapable of perceiving the far-reaching ramifications of this great truth -- and even less prepared to comprehend the results of the intertwining connections that are maintained not only between individuals and groups of people, but also about their beliefs and what they have come to believe to be accidents because of counterfeit beliefs taught to them by our outdated Darwinist philosophy and mindset.

In his book, Urbausteine der Materie, physicist Walter Thirring wrote about matter that modern physics “…has put our thinking about the essence of matter in a different context. It has taken our gaze from the visible - the particles - to the underlying entity, the field. The presence of matter is merely a disturbance of the perfect state of the field at that place; something accidental, one could almost say, a ‘blemish’. Accordingly, there are no simple laws describing the forces between elementary particles… Order and symmetry must be sought in the underlying field.” What the physicist is telling you is that your physical body that you observe in the mirror -- the physical form that you use to present yourself to the world around you -- is in fact caused by a series of intersecting lines of force in your own, personal field -- and it is this field that you do not see, that causes what the physicist portrays as a blemish in this realm that we perceive through the physical eyes that has been formed out of this blemish (see Etheric Field at http://TheThreeLies.com#etheric ). That the two exist side by side in a state of duality, is confirmed in the words of Einstein who said: "The special and general theories of relativity, which, though based entirely on ideas connected with the field-theory, have so far been unable to avoid the independent introduction of material points, …the continuous field thus appeared side by side with the material point as the representative of physical reality. This dualism remains even today disturbing as it must be to every orderly mind" (Albert Einstein, 1954). And thus, if we desire to see and experience the source of the material, then we must begin to access the surrounding field.

Again, if what we observe in this world as being concrete, is not really concrete, but merely a frequency that our brain interprets in a concrete manner, then we have the means to develop and evolve our mind in order to permit it to detect the full spectrum of frequencies that make up the totality of all of Creation. And if we pose the question: Can we do this? Both the Bible and the holy men and women of the past convey to us that an enlightened vision and understanding of life is not only possible, but it is our eventual destiny. Thus, the problem is seen in the fact that man’s true reality is neither addressed, acknowledged, or acted upon in any intelligent manner by our politically correct culture that controls the heartbeat of society today. Yet, from a more modern scientific perspective, the Darwinist perception of Creation amounts to little more than junk-science, while the findings of genuine science has become as a cult that is not even discussed in our modern educational systems. To the detriment of our own children, what we teach instead is secular dogma -- anti-religious secular dogma -- that has absolutely no basis in fact.

If we could but for a brief moment gaze at this world from the perspective of higher reality, what we would immediately realize is that what science is learning about Creation today was in fact elementary to the eyes and understanding of the Hebrew-Christian visionaries of the past. Thus, the great dilemma: It is one thing through scientific endeavor to become aware that these other dimensions exist, and become cognizant of the impact they have upon this world as science has begun to do -- and still quite another to move in and out and explore these other realms of existence. Moreover, all these scientific theories that we have newly discovered today, is not new at all -- and have been well established in the scriptures and the writings of the prophets and visionaries since the dawn of time. How can this be, you will ask? Simple! If we are to even begin to come to terms with our own higher reality and purpose of life, it is absolutely important for us to recognize the fact that man does not need a technically advanced society in order to explore the realms of Higher Mind -- i.e., he only needs his mind -- then it will also be realized that our world of modern technology can in fact be detrimental to our own development, because it has the ability to greatly distract man in his search for the answers to Life. What this ultimately means is that the wisdom of the ancients was in fact superior to the modern philosophy that our universities teach today. In fact, if man could see the wonders of Creation clearly, he would quickly realize that the supposed conflict between science and religion is superficial, and is nothing more than the result of ignorance with regard to both the true nature of religion and scientific fact.

Spiritual (Intuitive) Development: One of the primary objectives of the Original Scriptures was the development of the Intuitive spheres of mind that brought about Enlightenment through the Anointing (Messiah/Christ) of the Mind -- which enabled the seeker/disciple to transcend the natural barriers of the physical, and be taught directly by God. But to even begin to accomplish this spiritual transformation of the body and physical consciousness, those spheres of mind associated with the Intuitive had to be developed and then integrated with the rational-linear at a higher level of man's consciousness and being than his normal organic consciousness would naturally permit. Thus, in their original condition before being corrupted by the Church (see http://BibleCorruption.com ), the scriptures were intended to begin the process of "...the heightening and enlargement of human consciousness” (see Expansion Of Mind) that would enable the seeker/disciple to become enlightened and be taught by God -- i.e., "It is written in the prophets, 'And they shall all be taught by God.' Therefore everyone who has heard and learned from the Father comes to Me" (John 6:45 NKJ). And it was for this reason that the historical man Jesus commanded his disciples not to be called teacher or rabbi -- i.e., "But you are not to be called rabbi, for you have One Teacher, and you are all brethren" (Matt 23:8 RSV) -- and this was commanded, because there is Only One True Teacher, and that is the True Prophet -- often referred to as the Logos, the Son of God, and the Teacher of Righteousness. And that those lost prodigal sons who look to other men as their teacher, rabbi or leaders, will be greatly deceived and misguided, is why the disciple Peter in the Clementine Homilies declared: “Hence, O beloved Clement, if you would know the things pertaining to God, you have to learn them from Him alone, because He alone knows the truth. For if any one else knows anything, he has received it from Him or from His disciples”. (see The Search For The True Prophet/Logos/Son Of God Within One's Own Mind And Being).

If we pose the question as to how blind to man's higher soul and spiritual reality the linear-rational mind is? Both the blindness and mental impairment and dysfunction is so severe, that the person who is limited to normal linear reasoning is portrayed as being dead in the scriptures (see The Dead Know Nothing). Thus, the lopsided development of the linear-rational which is brought about in our cultural educational systems by pseudo-intellectuals who only utilize and develop the linear-outward spheres of mind -- and by the very nature and purpose of instruction, totally suppress the intuitive spheres of mind -- inhibit the whole development of mind to the degree that the students become intellectually flat-lined and totally incapable of grasping higher understanding of both self, and the life the person is living. That in their original condition prior to being corrupted by the Church (see http://BibleCorruption.com ), the scriptures which are allegorical (see An Inconvenient Truth) contained important teachings and catalysts that developed the intuitive spheres of mind -- catalysts which began the process of connecting the seeker/disciple with both the higher reality of their soul and what the original disciples called The True Prophet who was and is the One Teacher that Jesus said to seek out -- it was this enlightening of the mind of the seeker/disciple that was the very purpose of the teachings of Jesus which were originally called TheWay. And thus, the development of the intuitive by virtue of the important teaching that were removed by the Church, and the catalysts of the allegorical scriptures, brought about the fulfillment of the original objectives portrayed in the Encyclopedia Britannica under the heading, The History of Christian Mysticism, where it reads: “Although the essence of mysticism is the sense of contact with the transcendent, mysticism in the history of Christianity should not be understood merely in terms of special ecstatic experiences but as part of a religious process lived out within the context of the Christian community. From this perspective mysticism played a vital part in the early church. Early Christianity was a religion of the spirit that expressed itself in the heightening and enlargement of human consciousness”.

How blind to the true meaning of the scriptures and the realities of life is the linear-rational mind which is associated with the pseudo-intellectualism that is promoted by our culture and taught in our schools today? In the subheading of Flawed Human (Linear) Reasoning in the article An Inconvenient Truth it reads that: And that human reasoning, the quasi-religious dogma of man's religions and his philosophical schools of thought, are always in error by virtue of their blindness to the higher reality of the soul and the Mysteries of the Kingdom of God -- which reality Paul presented in the words: "See to it that no one takes you captive through hollow and deceptive philosophy, which depends on human tradition and the basic principles of this world..." (Col 2:8 NIV). And the degree that the seeker of Truth is to abandon and reject the dogmatic and philosophical (linear) reasoning of this world, is further presented in the words of the Apostle Peter who is quoted in the writings of his disciple Clement: "...therefore great care is to be taken, that when the law of God is read, it be not read according to the understanding of our own mind. For there are many sayings in the divine Scriptures which can be drawn to that sense which every one has preconceived for himself; and this ought not to be done. For you ought not to seek a foreign and extraneous sense, which you have brought from without". (see The Spiritual Disenfranchisement Of The Mind).

If neither the true meaning of the allegorical scriptures, or the realities of life itself, can be understood using "...the understanding of our own mind" when man is dependent upon the linear-rational spheres of mind, only then can man begin to understand why the Apostle Paul warned that the believer should not depend upon human logic and reasoning "...which depends on human tradition and the basic principles of this world..." -- which to their own detriment the Church has ignored this warning. What the Apostle Paul portrays as "...the basic principles of this world..." is the linear-reasoning which physicist Niels Bohr stated that “…The great extension of our experience in recent years has brought to light the insufficiency of our simple mechanical conceptions and, as a consequence, has shaken the foundation on which the customary interpretation of observation was based.” These “…mechanical conceptions” make reference to Darwin and the Theory of Evolution which is born out of the blindness of human linear reasoning and logic. A blindness portrayed by William A. So the question becomes will mankind's rejection of the reality portrayed by the modern physicist -- as well as his abandonment with the original purpose of the Gospel teachings -- cause him to go the way of the dinosaur and bring him to the precipice where his reliance upon linear-reasoning has placed him "...in real danger of self-extermination”?

The Seat Belt As A Secular Humanist Religious Symbol: Symbols often portray a mindset and paradigm of thinking. As an example: While the Swastika originated as a Hindu symbol of good luck, it became associated with a mindset that engendered death, destruction and the Holocaust. Whenever we see a Swastika, we are reminded of the death of millions of seemingly innocent people who were the victims of a mindset and philosophical school of thought. And in much the same way that the Swastika which began as a symbol of luck and good fortune has become representative of a Lawless mindset and pattern of thought, the seat belt is a symbol that is emblematic of a mindset and paradigm of thought that is adverse and in denial of man's true reality. In the same way that the thinking of Secular Humanists reject the biblical assertion that the Laws (of God) have orchestrated all events in the life of mankind and Creation -- i.e., not even a sparrow can “...fall to the ground apart from the will of your Father” (Matt 10:29 NIV) -- and their fossilized defective paradigm of thought also rejects the findings of modern physicists who have proven that the cause of all events is orchestrated and initiated in the (Etheric) Field that surrounds all matter. Therefore, while the Atheist and Secular Humanist rejects the wisdom of the scriptures, when the scriptures are demonstrated to be correct, the Atheist who remains in a state of denial also ignores and rejects the position of Einstein when he wrote that “We may therefore regard matter as being constituted by the regions of space in which the field is extremely intense… There is no place in this new kind of physics both for the field and matter, for the field is the only reality” (quoted in M. Capek, The Philosophical Impact of Contemporary Physics) -- and the words of physicist Walter Thirring who wrote that modern physics “…has put our thinking about the essence of matter in a different context. Which means that if a person consciously develops the ability to perceive the source and underlying causes in the Field, that such a person would then possess the foresight vision to avoid what is presently portrayed as accidents, luck, and/or what man calls chance.

Many lives are presently being saved because we have developed the ability to detect the Natural Laws and environments that spawn tornados even before they are physically formed. Quoting the article A Life Saving Discovery: "The [Doppler] radar, coupled with the photographic evidence of the tornado’s development, revealed previously unknown information about motion inside thunderstorms with a persistent rotating updraft (known as supercell storms). This discovery led to dramatic improvements in accuracy and lead time in forecasting severe storms nationwide, and along with them, the ability to save lives and prevent serious storm-related injuries." While you can neither see with your physical senses the Doppler radar, or the conditions that spawn a tornado, it remains true that we can now predict the forming of a tornado because we have acquired the means to detect the Natural Laws that bring them about.

When properly understood, what we call Mysticism is in fact that development of those areas of mind that enable a person to see and sense those areas that lie beyond the scope of natural vision and perception. And while the Atheist and Secular Humanist remains in denial, modern physics has proven that there are not only forces and realities beyond what we physically see and perceive -- but also, that the cause of all events in the physical is the direct result of the forces and realities that are at work in the unseeable Field that surrounds all physical matter. Further, it is documented that the very objective of the teachings associated with Jesus and what has come to be called Christianity, is in fact the development of the innate ability to perceive and understand the causal realities of the Laws and Higher Realities of Soul and Spirit that orchestrate all events in this world -- i.e., “Although the essence of mysticism is the sense of contact with the transcendent, mysticism in the history of Christianity should not be understood merely in terms of special ecstatic experiences but as part of a religious process lived out within the context of the Christian community. From this perspective mysticism played a vital part in the early church. Early Christianity was a religion of the spirit that expressed itself in the heightening and enlargement of human consciousness” (Encyclopedia Britannica, The History of Christian Mysticism). And that this original objective of Christianity is not understood by the congregation of believers today, is because those groups of both (Jewish) Ebionite Nazirenes and (non-Jewish) Spiritual Christians who preserved the original teachings and more pure scriptures, were all hunted down and murdered by the armies of fourth century Pagan Rome because they refused to accept the religious dogma of the emperor.

The Seat Belt And The Constitution: While what is symbolized by the seat belt may on the surface seem to be founded upon a genuine concern for the preservation of life, it is also representative of a mindset and paradigm of thinking that is in denial of a reality of Natural Laws and Forces that are instrumental in what men with undeveloped intuitive spheres of mind erroneously portray as accidents and often unavoidable events. But (as presented above) in the same way that unseen forces and Laws can be perceived prior to the spawning of a destructive tornado, a Mystic who develops his intuitive spheres of mind is able to perceive and detect the causal Forces and Laws which orchestrate all events in this life. If, in the (above) example that Jesus presented the truth that even a sparrow falls to the ground in accordance with the Will of God -- i.e., not even a sparrow can “...fall to the ground apart from the will of your Father” (Matt 10:29 NIV) -- then the mind of man can be developed in order to sense the Laws and Forces at work that cause the sparrow to fall, even before the event transpires. And further (as presented above), this ability to detect the Forces and Laws that are at work in the life of mankind, remains perpetually beyond the reach and understanding of those who build their lives upon a defective mindset and pattern of thought -- or hold beliefs which attempt to deny the unseen Forces and Laws that have already been proven to exist by the modern physicist who has portrayed all of man's ideas about the nature of this physical world (see above) to be little more than junk-science that is built upon defective vision and reasoning.

The question that this issue raises is this: (1) Is history merely repeating itself, and has our present government become the emperor that has the power to force sincere religious people to subscribe to its dogma about life; (2) and does those who have themselves developed their intuitive powers of mind and have proven the dogma of the government to be factually defective, coerced and forced to subscribe and embrace the symbols of government ordained dogma in a show of forced compliance with the will of the government-emperor; (3) which forced compliance is merely a modern-day example of the worship of said government-emperor?

A Question Of Faith and Application: What is required to develop what both the Mystic and Einstein portray as the intuitive gift that is suppressed by our culture which embraces and holds valid only the opposite visionary spheres of mind which can be portrayed as the linear-intellectual? The problem is that before this question can even be answered, the person must first acknowledge a reality that the linear-intellectual remains totally blind to in its natural organic physical condition. And it is at this point where a degree of faith must be exercised in man's spiritual elders who have themselves witnessed a higher reality of soul and spirit that is beyond the perception of man's physical senses. When Jesus taught that the Kingdom which man sought was within him (see http://GateOfEden.com ) -- beyond a natural barrier within man's own mind and being that Jesus taught his disciples to seek out -- this can be portrayed as stating that beneath the tip of the iceberg, there exists a greater and immense reality that lies beyond the surface and ability to detect with our normal physical senses.

Prior to Columbus, Europeans were fearful of sailing out too far from land, because they believed that they would fall off the face of the earth. When Columbus set sail, the majority of his men were comprised of criminals taken out of the prisons -- because Columbus was viewed as a fool who was going to bring about the demise of those who listened to him. And this flat-earth mindset remained, until Columbus made his voyage and returned with various proofs of the existence of the New World -- resulting in the confrontational fact that the fossilized thinking pseudo-authorities who maintained that the earth was flat, were then forced to admit that they were wrong. Yet, even today an Internet search on flat earth, will demonstrate that people continue to cling to this belief, regardless of the facts.

While the mystic who put their faith in the witness of men such as the historical Jesus knew all along that the events of this world were the direct results of the Laws and Forces that orchestrated the events that mankind experiences in this world, the analogy of Plato's Cave correctly portrayed the self-imposed limitations of those who failed to seek out and implement the wisdom of elder Mystics who had themselves overcome what Jesus portrayed as the "outer darkness" of mind and being (see Outer Darkness). And in the same way that the linear-intellectuals who were representative of the flat-earth mindset actually inhibited those with vision from making progress and advancing beyond a very limited perspective and understanding, @@@

In this case the would-be emperor-government that forces its decrees upon the individual,

In the development of those intuitive spheres of mind which provide access to the knowledge of the soul and what the disciples of Jesus portrayed as the One Teacher and The True Prophet , absolute faithfulness is required with respect to the higher reality that pseudo-intellectuals who have only developed their linear-rational spheres of mind remain totally blind to.

The whole concept of accidents and chance encounters is the product of the blind ignorance of man's linear-reasoning -- an inherently blind reasoning that is portrayed as illusion by the Mystic (see Plato's Cave) -- and a blind reasoning which modern physics has demonstrated as a being "...fossilized by its current world picture and is locked into a view of reality that has outlived its usefulness. It has begun to limit mankind’s growth and has so increased its sense of specialization, separateness, materiality, and mechanical computer-like functioning that it is in real danger of self-extermination”.

then one of the primary focuses of the very practice of religion is the development and perfection of that Sacred Gift. But herein lies one of the obstacles that confront man in his development of this Sacred Gift -- i.e., the seeker/disciple must be totally true and faithful to what is revealed by that intuitive gift from God. In the vast majority of people, the rational mind totally dominates the thinking of the individual and the culture within which they have developed.

Americans have the Constitutional God-Given Right to live in accord with the Truth, in accord with their understanding, so long as they don't infringe upon the rights of others. It is the highest principle of American Jurisprudence that the government can make no law that inhibits the free exercise of the individuals religion.

Is North Carolina Constitutionally Immoral?

What is Constitutional Immorality? This is when a Constitutional God-Given Right that by American Jurisprudence is UnAlienable, is dismissed and negated without so much as even a reason provided. And while Atheists and Marxist Secular Progressives routinely extend their middle index finger upward at God in their attempt to undermine the American Spirituality that formed the foundational bed-rock of God-Given UnAlienable Rights based upon the Laws of Nature and Nature's God (see American Spirituality), when the actions of a state which is sworn to uphold the Constitution in the name of representing the Will of the People, parallel that of the Atheists, then truly we have a tyrannical American abomination that can only be portrayed as Constitutional Immorality! The Atheist agenda is to incrementally undermine the people's individual rights -- removing even the mention of God and Constitutional Rights from the American cultural arena -- in order to inaugurate a European type socialist state. While this has been largely accomplished in states such as New York and California, the South is the next target. Thus, if the South Rises Again, it will be to save the Nation from the Atheist folly that strives to undermine the whole of our Constitutional form of government.

Black's Law Dictionary defines Religious Freedom as: "Within Constitution embraces not only the right to worship GOD according to the dictates of one's conscience, but also the right to do, or forbearing of which is not inimical to the peace, good order, and morals of society." And with respect to these organic Constitutional Rights of Man, the Court has ruled that “The very purpose of a Bill of Rights was to withdraw certain subjects from the vicissitudes of political controversy, to place them beyond the reach of majorities and officials and to establish them as Legal Principles to be applied by the courts” (West Virginia State Board of Education vs Burnette 319 US 624, 638, [1943]). As an Atheistic symbol of the paradigm of thought which rejects the biblical doctrine of Divine Providence -- which symbol is in direct conflict with everything that I know to be true -- unless it can be demonstrated that my religious objection to wearing a seatbelt is “inimical to the peace, good order, and morals of society”, then the state is Constitutionally duty-bound to provide me with a religious exemption from the law. And this is especially true when it is realized that the law already provides exemptions to “Persons with a certified phobia of seat belts; Persons tending to a child's personal needs; Situations where all seating positions equipped with seat belts are occupied.” Further, the state of North Carolina even permits people not only to ride in the open bed of a pick-up truck, but also permits children under the age of twelve “If an adult is present in the bed or cargo area of the vehicle and is supervising the child”. An Internet search on children riding in the back of a pickup truck provides factual statistics of alarm. Quoting one article: “Any pickup passenger is better protected when riding in the cab of the truck than when riding in the bed” ( Read more: Child Safety in Pickup Trucks | eHow.com ). Which means that if there existed any consistency in the laws, a child in an open bed would be required to wear an approved motorcycle helmet. Again, none of these exemptions to the existing law have a claim of a higher order than that of First Amendment Protection which the court has chosen to ignore without so much as providing even an explanation -- i.e., for an American, a blatant violation of fundamental principles that can only be portrayed as being Constitutionally Immoral.

What is a Paradigm of Thought? As I use the term above? Its like the fruit of a mindset or school of thinking. Not only does the Atheist and Secular Humanism and Progressive mindset reject God -- but there exists a whole philosophical school of thought that provides the Atheistic mindset an environment to spawn and manifest. And in the case of the seatbelt, the Atheist Paradigm of Thought rejects Divine Providence and the biblical doctrine of predestination. What the Atheist Paradigm of Thought does, is reject the many statements of Jesus. As an example: When Jesus told the woman to "sin no more, lest a worst thing come upon you", Jesus was making reference to The Laws that react to each person's actions (see The Laws That Perfect Mankind - Cause And Effect). Because of their own self-imposed ignorance of the Laws, the Atheist Paradigm of Thought maintains that Jesus was in error. Where the Atheist attributes all events to chance, luck, natural selection or the unknown, the early Church maintained that all events have a preexisting cause -- and that not even a sparrow can fall to the ground, apart from the Will of God. In the same way that a Swastika is a symbol of Fascist Socialism, the seatbelt is a symbol of the Atheist Paradigm of Thought that rejects the biblical doctrine of Divine Providence.

While on the surface the refusal to wear a seat belt on religious grounds may appear odd, this is because governments have so thoroughly imposed their dogma upon the Church over the course of the last 1700 years, that the majority of believers who call themselves Christians have totally lost sight of what the original teachings and objectives were. Rather than submit to the emperor, the first Christians chose death in the lions den. Why? As a Spiritual Religion, the original teachings had virtually little in common with modern government imposed Church dogma. Thus, A. Powell Davies warned that the Dead Sea Scrolls had confirmed what biblical scholars had suspected and believed all along -- i.e., that the Emperor Constantine and the Pagan Church of Rome created a religion of blind faith and belief where he wrote that: “Biblical scholars were not disturbed by what they found in the Dead Sea Scrolls because they had known all along that the origin of Christianity was not what was commonly supposed to have been” (quoted by Millar Burrows in More Light on the Dead Sea Scrolls). And with respect to what the Dead Sea Scrolls revealed that remains ignored by the Church, Prof. John Allegro acknowledged that the facts “...may upset a great many basic teachings of the Christian Church. This in turn would greatly upset many Christian Theologians and believers. The heart of the matter is, in fact, the source and originality of Christian doctrine” (August 1966 issue of Harpers Magazine). And the Adam Clark Bible Commentary stated that if one of the core doctrines imposed upon the Church by 4th century Pagan Rome is not true, that "...the whole Christian system is vain and baseless" (see The Ten Words). Which means that the question that is presently being raised in a North Carolina Court, is not only whether the practice of religion is subject to the whims of the state, but also the decrees of the Roman Emperors who forced their edicts upon the Church with the sentence of death. As detailed at this American Spirituality link, our (Deist) Constitutional Framers saw Christianity as the highest source of spiritual truth, and the very purpose of the Bill of Rights was to impose restrictions upon government, and created the necessary environment for Spiritual Christianity to again be reborn and established -- fulfilling its potential to lead mankind out of the dark ignorance of this world, and into the Light of True Enlightenment.

Thus, these long ignored statements prompts us to pose the question: Why didn't the biblical scholars understand the true origin of Christianity prior to the discovery and examination of the Dead Sea Scrolls? To answer this question we must consult the findings of Prof. Elaine Pagles who correctly writes: “It is the winners who write history - their way. No wonder, then, that the viewpoint of the successful majority has dominated all traditional accounts of the origin of Christianity… It suggests that these religious debates - questions of the nature of God, or of Christ - simultaneously bear social and political implications that are crucial to the development of Christianity as an institutional religion. In simplest terms, ideas which bear implications contrary to that development come to be labeled as heresy; ideas which implicitly support it become orthodox” (see Pagles, The Gnostic Gospels). In not learning the lessons of history, modern believers have overlooked the fact that when despots rule, they not only annihilate all opposition -- but they "...write history - their way" -- and they corrupt and burn whatever writings stand in opposition to their supremacy and rule. Which means that those doctrines of belief that are seen as orthodox and promoted by the modern-day Church today, is drawn from the side of "...political implications that [were] crucial to the development of Christianity as an institutional religion" under the direct control of Pagan Rome.

In the case of the Christian Church beginning in the fourth century, to disagree with the doctrines affirmed by the Emperor Constantine, carried with it the sentence of death. Thus, Edward Gibbon writes in the Decline and Fall of the Roman Empire: ”Constantine easily believed that the heretics, who presumed to dispute his opinions or to oppose his commands, were guilty of the most absurd and criminal obstinacy... Not a moment was lost in excluding the ministers and teachers of the separated congregations from any share of the rewards and immunities which the emperor had so liberally bestowed on the orthodox clergy. But as the sectaries might still exist under the cloud of royal disgrace, the conquest of the East was immediately followed by an edict which announced their total destruction”. Thus, in the same way that whoever did not embrace the religion of the emperor met with the sentence of death, whatever scriptures did not conform to the approved version, was immediately destroyed (see http://BibleCorruption.com ).

The State Master Encyclopedia lists the original cause of action on religious grounds when I opposed the New York seat belt law in 2004, but New York never set a hearing on the issue. Upon retiring to North Carolina, I was again ticketed -- even though I explained to the officer that I held a Constitutionally protected religious objection to the mandatory seat belt law which I oppose on the grounds that it is anti-biblical, anti-spiritual, and exists as an Atheist quasi-religious symbol that promotes a mindset and paradigm of thought that is founded upon abject ignorance of the Laws of God.

In the initial trial before Judge James K. Roberson in Alamance County, the court was provided biblical citings, detailed scientific proofs, as well as testimony that demonstrated my Constitutionally protected position (see North Carolina Motion Papers). Further evidence was submitted to the court that demonstrated that (1) the Spiritual Christians were hunted down and murdered in the fourth century because of their rejection of the pagan religions dogma of the Roman Emperor Constantine (see The Corruption Of The Church); (2) that the original pre-Nicene Church was a purely Spiritual Religion that taught the believer a process founded upon "...a religion of the spirit that expressed itself in the heightening and enlargement of human consciousness” (see Expansion Of Mind); (3) to the degree, that documentation was presented which demonstrates that the primary objective of the pre-Nicene Church was the spiritual maturation and enlightenment of the believers (see Religion As A System Of Education). And that when Jesus taught that all his followers were to seek out and learn exclusively from the One Teacher (see Spiritual Intuitive Development) that reveals all truths to the mind of the sincere and faithful seeker, the wearing of a seatbelt to appease the fruit (Paradigm of Thought) of Atheism, is a rejection of Divine Providence and the direct Teachings and Revelations of the True Prophet -- all to appease and worship at the altar of the government ordained Atheist Paradigm of Thought.

Further evidence was presented to demonstrate that while the spiritual essence of the Church was put to death in the fourth century, the dogmatic rulings by the Emperor Justinian in the 6th century cast the Church into the abyss of absolute ignorance with respect to the functional workings of the Laws which control every aspect of life in this world. And because the faith-based Christians no longer possessed the necessary knowledge to understanding the movement of the Laws in the lives of mankind and all things (see The Spiritual Castration Of The Church), they became totally alienated from the true spiritual meaning of the Gospels. Now, when the spiritual essence of the Gospel is once again in the process of being reborn, those who travail in TheWay find themselves confronted by the prevailing cultural Atheist Paradigm of Thought, and government officials who will impose UnConstitutional restrictions upon the people.

The Cross And The Seat Belt

If you think like an Atheist -- live like and Atheist -- and believe in the cultural tenets of Atheism -- can you also be a Christian? The answer to this question has in fact put the Church on trial in a court in Graham, North Carolina. What on the surface may appear to be little more than a violation of the seat belt law, those familiar with the essence of the matter understand that the case has brought into question the very source and originality of Church doctrine and dogma. Is the Church truly representative of the Original teachings of Jesus and TheWay? Or is it more factually the religion of Mithraism masquerading under a biblical cloak that in practice, it rejects every part of? While it is truly rare that a legal challenge to the validity of the Church can be brought about in the United States, this challenge is only possible because the state has far exceeded its true Constitutional boundaries. Provoking the question: Is this legal challenge truly about a religious opposition to what the plaintiff's Allan Cronshaw and Emmanuel Pohoreski state is a violation of the First Amendment protections of the freedom of the practice of religion? Or is it a means to put the Church on trial for heresy in the adoption of fourth century Roman paganism? Perhaps it is both. But defendant Allan Cronshaw expects to take this case up to the Supreme Court where both the dogmatic Church as well as secular apostasy to the Constitution can be put on trial in the Highest Court of the Land. Therefore, each seeming loss on appeal, is only one step closer to the eventual goal of the Spiritual Rebirth of the Nation in accord with the original vision of our Constitutional Framers (see American Spirituality)!

As the leader of the Ebionite Spiritual Restoration Movement, plaintiff Allan Cronshaw has provided a web page (see The Cross and the Seat Belt) -- and throughout this article it is demonstrated conclusively that the Church is a modern fraud that in practice, totally rejects the Gospels and New Testament (see The Lie) -- and under the cloak of wolves in sheep's attire, promotes Roman paganism in place of the Original Spiritual Gospel Message (see Govt. Takeover Of Religion) to a blind faith-believing congregation who prefers dogmatic snake-oil to the Truth and the Original teachings of Jesus and TheWay. As Mr. Cronshaw has pointed out, this should come as no surprise when it is recognized that the Apostle Paul predicted that the Church which calls itself Christian, would replace the worship of God with the worship of Satan (see The Church Of The AntiChrist) -- and that the time has finally arrived where the Church itself can be put on trial and confronted with its long history of spiritual apostasy and opposition to both the original teachings of Jesus and TheWay, as well as the Kingdom of God (see Apostate Church). In fact, Allan Cronshaw not only claims to be a type of reincarnation of the person known as James, the brother of Jesus (see Brother Of Yeshua/Jesus) -- but also claims to be an eye witness to the death and destruction of the original Spiritual Christians when they were hunted down by the emperors henchmen for refusing to accept the religion of the emperor (see The Death Of The Religion Of Jesus). And he has portrayed himself as having been sent back into this world on a mission to tell the people the Truth, and to bring about the conviction and the downfall of the infidel -- and in this instance, both Church and State who have each violated the essence of their own First Principles -- principles that have brought their validity into question.

Defendants Allan Cronshaw and Emmanuel Pohoreski state that the existing seat belt law is based upon an Atheist Paradigm of thinking (see Darwinism & Secular Humanism), and from both a biblical and spiritual perspective, is a bogus fraud the entraps the people into a spiritually impotent mindset and lifestyle (see The Great Canard Of Atheism And Evolutionists). And rather then denying God and what they have set forth as Higher Spiritual Reality in the manner of the Church which the defendants have portrayed as a type of western equivalent of a House Church in Communist China where no deviation from government approved dogma is permitted, the defendants have instead taken a stand against what they portray as an unconstitutional statute, and in the process have brought the validity of both Church and State into question. While it would be legally impossible to initiate a cause of action that would put the Church on trial for heresy, the unconstitutional actions of the state of North Carolina has enabled the defendants to put the foundational dogma of the Church on trial.

Under the heading of The Great Question Presented To The Court, is presented the meaning of Religious Freedom as defined in Black's Law Dictionary where it states: "Within Constitution embraces not only the right to worship GOD according to the dictates of one's conscience, but also the right to do, or forbearing of which is not inimical to the peace, good order, and morals of society." So, from a Constitutional perspective, the ONLY question set before the court must be limited to whether the defendants refusal to wear a seat belt is “inimical to the peace, good order, and morals of society”, and whether the practice of the defendants religion which rejects the competing religion of Secular-Humanism -- a quasi-religious manner of thinking which is founded upon a mindset and Atheist philosophy that rejects the Biblical teaching on Divine Providence, and therefore requires the wearing of a seatbelt -- will bring harm to a person in another car in the event of a collision. While there is not a single case on record where the drivers failure to wear a seat belt has brought harm to another driver or pedestrian, the Court has chosen to turn a blind eye to the failure of the law to provide a necessary religious exemption -- even though in North Carolina, other exemptions are provided (see Exemptions To Seat Belt Law) -- including an exemption to those who have a phobia about wearing a seat belt. And when it is demonstrated that even young children are exempt from the seat belt law when riding in a pickup truck, either the sanity or ideological objectives of the court must be brought into question.

What is the rulings of the Supreme Court on this issue? Chief Justice Burger admonished: "Courts should not undertake to dissect religious beliefs... One can, of course, imagine an asserted claim so bazaar so clearly non-religious in motivation, as not to be entitled to protection under the free exercise clause: but that is not the case here, and the guarantee of free exercise is not limited to beliefs which are shared by all members of a religious sect. The courts are not arbiters of scriptural interpretation…. The essence of law that has been set and written on the subject is that only those interests of the highest order... can overbalance legitimate claims to the free exercise of religion” (Thomas vs Review Board 450 US 707, 718 (1981) accord, Wisconsin vs. Yoder, 406 US 205, 215 [1972]; Sherbert vs Verner, 374 US 393, 406 [1963]). The Court has ruled that “The very purpose of a Bill of Rights was to withdraw certain subjects from the vicissitudes of political controversy, to place them beyond the reach of majorities and officials and to establish them as Legal Principles to be applied by the courts” (West Virginia State Board of Education vs Burnette 319 US 624, 638, [1943]).

Will the court of North Carolina follow the very clear mandates of the Constitution and established rulings of the Supreme Court which all support the position of the defendants? A very simple legal question has been presented before the Court on the defendants web site and legal motions (see The Cross and the Seat Belt). But without any justification as to why the defendants practice of religion should be denied, the Alamance County Court has ruled against the First Amendment protection of the practice of religion. And this in effect has enabled the defendants to put both Church and State on trial -- the Church for spiritual heresy and a total rejection of the Original Gospel Teachings -- and the State as apostates to the Constitution and the validity of its rulings.

It has been demonstrated by the defendants that the dogma of the present day Church has virtually nothing in common with the religion of Jesus that was inaugurated at the beginning of our Common Era (see The Heightening And Expansion Of Mind). It has also been demonstrated that the wearing of a seat belt is very much a denial of the Truth and the Facts as proven by both science and genuine Christian Mysticism (see What's Wrong With Wearing A Seat Belt?). And when a person chooses to knowingly live a lie in abject defiance of the Truth, then their spiritual progress and development is gravely inhibited. Further, the position of Einstein that there are two separate spheres of mind -- the one he portrays as the "intuitive gift", and the other as the "linear-rational faithful servant" -- and demonstrates that because our culture suppresses the intuitive, that man has consigned himself into the abyss of ignorance with respect to man's true reality and potential (see Intuitive Mind vs Linear-Rational). Defendants reject the cultural assumption that the events in this life are subject to luck, chance or accidents, and demonstrate the reality of the biblical doctrine of Divine Providence in all things. And in the process the defendants provide an answer for the proverbial question that has perpetually haunted most religious people in the explanation as to Why Does Bad Things Happen To Seemingly Good People. Which begins with an understanding of the Conditions Of One's Birth - Life - And Death. And it is further demonstrated that because the congregation of faith-based believers live and think in accord with the Paradigm of Thought established by Atheism, that the Church has been spiritually castrated and rendered impotent. Therefore, rather than live a lie and deny the Truth, the defendants have instead chosen to invoke their First Amendment protection of their sincerely held practice of religion.

The appeal of the previous ruling of Judge James K. Roberson is set for a hearing on December 5th in the Alamance County Superior Court. Defendant Allan Cronshaw states that the case was orchestrated by the Laws of God in order to put the validity of both the Church, and the State on trial for the respective heresy and apostasy to their Core Foundations. In fact, what is being put on trial is very much the Truth, Justice and the American Way. In the manner of true infidels, the Church is poised against the Original Teachings of Jesus -- while the State has thus far attempted to rule the Constitution as being invalid. The defendants take the position that a loss in Court, will effect a positive response from the Angelic Jury that has been called to preside over the future of both Church and State based upon their responses.

When science makes a discovery that proves many of man's previous ideas in error, how long does it take before he is able to cast away his previous ignorance -- let go of the anchor of the past -- and move onward to a new and more enlightened horizon? Do we continue to promote superstition and folklore, because many people are comforted by the thinking of the past? If science discovers a means to teletransport people from one city to the next, do we continue to use cars, trains and airplanes because that is what we have done for a long time? While on the surface this issue may appear to be about seatbelts, but that opinion is only embraced by the uninformed. And if science was to break the code of molecular decomposition that would be necessary to instantly teleport a person from one city to the next, would there be a stumbling block in our courts because the molecules would be exceeding the speed limit of our interstate highway system? This is the nature of the question that has been set before our courts today.

What is written and presented in this frame is an update to the original page and documents which I have added because of the many authorities who misrepresent the issue. I find myself being portrayed as some religious nut who has a religious objection to wearing a seatbelt. Yet, in their misunderstanding and misrepresentation of the facts, what they fail to understand is that the seatbelt is more of a symbol of our archaic fossilized thinking that is strangling our society and culture, and inhibiting our progress into a more enlightened age. In fact, if I was to make a comparison, I would say that what the cross represents to Christians, the seatbelt represents not only a more enlightened science and culture based upon a higher reality, but also it is the bridge between the age old conflict of religion and science. So those who see only the issue of the seatbelt as defined by statistics and our courts, are very much as those who see a cross as nothing more than two sticks that happened to be placed at an intersecting right angle. The issue and symbol of the seatbelt has absolutely nothing to do with the compilation of statistics, and everything to do with advancing man beyond his present station of self-imposed ignorance -- because to more onward in the journey, would open totally new and radical doors of opportunity that would shatter many of his long held fossilized thoughts and beliefs about the world he is presently living in that has shackled him to his modern version of the Dark Ages.

Astrophysicist Robert Jastrow, who was the head of NASA’s Goddard Institute for Space Studies wrote in his book, God and the Astronomers, that “The scientist has scaled the mountains of ignorance; he is about to conquer the highest peak; as he pulls himself over the final rock, he is greeted by a band of theologians who have been sitting there for centuries.”

While I am not a theologian, I am a Mystic, a Spiritual man, a True Gnostic, and I am able to hear the scientists who are presently scaling the mountain of ignorance approaching the highest peak where I reside at the top. And because the more enlightened progressive scientists have encountered an obstacle which has temporarily inhibited their progress up the mountain -- an obstacle placed in their path by other scientists of an old school thought, who fear to move beyond their present station, because all their previous theories have had the proverbial rug pulled out from under them -- I am engaged in throwing the progressive scientists a rope to circumvent the obstacle that has been politically and culturally placed in their path. And when this fact is recognized, it will be understood that the issue of the seatbelt has absolutely nothing to do with safety statistics, and everything to do with freeing a more enlightened segment of the scientific community from the shackles that bind them. And in much the same way that many more enlightened and progressive thinkers have been enslaved by man's outdated and fossilized thinking, so too has the religious world been anchored to the superstitions of man's past. And in the same way that the progressive scientist has been inhibited by those who cling to outdated theories, so too has the more spiritual thinker of the religious world been shackled by the dogma of man's superstitious past. So while those who are numb in their thinking may see the issue as nothing more than a legal question regarding a seatbelt, those who are inquisitive and awake, will see the door of great opportunity opening for all of mankind.

If the historical man we know as Jesus was to appear among us today, would we expect him cook with fire, travel by mule, and be totally ignorant of the advances of our modern culture? And if it is true that a man such as Jesus can, and has been observing mankind from another realm beyond our ability to perceive -- and suddenly was to appear among us -- would it surprise us if he was able to explain the many mysteries of life using the language of our modern science? In the first century it is recorded that he taught his disciples privately in conversations that were never recorded in the biblical accounts-- but what did he say in these undocumented conversations? Of these private conversations it was said that he taught his disciples the Mysteries of Creation and the Kingdom of God. Does our modern scientists who totally revise their theories every twenty years, possess the Knowledge of Creation? While the man known as the Apostle Paul was not one of Jesus' disciples, he tells of spiritual experiences that Jesus brought about in his life -- even going so far as to state with respect to what he witnessed in this other dimension when he "...was caught up into paradise, and heard unspeakable words, which it is not lawful for a man to utter” (2 Cor 12:3-4 KJV). What was the nature and substance of these unutterable words and description of this higher dimension of reality that is beyond organic man's perception? And what LAW inhibited Paul from conveying to others what he saw and experienced?

Admittedly, the vast number of the common people of that era were uneducated and ignorant -- and part of the problem in speaking only about the Mysteries of Creation and the Kingdom of God, is seen in the fact that the majority of people were simply not prepared to understand man's higher reality. But if a man such as Jesus was to appear among us today, would he be able to convey to modern man a more enlightened vision of reality than what was possible in the first century of our Common Era? Could a man who has been thoroughly enlightened as to the underlying forces, principles and realities of the world in which we dwell, and all of Creation, be able to speak more openly and straightforward to modern man than was possible to the people who lived 2000 years ago in our more distant and often superstitious past? And what was the nature of these private teachings? The modern Church has long ignored the statement by the first century elder Ignatius when he wrote in an epistle: “Might I not write to you things more full of mystery? But I fear to do so, lest I should inflict injury on you who are babes. Pardon me in this respect, lest, as not being able to receive their weighty import, ye should be strangled by them”. If what is presented in the New Testament is elementary, and it is true with respect to Jesus teaching his disciples privately, and it is true that Paul could not lawfully even utter and speak about this higher dimension of mind and being that he experienced, then where is the essence of the Gospel and biblical message? In the elementary written word that was created for a very superstitious, uneducated and often illiterate people? Or was the Essence and Truth of the Gospel only revealed in these very private conversations that was never at any time recorded openly? In his First Epistle to the baptized and committed Christians at Corinth, Paul warns that they were yet too carnal in their understanding to comprehend the higher Mysteries of Creation and the Kingdom of God. Stating that if we were to speak openly about this higher reality, that they would reject these concepts as utter "foolishness" (see The Letter That Killeth). In view of the fact that Ignatius makes reference to the Mysteries of God that would strangle and inflict (mental) injury of the baptized believers of the simple faith who were not yet sufficiently prepared to comprehend the Mysteries of Creation and the Kingdom of God, only a virtual fool would assume that they could understand the teachings of Jesus and the Gospel with any real depth and comprehension, by reading the written word of the scriptures. In view of the fact that the modern Church is absolutely clueless as to the nature and substance of these more spiritual teachings that the Bible makes reference to, we must pose the question: Are these core Gospel teachings pertaining to the Mysteries of Creation and the Kingdom of God forever lost? Or is there a way to renew and resurrect what was thrown away?

In many of the articles that have been written on my objection to the mandatory seatbelt laws on religious grounds, it has been stated that I claim to be the reincarnation of Jacob who people call James, the Brother of Yeshua who people call Jesus. And while the modern Christian may find such a claim preposterous, in view of the fact that the Church is not only clueless as to the core spiritual teachings that were never written or published, and Paul warns that the believers of the simple faith would look upon these core Gospel teachings as "foolishness", an intelligent person would conclude that the modern faith-based Church lacks even the spiritual credentials to offer an opinion of the issue. Especially in view of the easily demonstrated and documented historical fact that the disciples and early Christians embraced and endorsed the doctrine of the pre-existent soul that evolves to perfection over the course of many lifetimes (see http://ChristianReincarnation.org ), and the Christian world was later forbidden from teaching and believing in this original core doctrine by virtue of a ruling imposed upon the Church by a circus prostitute and her emperor husband (see The Ten Reasons Why Christians Reject The Doctrine Of The Pre-Existent Soul). In view of this fact, the intelligent mind must question whether the modern Church can make any claim whatsoever, to understand and represent the true teachings of Jesus and the Gospel?

If the documented evidence is true that the core teachings of Jesus could not be revealed to the unprepared minds of the entry-level believers of the simple faith, then the question must be posed as to why the organic mind of man is incapable of understanding the Mysteries of Creation and the Kingdom of God? And what must a seeker do in order to prepare the mind to understand these core Gospel teachings that were never revealed in the written words of the scriptures? Further, if it is true that Jesus taught the doctrine of the pre-existent soul that evolves to perfection over the course of many lifetimes as the historical evidence confirms, then someone such as myself who knows the Mysteries of Creation and the Kingdom of God based upon the fact that I was not only present at the time during these private sessions, that I was the first leader of the New Covenant Congregation, and it was historically recorded that the Spirit had revealed to me in that life all the Mysteries of Creation and the Kingdom of God which the organic mind of the believer of the simple faith would reject as "foolishness". And this is important if we are to move beyond our present human boundaries, and understand why the organic mind of man is incapable of understanding what is portrayed in the Bible as the Mysteries of Creation and the Kingdom of God that it was not even Lawful to speak and write about openly?

While it would have been difficult in the past to prove this important point that has the potential to truly alter the course of human understanding of every aspect of the life that mankind is presently living -- and it is clear that the modern Church is absolutely clueless as to the true nature of these core Gospel teachings that was thrown away by the fourth century Church of Rome (see The Death Of The Religion of Jesus) -- as someone who knows and understands the true nature of these core concepts and teachings, modern science has evolved to the point where it can confirm all that I am saying. But herein lies another problem which is seen in the fact that the science that is promoted and endorsed by our culture and schools, would best be portrayed as a science of the simple understanding -- or more appropriately, secularized and politicized junk science. In both the below, and the article entitled Science Proves Religion, I demonstrate the reality expressed by Itzhak Bentov in his book, Stalking The Wild Pendulum, where in the preface William A. Tiller, Materials Sciences Department, Stanford University writes: “The present scientific establishment has grown somewhat fossilized by its current world picture and is locked into a view of reality that has outlived its usefulness. It has begun to limit mankind’s growth and has so increased its sense of specialization, separateness, materiality, and mechanical computer-like functioning that it is in real danger of self-extermination”.

Thus, the question must be posed: Of what use is this more enlightened understanding of the Universe in which we live, if we are unable to utilize this untapped resource of knowledge that the most progressive of scientists has uncovered? Do intelligent people just sit back and permit themselves to be "self-exterminated... because of a fossilized... world picture and view of reality that has long outlived its usefulness"? And should intelligent people permit themselves to be limited by what is culturally and politically acceptable, regardless of the fact that this world view has been proven to be in grave error? In many respects these questions are synonymous with the questions raised about the true core Gospel teachings: Should the believer continue to embrace the dogma of Roman emperors and the dictates of a circus prostitute? Or should they throw off the shackles of absolute ignorance that is caused by an allegiance to error? And is the government which is attempting to dictate the thinking and mindset of the people today, any different than the government of fourth century Rome which dictated to Christians what was acceptable to believe? And enacted laws against thinking differently than what the government prescribed? Further, if it is true that the organic mind or man will look upon the higher realities of the soul of man and the world in which we live as "foolishness", why in what is purported to be the Land of the Free, must those seeking to develop their own higher resources of mind and being, have to fight with the government in order to secure this necessary freedom?

As someone who was present among the inner core of Jesus' disciples in the first century, let me confirm that modern science has very much begun to prove the realities that Paul warned the common people would view as absolute and utter "foolishness" -- and let me also confirm that the average person today is simply not prepared by our educational system which continues to promote (for largely political and cultural reasons) "...a fossilized... world picture and view of reality that has long outlived its usefulness." And thus, in the same way that in the fourth century all who did not accept the religion of the Emperor and Church of Rome were murdered, and during the many Inquisitions of the Middle Ages the people were tested as to their adherence to government approved doctrines of belief, what the seatbelt law represents is a modern day continuation of testing the thinking of the people to see if they adhere to approved concepts of government ordained philosophy.

How can I make such a statement? It has already been proven by science that (1) every event that transpires in this world is brought about by originating causes in the field that surrounds all matter; (2) that what we see and perceive with our organic physical senses, is only a fraction of a greater reality that is beyond our normal human (unevolved) perception; (3) and if we continue to look only to the downstream effects that manifest in the physical, while continuing to ignore the source in the underlying field, that we were heading down the road of (cultural) "self-extermination!" And in the same way that the government which ruled over the Church of Rome which called itself Christian, totally alienated the people from the core Gospel concepts by imposing acceptable doctrines of belief upon the people, our modern government is in countless ways doing the same thing in our present time. And as demonstrated below, regardless of the fact that they are barred by the Constitution from imposing their dictates upon the people in the manner that they have begun to do, so long as the people themselves surrender their Constitutional Rights and submit to the will of the government, they will continue to be the victims of a politically ordained cultural ignorance that is threatening to bring about our own "self-extermination!"

In a nutshell, one of the important elements of Jesus' teachings was how to evolve the mind beyond the organic limitations of the body. And while such a statement will undoubtedly sound foreign to a society that relegates religion to blind faith, and limits religion to the dogmatic faith-based concepts of Rome, what is endorsed by both the modern Church and our present culture has little in common with what was actually taught by Jesus and his disciples. And in the same way that modern science has now recognized that what we perceive in the physical is actually the down stream result of what originates and transpires in the Etheric field that surrounds all matter, and is the source of all events and realities that transpire in the physical world, an important integral element of Jesus' teachings was how to expand the perception of the mind beyond the physical, and develop the ability to perceive and interact with the underlying Etheric source.

One of the key elements in the process of expanding the mind beyond the organic limitations of the physical body, is that you cannot attempt to simultaneously embrace two conflicting trains of thought and mindset patterns. What this means is that if you are going to train the mind to perceive beyond the physical organic, then you cannot continually deny what you know to be true in your actions. It is demonstrated both by science and the original teachings of Jesus in the below original article that the events and realities of this world are brought about by initiating factors in the underlying Etheric Field that is not easily discerned by the physical senses of the body -- but that the mind can be trained and expanded to utilize dormant higher facilities (of mind) that will enable the person to access and even interact on a Source-Field level. But in order to accomplish this enlargement and expansion of the mind, the thinking of the person must not only be built upon the proper foundational concepts, but that there must be no backsliding or falling back upon cultural thinking that in practice, denies the existence of this higher reality that you are attempting to access and interact with. And in part, it is often this philosophic backsliding that is the cause of even the most sincere efforts to expand the mind in this higher direction. As stated in the Bible, you can't serve two masters. Its like an Atheist who prays in order to cover all bases, is not really an Atheist, and neither can he expect his prayers to bring results in his life. You can't change the limited thinking of the organic, and access dormant areas of the mind that is not supported by the physical body, if you keep backsliding into a mindset that denies all that you are attempting to achieve. Using the seatbelt as an example: You can't reprogram the mind to access the higher Etheric Field which is the cause of all events and realities in the physical world, while simultaneously telling the unconscious by your actions that you are putting on a seatbelt just incase the mindset and thinking you are striving to embrace is in error. Like the Atheist who prays, or the person who attempts to serve two masters, you will never be able to achieve the results you are pursuing.

If it has been revealed to you -- or even if you believe the scriptures that all events and realities in this world are brought about by both pre-existent causes -- and that the initiating factor in all events and realities originates in a spiritual realm (which modern quantum physics portrays as the filed which surrounds all matter) -- then you are religiously obligated to live in accord with that revealed knowledge or faith in that biblical belief. In practical application, what this means is that if you know that there is no such things as accidents -- and that the Mystic and spiritual visionary, and the modern quantum physicist are correct in their assertion that all events in this world originate from an underlying Field/Etheric causal level -- and you put on a seat belt as if your knowledge and/or religious faith/beliefs could be wrong -- then you have rejected the knowledge that you have witnessed spiritually, and/or faith/beliefs in Messiah/Christ as revealed in the scriptures.

As documented in the below article and associated court challenge to the New York State seatbelt law, the whole cultural concept of accidents, chance, that the circumstances of life cannot be foreseen, or that all events and occurrences originate in the physical, has not only been demonstrated to be false and built upon an outdated fossilized mechanical view of the world that is as antiquated as the Model T Ford or rubbing sticks together to produce fire, but it is this philosophical rejection of both the findings of modern science, as well as what is portrayed in the Bible, that shackles man to lives of ignorance where he is constantly victimized by the counterfeit ideas and concepts that he embraces. As presented in the below article: There is no event that transpires in this world, that is not brought about by pre-existing factors that are manifest in the Etheric Field which surrounds all physical matter -- and it is within man's ability to not only perceive and access this Etheric Field, but also to interact on a causal level. Explanation Of Contradictory Reports

Professor John Adams of University College London was skeptical of the proponents of seat belt laws claims, and set out to analyze the effect of seat belt laws as then in force and assess how well they matched predictions. His findings were published in 1982 and can be found in the Society of Automotive Engineers transactions of that year^[4]. His conclusion was that in the eighteen countries surveyed, accounting for approximately 80% of the world's motoring, those countries with seat belt laws had fared no better, and in some cases (e.g. Sweden, Ireland and New Zealand) significantly worse than those without. In order to explain this disparity, Adams advanced the hypothesis that Protecting car occupants from the consequences of bad driving encourages bad driving.

Adams concludes that there is no evidence of the seat belt law having reduced overall fatality numbers, and that there is evidence of fatalities having migrated from drivers to vulnerable road users. Although the Government argued at the time that the law had saved lives, it has subsequently attributed almost all the benefit for the small reduction in overall driver fatalities to the introduction of evidential breath testing.^[10]

According to the Durbin-Harvey report, commissioned by the Department of Transport following passage of the law, an analysis of fatality figures before and after the law shows:

a clear increase in pedestrian, cyclist and rear-passenger fatalities in collisions involving passenger cars
no such increase in casualties in collisions involving buses and goods vehicles, which were exempt from the law
a reduction in the number of drivers found to be drunk at the scene of collisions
a reduction in overall fatalities between the hours of 10pm and 4am (peak hours for drink-driving offences)
no reduction in overall fatality rates outside these hours.^[19]

Seat belt use is a binary: The belt is either worn or not. Belt laws, which tend to lead to substantial changes in wearing rates over very short periods, would, if the predictions of up to 50% reductions in fatalities are correct, be expected to demonstrate large scale step changes in fatality figures. No such changes have been observed. Whether seat belts reduce fatalities, it is inescapably true that any reductions fall well below the predicted levels, a fact widely interpreted as supporting risk compensation theory.

Analysis Of The Adams Report

Conventional thinking simply can't explain the above findings. Further, neither can the human condition and dimensions of mind and being be duplicated in the laboratory. Especially in view of the reality that there are a number of immeasurable factors at work that have produced these results that is difficult for conventional thinking to come to terms with. While there is truth to the position of Prof. Adams that "Protecting car occupants from the consequences of bad driving encourages bad driving" -- there is also another dimension to the findings that has not yet been considered. While it has been often said that man only uses a fraction of his true potential of mind -- i.e., the proverbial tip of the iceberg -- it is also true that to some degree, every person unknowingly and unconsciously has some access to the higher areas of mind that is not supported by the organic body. And it is these higher causal centers of mind that would be the equivalent of the Field that the Quantum Physicists have recognized as the source of all events in this realm that surrounds all matter which has been compared to a "blemish" where interacting fields collide. And as Prof. Adams has observed in his findings, wearing a seatbelt has the tendency to block the intuitive access of the drivers conscious mind to these higher areas in the causal Etheric areas of mind, with the result being an increase in pedestrian, cyclists because the seat belt impedes the intuitive connection between the conscious and unmanifest higher conscious (called by some the unconscious) areas of mind. And while this can never be duplicated in the laboratory -- or understood from what has been described as the conventional "fossilized" thinking of a very large segment of our culture.

Conclusions

In the fourth century of our Common Era, a vast storehouse of knowledge became lost to mankind as a whole, because the Church of Rome not only murdered all who did not agree with the doctrines and religion of the emperor, but the marauding bands of Roman Christians destroyed all sources of wisdom and knowledge that had been accumulated over the course of thousands of years. And while on the surface this may seem irrelevant to the modern scholar and philosopher, nothing could be further from the truth. And while there has been a constant and at time vicious struggle between the blind believers who have put their faith in the doctrines and dogma of Rome as instituted by a series of emperors and priests, and men of reason who have employed the tools of science to break the shackles of religiously ordained superstition and ignorance -- pulling mankind out of the abyss of the dark ages one conflict with Imperial Church dogmatic thinking one conflict at a time -- there is an important element to the equation that has been ignored. Anytime that man embraces a reactionary doctrine and position in opposition to one polarity of thinking, the result is always error of an opposite polarity. Why? Because the reactionary doctrine always lacks the necessary balance to evolve higher truth.

While rational minded people could not surrender their gift of intellect and reason, and blindly subscribe to the often insane doctrines of the Church of Rome, their reactionary concepts that they attempted to build their world-view on, was merely another variety error that lacked the necessary balance to give birth to a more enlightened understanding. And as presented in the below (see The Scientific Refutation Of Darwin), the concept that only what we see with our physical eyes and senses is real, modern quantum physics has prove to be perhaps even more flawed than the error of the Church. What we must understand is that the Church of Rome hunted down and murdered a far more spiritual people who were condemned as heretics, and edited the Bible in order to make it support the doctrines of Pagan Rome (see http://BibleCorruption.com ). While it would be easy for the modern egotistical and often arrogant mind to simply dismiss the people who were persecuted by the Church in the past, we ignore the fact that modern quantum physics has proven the vast majority of our favorite rational explanations to be gravely in error and fossilized. Quoting the below Refutation of Darwin, In his 1951 textbook on quantum theory, Bohm offered some interesting speculations on the analogies between quantum processes and thought processes, thus carrying further the celebrated statement made by the astronomer James Jeans two decades earlier: “Today there is a wide measure of agreement… that the stream of knowledge is heading towards a non-mechanical reality; the universe begins to look more like a great thought than like a great machine”; and the statement by astronomer Arthur Eddington: “The stuff of the universe is mind-stuff”. More recently, cyberneticist David Foster described “an intelligent universe” whose apparent concreteness is generated by cosmic data from an unknowable, organized source. The holographic reality says that: “…our brains mathematically construct hard reality by interpreting frequencies from a dimension transcending time and space. The brain is a hologram, interpreting a holographic universe.”

The mystic and spiritual visionary of the past had long warned so called rationally minded men that they only saw and perceived a very small fraction of man's reality -- i.e., like the tip of the iceberg -- and that there was an enormous expanse of reality that the majority of man is blind to, simply because he has never trained the mind to access those areas of mind that is beyond and not supported by the organic body which is limited to earth-matter. Which means that only now has the so called rationally minded thinkers acquired the tools to not only come to grips with and understand their own error in thinking, but also to begin to understand the error of the Roman Church which murdered all the communities of mystics and spiritual visionaries because they refused to accept the carnal and politicized doctrines of the emperors of Pagan Rome. If it is true that the Universe is "...a great thought than like a great machine” -- and that the “stuff of the universe is mind-stuff” -- then the only valid way that man can explore the workings of the Universe, is with the development of his own mind in order to access those higher dimensions (of mind) that is not supported by the organic vibration of the physical body. And this development of mind beyond organic limitations, was one of the primary objectives of not only the teachings of Jesus and TheWay, but also those sects of Gnostics that the Church of Rome declared to be heretics, and murdered. If the findings of modern quantum physics is true, and the Universe is in reality a Great Mind, then our present-day technology is totally inadequate to understand the workings of the Universe beyond a certain point.

The Great Dilemma

When Jesus taught that those who fail to achieve the next stage of birth have no real continuance beyond the present life, one of the realities that he was making reference to was the fact that man's initial physical birth is only the first stage of the birth-process, with three more stages of birth remaining that must be brought about in order to achieve the higher goals and objectives of life. And herein lies one of the major problems -- i.e., neither the Church, nor man's linear rational based science, has any idea on either the need, or the means, by which these next stages of birth must be brought about. While the Church has been provided a great amount of resources in the form of the Dead Sea Scrolls and the Nag Hamaddi Library -- plus other important writings -- the Church is unwilling to let go of the doctrines of Pagan Rome that shackle the body of blind believers to a state of virtual absolute ignorance about self, and the true nature and form of the teachings of Jesus. In reaction to the Church dilemma, the science of the past embraced a number of concepts which they saw as a rational explanation for the folly of the Church -- failing to realize that their attempt to rationalize only what they saw and perceived with their physical senses, only provided a very fragmentary vision and understanding of man's vast and untapped higher reality. But like the Church which was unwilling to let go of the Pagan Roman doctrines of the past, in much the same manner, only a handful of scientists are willing to embrace the present stream of knowledge that totally revolutionalizes all our previously held theories and findings which were based upon a very flawed and defective understanding of the physical world. And what has seriously complicated the process of man's present state of evolutionary progress as he attempts to free himself from the shackles of ignorance of the past, is the fact that the governments have embraced both the Church religious view, and the seriously flawed school of science, as the only valid models -- and has enacted both laws and erected cultural icons which support these flawed positions, and are presently limiting all future growth of mankind as a whole.

The only reason that I know, what I know -- and can do, the things that I can do -- that the vast majority of mankind is oblivious to -- is because I have walked a path that is totally independent of both secular and sectarian philosophies and positions -- and this enabled me to escape the limitations of both groups which have molded the thinking of our present-day culture. In learning about the essence of the teachings of Jesus and TheWay from my own past lives, I escaped the error and pagan thinking of the Church. In learning about the Laws that control this world, and restoring the ability to escape the limitations of the physical as presented in the analogy of Plato's Cave (see http://DivineStrategery.com#Plato ), I escaped the secular and philosophical error of our culture. And while the American Constitutional form of government supposedly guarantees freedom from constrainment by either church or state, the political environment has never come to terms with the reality of God-Given UnAlienable Rights. Seat belts are a Secular-Humanist religious ritual practiced by Atheists imbued with a Darwinist Mindset as their holy grail. A man who wears a seat belt either rejects the Bible and the Higher Order of Man's Spiritual Reality, or is a babe in Christ who knows no better. The Disciple dwells in the House of the Lord, and rejects the unspiritual mindset that is common to those who wear seat belts. And while the wearing of a seat belt might be good for the people who live in accord with the thinking and culture of this world, a True Disciple of Messiah/Christ continually dwells in the Hands of the Lord, and the wearing of a seat belt is not only a denial of man's Higher Spiritual Reality, but the mindset from which it springs is the religious practice of Atheism and Apostasy to the teachings of Yeshua/Jesus.

The Darwinist Mindset

The vast majority of people will immediately question how the wearing of a seat belt can possibly be against a person's religious beliefs. And unbeknown to them, they will ignorantly pose this question because they have unconsciously been programmed and imbued with a Darwinist mindset -- i.e., through our educational systems, our modern entertainment media that is directed into nearly every household across the Nation, and is even preached in our churches every Sunday morning. And while the vast majority of people are totally unaware that they perceive all of life through the filter of a Darwinist vision and perspective -- including Fundamentalist Christians who philosophically oppose Darwin and the Theory of Evolution -- what they fail to realize is the fact that they have unquestioningly permitted themselves to become immersed in this mindset and manner of thinking that spiritually strangles them, and alienates them from the Inner Kingdom that Jesus said must come within the life of the believer/disciple in order to enter into the Life which is Promised in the Bible (see Gate Of Eden). And while the Darwinist mindset has been proven counterfeit by modern quantum physics and the more enlightened scientist, it continues to be taught to our children as a foundational concept upon which all other ideas about life are based, because it is the holy grail of Atheism and the quasi-religion of Secular-Humanism which is presently strangling the very essence of Life from our society and culture.

In order to understand the paradigm of Darwin that is paramount in what I portray as the Darwinist mindset, we must comprehend what Darwin was attempting to prove -- i.e., that all events and realities of this world were brought about through seen and physically observable natural occurrences without any supernatural intervention. The term supernatural is defined as God, Angels, or any force that is beyond the physical world of appearances. As demonstrated below, modern science has proven just the opposite to be true, and that all events and occurrences in this world are actually initiated in what is referred to as the (Etheric) field that surrounds the physical world and all matter. Atheists champion the Theory of Evolution and the Darwinist mindset because they think that it refutes the Bible.

While from a Darwinist mindset the wearing of a seat belt may seem to be the rational and intelligent thing to do, because the pattern of thinking is drawn from a very limited and unenlightened vision and perspective of life, it is the result of a thought process that totally alienates the individual from a higher understanding of the Laws that control every aspect of the life we are presently living in this physical realm. And while it may be easy for those who champion the wearing of seat belts to point out all the lives that have seemingly been saved, what they fail to realize in their very limited vision of life is the fact that the mindset which supports the wearing of seat belts has destroyed more lives than is possible to even begin to count. And once the paradox of the two mindsets are understood, these biblical warnings have their relevance: "Whoever seeks to save his life will lose it, and whoever loses his life will preserve it... Most assuredly, I say to you, unless a grain of wheat falls into the ground and dies, it remains alone; but if it dies, it produces much grain. He who loves his life will lose it, and he who hates his life in this world will keep it for eternal life" (Luke 17:33; John 12:24-25). In order to enter into the Kingdom and inherit the Promise of Life, the disciple must die to this world so as to be born into the Life that Yeshua/Jesus taught is within us (see Gate Of Eden). So while the seat belt can be seen as a good thing -- especially for those who are imbued and programmed with the pattern of thought embraced by the people who are shackled to the anti-spiritual thinking of the present secular culture -- it remains true that the mindset which even imagines that accidents can occur, is the mindset that walks the broad-way of spiritual alienation from man's higher reality -- which is ultimately the way of spiritual denial, death and destruction.

The Biblical Perspective

The scriptures teach that all events that transpire in this world are the result of the Laws working in the life of man -- and this reality is clearly portrayed in the words: “Are not two sparrows sold for a penny? Yet not one of them will fall to the ground apart from the will of your Father” (Matt 10:29 NIV). Which means that from a biblical perspective, there is no such thing as an accident -- and that all things are brought about by the Will of God being impressed upon the Laws that control every aspect of life as we know it. And while this biblical perspective of life is not understood by the mainstream of modern Christians who like to think that life is a matter of choices, the reality of Divine Providence and Law is further presented in the article: Do We Have Free Will at http://nazirene.org/freewill.htm . Once the Laws that control every aspect of life in this physical realm are understood, one begins to perceive that there are no accidents -- that every event in the life of mankind has a purpose, and was brought about by pre-existing causes that few Christians today understand. And because they have permitted themselves to be programmed by a Darwinist perception of life, they are unable to understand the far-reaching impact of many biblical teachings that they can't apply to the life they are presently living. And because they lack the depth of perception and understanding necessary to comprehend the above teachings of Jesus, they fall into the spiritual trap of embracing the secular mindset where the wearing of a seat belt can be compared to praying to a secular god -- i.e., the practice of the religion of Secular Humanism -- and a denial of the Higher Spiritual Order of Life. And they therefore fail to understand that while wearing a seat belt can be viewed in a very positive sense, it is the limitations of the Darwinist mindset that alienates the people from the necessary perception of man's higher reality that Jesus was speaking of when he said these words. And while the modern believer of the simple faith fails to make the connection between the wearing of a seat belt and the practice of religion, it is the mindset itself that alienates the believers from understanding why Jesus even spoke these words.

In the Motion/Affidavit the relationship is made to the NYS Immunization law which was declared unconstitutional because it did not contain a religious exemption: In the same way that immunization is a denial of a holistic God-Centered lifestyle -- and because of the conflict in a religious/spiritual mindset, from that of a secular mindset which ordains the need for these proactive protective measures to safeguard the people, the original law was declared UnConstitutional because it did not permit a religious exemption -- the same is true with respect to the seat belt law which denies the biblical teachings on Divine Providence, and promotes an Atheistic Secular Humanist perception of life.

The Scientific Refutation Of Darwin

Charles Darwin possessed absolutely no knowledge of quantum mechanics and physics, or the inner workings of the sub atomic world. Darwin based his Theory of Evolution on his observations of the natural world. But today we now can demonstrate that Darwin's vision was so incomplete, that it can be classified as totally spurious. In the words of Niles Eldredge of the American Museum of Natural History: “The old explanation that the fossil record was inadequate is in itself an inadequate explanation.” Why? The fossil record is inadequate because everything that we see and perceive in this realm is directly caused by patterns of force being exerted upon matter from beyond the bounds of this three-dimensional world in which we presently dwell.

Atheism which is the denial of God or a Higher Power of Intelligence that brought the world into being, is manifest in what has often been called the quasi-religion known as Secular Humanism -- which is founded upon the Darwinist Theory of Evolution that rejects all non-physical influence in the creation and evolution of this world. Through observation of nature, Darwin attempted to demonstrate that this world is the result of a series of accidents and natural occurrences -- that there is no unseen forces at work that have molded and influenced this world. But because Darwin had no means of gazing into the sub-atomic world, his theories stand today as being reliant upon an outdated model of science that has long ago been dispelled as grave error. Yet, because Darwin and the Theory of Evolution is the holy grail of the Atheists who attempt to use it to demonstrate the defectiveness of the Bible, the belief in God, and therefore use it to reject religion, it remains the foundation upon which the mindset and thinking our modern culture is built upon.

Quoting the article on Science Proves Religion: Einstein experienced shock when he first came into contact with the new reality of atomic physics that was presented to him, and wrote in his autobiography: “All my attempts to adapt the theoretical foundation of physics to this [new type of] knowledge failed completely. It was as if the ground had been pulled out from under one, with no firm foundation to be seen anywhere, upon which one could have built”. In much the same fashion, the European physicist Niels Bohr stated that “…The great extension of our experience in recent years has brought to light the insufficiency of our simple mechanical conceptions and, as a consequence, has shaken the foundation on which the customary interpretation of observation was based.” These “…mechanical conceptions” make reference to Darwin and the Theory of Evolution which is opposite and in conflict with man’s true reality.

If a person believes in accidents in the manner they are taught by our Atheistic secular culture, then accidents will happen to them. Thus the words of scientist Itzhak Bentov: “The quantum theory asserts that there is no way one can measure some sets of things, like momentum and position, together very accurately... because the consciousness of the experimenter interacts with the experiment itself. Therefore, it becomes possible that the attitude of the experimenter must also influence the outcome of any particular experiment”.

Bell’s theorem, which was proposed in 1964 by J.S. Bell, a physicist working in Switzerland, was first confirmed experimentally in 1972. Physicist Henry Stapp, in a 1975 federal report called it the most “profound discovery of science”. Bell’s theorem succeeds in exhibiting the bizarre nature of the subatomic world. Experiments show that if paired particles which are identical twins in their polarity fly apart, and the polarity of one is changed by an experimenter, the polarity of the other particle changes instantaneously. Even though they appear to us as separate, the particles remain mysteriously connected regardless of the fact that there is no physical connection. The problem is that the mind of man in it’s natural organic state is simply incapable of perceiving the far-reaching ramifications of this great truth -- and even less prepared to comprehend the results of the intertwining connections that are maintained not only between individuals and groups of people, but also about their beliefs and what they have come to believe to be accidents because of counterfeit beliefs taught to them by our outdated Darwinist philosophy and mindset.

What the physicist is telling you is that your physical body that you observe in the mirror -- the physical form that you use to present yourself to the world around you -- is in fact caused by a disturbance in your own, personal field -- and it is this field that you do not see, that causes a blemish in this realm that we perceive through the eyes that has been formed out of this blemish. Again, if what we observe in this world as being concrete, is not really concrete, but merely a frequency that our brain interprets in a concrete manner, then we have the means to develop and evolve our mind in order to permit it to detect the full spectrum of frequencies that make up the totality of all of Creation. Can we do this? Both the Bible and the holy men and women of the past convey to us that an enlightened vision and understanding of life is not only possible, but it is our eventual destiny. Thus, the problem is seen in the fact that man’s true reality is neither addressed, acknowledged, or acted upon in any intelligent manner by our politically correct culture that controls the heartbeat of society today. Yet, from a more modern scientific perspective, the Darwinist perception of Creation amounts to little more than junk-science, while the findings of genuine science has become as a cult that is not even discussed in our modern educational systems. To the detriment of our own children, what we teach instead is secular dogma -- anti-religious secular dogma -- that has absolutely no basis in fact.

If we could but for a brief moment gaze at this world from the perspective of higher reality, what we would immediately realize is that what science is learning about Creation today was in fact elementary to the eyes and understanding of the Hebrew-Christian visionaries of the past. Thus, the great dilemma: It is one thing through scientific endeavor to become aware that these other dimensions exist, and become cognizant of the impact they have upon this world -- and still quite another to move in and out and explore these other realms of existence. Moreover, all these scientific theories that we have newly discovered today, is not new at all -- and have been well established in the scriptures and the writings of the prophets and visionaries since the dawn of time. How can this be, you will ask? Simple! If we are to even begin to come to terms with our own higher reality and purpose of life, it is absolutely important for us to recognize the fact that man does not need a technically advanced society in order to explore the realms of Higher Mind -- i.e., he only needs his mind -- then it will also be realized that our world of modern technology can in fact be detrimental to our own development, because it has the ability to greatly distract man in his search for the answers to Life. What this ultimately means is that the wisdom of the ancients could very well be superior to the modern philosophy that our universities teach today. In fact, if man could see the wonders of Creation clearly, he would quickly realize that the supposed conflict between science and religion is superficial, and is nothing more than the result of ignorance with regard to both the true nature of religion and scientific fact.

FROM A SPIRITUAL PERSPECTIVE

When astronomer James Jeans proclaimed that: “Today there is a wide measure of agreement… that the stream of knowledge is heading towards a non-mechanical reality; the universe begins to look more like a great thought than like a great machine” -- we should have realized that the ancient men of wisdom did not need our modern-day technological advances to explore a universe that is a “great thought”, they only needed to understand the laws and conditions that limited their own minds from interacting with the Higher Intelligence that put the universe in place! It should be reasonable to every rationally minded person that the means by which we explore the “great thought” of Creation, is to use our own thought and mind as a vehicle in which to travel beyond this world of physical appearances.

The objective of Judaism and Christianity is to bring about spiritual transformation – and while the mainstream religious people who only embrace an elementary understanding of these teachings do not understand this objective, this has not been the case with respect to those who have walked the spiritual path of TheWay. The true spiritual Hebrew and Christian visionaries of the past have always acknowledged the validity of the objects that appear to our senses as being of a physical nature -- i.e., no one is denying that what we perceive with our physical eyes as being concrete to the senses does indeed exist -- but they also assert that there is a good deal more than what we see -- and modern science has progressed to the degree where it can now affirm this universal religious position. In the words of Einstein: “We may therefore regard matter as being constituted by the regions of space in which the field is extremely intense… There is no place in this new kind of physics both for the field and matter, for the field is the only reality” (quoted in M. Capek, The Philosophical Impact of Contemporary Physics).

In his Preface to Stalking The Wild Pendulum by Itzhak Bentov, William A. Tiller, Materials Sciences Department, Stanford University writes: “The present scientific establishment has grown somewhat fossilized by its current world picture and is locked into a view of reality that has outlived its usefulness. It has begun to limit mankind’s growth and has so increased its sense of specialization, separateness, materiality, and mechanical computer-like functioning that it is in real danger of self-extermination”. Yet this fossilized science is still being promoted among our school children -- it is the basis upon which the thinking of the NYS seat belt law is built upon -- it remains as the founding principle upon which our culture is based -- it is being used to inhibit both religion and freedom in our present-day culture -- and has greatly limited the ability of man to function in his true multidimensional and spiritual reality.

From a Biblical perspective, the teachings in the scriptures are twofold – i.e., there is what is called the teachings of the simple faith which is an entry-level doctrine for the masses, and there is the Mysteries of God that can only be revealed to those who have undergone the process of spiritual transformation. In his Epistles, Paul tells of visiting these non-physical realms when he writes about his experiences: “…Fourteen years ago I was taken up to heaven for a visit. Don't ask me whether my body was there or just my spirit, for I don't know; only God can answer that. But anyway, there I was in paradise, and heard things so astounding that they are beyond a man's power to describe or put in words (and anyway I am not allowed to tell them to others)” (2 Cor 12:1-4 TLB).

These dimensions and realms that the modern scientist portrays as the field because of it’s non-physical nature -- i.e., “…There is no place in this new kind of physics both for the field and matter, for the field is the only reality” -- is the natural habitat of the mystic and spiritual man/woman whose source of enlightenment and higher vision is founded in these parallel realms and dimensions that are the source of all events that transpire in this world -- i.e., and this is correctly portrayed in the words of physicist Walter Thirring who wrote about matter that modern physics “…has put our thinking about the essence of matter in a different context. It has taken our gaze from the visible - the particles - to the underlying entity, the field. The presence of matter is merely a disturbance of the perfect state of the field at that place; something accidental, one could almost say, a ‘blemish’. Accordingly, there are no simple laws describing the forces between elementary particles… Order and symmetry must be sought in the underlying field.”

In the New Testament Jesus teaches the necessity of attaining to the next stage of birth -- stating that without this second birth, you cannot enter the Kingdom of Heaven (see http://mystic.nazirene.org/fetus.htm ). The problem arose when the spiritual teachings of Jesus became outlawed by the 4th century Pagan Rome Emperor Constantine (see http://ebionite.com/prologue.htm ). Thus, the spiritual was suppressed and only the teachings of the entry-level simple faith survived. But Paul's doctrine of faith over works of the Law must be understood in relation to the Kingdom within (see http://ebionite.com/index.htm#paul ). Unbeknown to the vast majority of Christians today, the faith of Paul was based upon the spiritual reality of an Inner Kingdom -- and the revelation that if a person lived a consecrated life -- with a mind unshackled by the doctrines of men -- open to the higher impressions of the Spirit that teaches and enlightens the most faithful of genuine seekers of the Light and TheWay -- that the inner door to these parallel realms which are the source of all that exists in this world -- non-physical realms which are the true source of all that exists in this physical world -- and have now been detected by the modern scientist -- is the very essence of the faith that Paul speaks of with respect to opening the inner door of the mind to the Kingdom of God. Thus, modern Christians who possess only the entry-level teachings of the simple faith, fail to understand why Paul commanded to "Put to death, therefore, whatever belongs to your earthly nature" (Col 3:5 NIV). They have no understanding of why Paul said it was necessary for Christians to "…take captive every thought to make it obedient to Christ" (2 Cor 10:5 NIV). Why Paul said to "Pray without ceasing" (1Thes 5:17 KJV). Why James taught the need to "…bridle the whole body" (James 3:2 KJV). To the degree that Paul said to "…beat my body and make it my slave..." (1 Cor 9:27 NIV). And the requirement set forth by Jesus was that each Christian would be held accountable for every single word they speak: "But I say unto you, That every idle word that men shall speak, they shall give account thereof in the day of judgment" (Matt 12:36 KJV).

SEAT BELT IS DENIAL OF DIVINE PROVIDENCE

As someone who has over the course of the last 30 years intimately embraced the spiritual teachings of Jesus and TheWay, I have been able to access the inner Kingdom and learn directly from the Source of all Knowledge and Revelation. And in the same way that the disciple of TheWay is Commanded to "…take captive every thought to make it obedient to Christ" (2 Cor 10:5 NIV), in order to bring about the necessary spiritual transformation to do as is described in the Bible and enter these causal non-physical realms, every action must be in accord with this higher reality that can only be revealed to the most faithful of seekers. To put on a seat belt and surrender to the thinking of those who are of a Darwinist mindset, is a denial of this inner higher reality -- and it would be paramount to worshiping a false god of this world. Why? Because every thought must connect to man’s inner reality which is portrayed as the field by the scientist, and the Kingdom within by Jesus, which means that the concept of an accident is a denial of this inner reality. In fact, what unenlightened men perceive as accidents, are not only brought about by causal elements in the non-physical field that surrounds all matter, but could be avoided if the people were able to perceive the underlying causes.

The Blindness Of Government And Cultural Philosophers: Like an ostrich, our politically correct cultural philosophers hide their eyes from the Truth! That government fails to comprehend the far-reaching reality that has been proven by the modern scientist -- i.e., that physical matter is an extension and product of the underlying (Etheric) field that is the cause and source of not only all that exists in this world, but all events that transpire -- is because our law makers and cultural philosophers are attempting to resolve the questions of life by looking only at the down-stream product in the manner of Darwin, while remaining blind to the Etheric (field) spiritual source that is the starting point for all that exists in this world of manifest form. Science has proven that you can't look at the downstream physical form, and ascertain the upstream root cause -- i.e., in the words of Einstein: “We may therefore regard matter as being constituted by the regions of space in which the field is extremely intense… There is no place in this new kind of physics both for the field and matter, for the field is the only reality” (quoted in M. Capek, The Philosophical Impact of Contemporary Physics). Yet, we continue to cling to a counterfeit quasi-scientific theory which demands that we ignore reality, and requires us to think and act in reverse of what is true. Why? We totally ignore reality in order to embrace the spurious and very limited theories of Darwin -- perpetuating a politically correct counterfeit perception and model of life for no other reason than because it opposes Creationism and is embraced by Atheists and Secular Humanists -- and then in the manner of a Secular Theocracy, demand that everyone ascribe to the Darwinist faith and ignore higher reality that we cannot only prove with the findings of modern science, but through the practice of religion by internalizing the teachings in the endeavor to break down the inner wall of higher consciousness that separates the physical, Etheric-Soul level of being, Etheric-Spiritual level of being, and ultimately the Source of Reality which is portrayed in the teachings of Jesus and the Kingdom within us (Luke 17:20-21 - http://GateOfEden.com ).

Secular Slaves Shackled To Politically Correct Ignorance: Because the people in our modern culture are slaves to the secularism that shackles them to spiritually disenfranchised lives -- lives which imprison the people in the dungeons of ignorance and hellish darkness of lives of unknowing in exile from the higher reality within us -- we grope blindly in the outer world for the answers to life that can only be revealed to us by pealing away the inner layers of consciousness and opening the door to the inner realities and the True Temple of the Lord that exists at the very Core of our Being. And the faith that Paul speaks of as being absolutely necessary to salvation, is the faith that motivates us to break free of the shackles of the secularism and philosophical sectarian ignorance of the culture of this world, and release ourselves from the dungeons of darkness that imprison us and chain us to the outer reaches of consciousness. Once the reality of the inner Kingdom (see http://GateOfEden.com ) is understood -- truly understood with the fervor and passion of one who has for a long time scaled the dunes of a seemingly endless desert in search of water to quench their parched dry body -- then, and only then does the realization begin to dawn within us that we are the only obstacle to freedom and happiness -- and we only have to make the body-vessel a fit dwelling place for an open and balanced mind, in order bridge the gulf between the inner non-physical and outer material world, and in singleness of mind and being permit the Kingdom to come within us and fulfill the ultimate prophesy and revelation of the biblical promise. "Again, the kingdom of heaven is like treasure hidden in a field, which a man found and hid; and for joy over it he goes and sells all that he has and buys that field. Again, the kingdom of heaven is like a merchant seeking beautiful pearls, who, when he had found one pearl of great price, went and sold all that he had and bought it" (Matt 13:44-46 NKJ). The Kingdom of God being within us, is indeed the treasure that is hidden in the field of our body/mind. And the Kingdom can only be found by those who are "...seeking beautiful pearls" and are prepared to sell all that they have (secular-cultural mindset) in this world in order to acquire it.

One only has to open the pages of the Bible to see that the whole of the New Testament teachings is concerned with ethics, morality, and the manner in which each of us treats our brothers and sisters. The requirement is that we must be perfect, as our Heavenly Father is perfect (Mt 5:48). This state of perfection is referred to as the fulfillment of the Royal Law of God, and is measured in our forgiveness, acceptance and love of our fellow man. From a New Covenant perspective, whatever is divisive, and not in accord with the Royal Law, is of this world, and is an obstacle to our birth into the Kingdom. It is from this perspective that the requirement in the Book of the Revelation is set before us in the words: "Nothing impure will ever enter it, nor will anyone who does what is shameful or deceitful" (Rev 21:27 NIV). This same truth was expressed by Isaiah where it is written: "And a highway will be there; it will be called the Way of Holiness. The unclean will not journey on it; it will be for those who walk in that Way; wicked fools will not go about on it" (Isa 35:8 NIV). And this same truth is expressed in the words of Jesus when he warned: "Enter through the narrow gate. For wide is the gate and broad is the road that leads to destruction, and many enter through it. But small is the gate and narrow the road that leads to life, and only a few find it" (Matt 7:13-14 NIV). The "narrow gate" that Jesus speaks that we must open in order for us to be born into the Kingdom, has its parallels in the birth canal that serves as the gate that each of us has emerged through when we physically entered into this present world. That the next stage of birth has its similarities, is merely the result that all realities are designed in accordance with the same Divine Pattern of Creation.

In fully comprehending these biblical statements in relation to the whole purpose of the teachings of The Way, let us again examine the definitive statement which conveys to us the very essence of the Gospel -- and especially the Revelation of John: "Blessed are those who do His commandments, that they may have the right to the tree of life, and may enter through the gates into the city. But outside are dogs and sorcerers and sexually immoral and murderers and idolaters, and whoever loves and practices a lie" (Rev 22:14-15 NKJ).

If the text of the Revelation represented the end of the world, as is commonly believed by the majority of Christians today, then why are those who remain outside the city portrayed as "dogs and sorcerers and sexually immoral and murderers and idolaters, and whoever loves and practices a lie"? Armageddon, then, indicates the disciples personal tribulation described as the "pangs of birth", as he endeavors to overcome his own lower carnal nature through the crucifixion of what is symbolized by the flesh, in order that he can possess the Knowledge of the fruit of the Tree of Life, transcend the natural barriers of this world, and "enter through the gates into the city".

What natural man calls accidents, is caused by conditions which exist in the field which is the source of the physical world. In order to access these non-physical dimensions, one must be totally faithful to the higher reality that carnal man is blind to. To embrace that Atheistic-Darwinist mindset that promotes the concept of accidents -- rather than events that are brought about by a Higher Order -- is a total denial of this Higher Reality that science has only now proven to exist. It is therefore impossible to be faithful, and to "…take captive every thought to make it obedient to Christ" (2 Cor 10:5 NIV), so long as one continues to embrace the thinking and mindset of the tenets of Atheism and the quasi-theology of Secular-Humanism.

Seat Belt Legislation Article

Professor John Adams of University College London was sceptical of [seat belt proponent law] claims and set out to analyse the effect of seat belt laws as then in force and assess how well they matched predictions. His findings were published in 1982 and can be found in the Society of Automotive Engineers transactions of that year^[4]. His conclusion was that in the eighteen countries surveyed, accounting for approximately 80% of the world's motoring, those countries with seat belt laws had fared no better, and in some cases (e.g. Sweden, Ireland and New Zealand) significantly worse than those without. In order to explain this disparity, Adams advanced the hypothesis that Protecting car occupants from the consequences of bad driving encourages bad driving.

It is suggested^{[citation
needed]} that a number of mechanisms are in play:

Better protected drivers take less care (risk compensation or risk homeostasis).
Case-control studies based on voluntary use of safety aids can attribute to the aid benefits that actually come from the risk-averse nature of those likely to use them voluntarily (confounding), particularly early adopters.
Fatality rates are subject to considerable stochastic noise and comparison of single years or short periods can be misleading.

Studies and experiments have been carried out to examine the risk compensation theory. In one experiment subjects were asked to drive go-karts around a track under various conditions. It was found that subjects who started driving belted did not drive any slower when subsequently unbelted, but those who started driving unbelted did drive consistently faster when subsequently belted.^[5] A study of habitual non-seatbelt wearers driving in freeway conditions found evidence that they had adapted to seatbelt use by adopting higher driving speeds and closer following distances^[6] Similar effects have been observed^{[citation
needed]} in respect of other interventions such as anti-lock brakes. In another, taxi drivers who were habitual non-wearers were timed over a route with passengers who did, and others who did not, insist on the driver wearing a belt. They were observed to complete the route faster when belted.^[7]

Side-effects of seat belts

Over the years numerous cases were documented^{[citation
needed]} of various fatalities and injuries caused by wearing seat-belts. Potentially lethal injuries such as crushed sternum and paralyzing neck injuries are common in high-speed collisions. Chest injury may cause cardiac arrest, lung bruises are amongst the most common causes of death by seat-belts especially for people of weak heart such as the elderly who can also suffer a heart attack and not be able to free from the seatbelt in order to get to help. In neck injury cases, the immense pressure from a high-speed impact can cause a seat-belt wearer's head to accelerate forward suddenly while the body is restrained, potentially causing paralyzing injuries.

Seat belts vs. airbags

Since most cars nowadays are manufactured with built-in airbags which don't cause the side-effects of seat-belts, many people think^{[citation
needed]} the airbags should take over and that seat-belts should not be mandatory. Airbags are shown by every research to be more effective when they work than seat-belts in preventing fatal injuries, unlike the belts which can cause some. Airbags can, however, cause deafness when activated in air-tight spaces such as when the car windows are all up, because of the increase in air pressure on the eardrums.

Non-vehicle occupants

From the very beginning in Australia^[11], and subsequently New Zealand^[12], there had been indications that seat belt laws might produce increases in deaths and injury among those outside cars such as motorcyclists, cyclists and pedestrians^[13]. The author of the Isles report was alarmed to find that in Europe the predominant effect of seat belt legislation was of increased numbers of injuries to non-car users. The author predicted that in the UK, deaths to other road users would rise by approximately 150 per year in the event of compulsory seat belt wearing legislation. In terms of injuries to other road users the prediction was for an 11% increase in pedestrian injuries with injuries to other road users climbing by 12 to 13% (numerically 7,000 and 36,000 respectively).

Conclusions Of Adams Report

According to the Durbin-Harvey report, commissioned by the Department of Transport following passage of the law, an analysis of fatality figures before and after the law shows:

a clear increase in pedestrian, cyclist and rear-passenger fatalities in collisions involving passenger cars
no such increase in casualties in collisions involving buses and goods vehicles, which were exempt from the law
a reduction in the number of drivers found to be drunk at the scene of collisions
a reduction in overall fatalities between the hours of 10pm and 4am (peak hours for drink-driving offences)
no reduction in overall fatality rates outside these hours.^[19]

Seat belt use is a binary: the belt is either worn or not. Belt laws, which tend to lead to substantial changes in wearing rates over very short periods, would, if the predictions of up to 50% reductions in fatalities are correct, be expected to demonstrate large scale step changes in fatality figures. No such changes have been observed. Whether seat belts reduce fatalities, it is inescapably true that any reductions fall well below the predicted levels, a fact widely interpreted as supporting risk compensation theory.

The Teachings of TheWay

The teachings of Yeshua/Jesus which are known as TheWay was a purely spiritual religion -- practiced by a purely spiritual people known and Essenes, Nazirenes and Ebionites. The above warning with respect to the predicted corruption of Yeshua's teachings is further stated in the first century writings known today as the Clementine Recognitions where it is written: "Our Lord and Prophet, who hath sent us, declared to us that the wicked one, having disputed with Him forty days, and having prevailed nothing against Him, promised that he would send apostles from amongst his subjects, to deceive. Wherefore, above all, remember to shun apostle or teacher or prophet who does not first accurately compare his preaching with that of James, who was called the brother of my Lord, and to whom was entrusted to administer the church of the Hebrews in Jerusalem, — and that even though he come to you with witnesses: lest the wickedness which disputed forty days with the Lord, and prevailed nothing, should afterwards, like lightning falling from heaven upon the earth, send a preacher to your injury, as now he has sent Simon upon us, preaching, under pretense of the truth, in the name of the Lord, and sowing error. Wherefore He who hath sent us, said, ‘Many shall come to me in sheep’s clothing, but inwardly they are ravening wolves. By their fruits ye shall know them.’"
